本案涉及一种耐老化吸尘器用油漆,由以下材料组成:丙烯酸酚醛树脂、木质素脲醛树脂、硅丙乳液、增塑剂、耐老化剂、二氧化钛、聚醚三醇、阻燃剂、阻燃协效剂和丁酮。本发明利用各类含不同分子量的高分子树脂的优势,有效提高了油漆自身的机械强度、粘结强度、耐腐蚀、耐高温、抗老化性能;通过引入两种规格的二氧化钛使内部组织均匀,产品性能稳定,提高其耐刮磨性;引入氨基磺酸镍和多聚磷酸铵协同加入油漆中,增加了吸尘器漆膜的阻燃性能,提高了油漆的安全性能;引入间苯二酚双‑间苯二酚双‑(二苯基磷酸酯)阻燃协效剂配合阻燃剂的主要作用,在整个阻燃配伍体系中起到,协调物理性能,提高阻燃效果的配合作用,并减少主阻燃剂的用量。

背景技术
众所周知,吸尘器中是一种非常重要的家用电器,尤其是随着吸尘器的普遍化,但出于成本控制等因素,各个生产厂家对于更加优质高效的吸尘器的研发热情不高,然而低成本的吸尘器在使用一段时间后,易发生表面漆膜发脆、开裂,失去韧性和光泽,漆膜发黄。从而严重影响吸尘器的寿命;这说明在现有技术中,用于保护吸尘器主体结构的漆膜在耐候、抗老化、抗腐蚀、耐高温等方面还做的不够完善。

针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本案提供一种具备耐候、耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗老化性能的吸尘器用油漆。

本发明利用各类含不同分子量的高分子树脂的优势,将其组后可有效提高了油漆自身的机械强度、粘结强度、耐腐蚀、耐高温、耐候及抗老化性能;通过引入两种规格的二氧化钛加入涂料中,使二氧化钛颗粒在涂料中排列紧密,使内部组织均匀,产品性能稳定,综合强度高,能有效的提高其耐刮磨性,具备了较高的使用寿命,不开裂不变色,可长期保护吸尘器主体不受侵蚀;同时引入氨基磺酸镍和多聚磷酸铵通过协同加入油漆中,与整个油漆体系相匹配,兼容性优异,制得的油漆的阻燃性能较好,增加了吸尘器漆膜的阻燃性能,进一步提高了油漆的安全性能,可有效保护吸尘器在遇到高温或火灾等危险情况时,能够保护内部电路不受影响;引入间苯二酚双-间苯二酚双-(二苯基磷酸酯)阻燃协效剂配合阻燃剂的主要作用,在整个阻燃配伍体系中起到,协调物理性能,提高阻燃效果的配合作用,并减少主阻燃剂的用量。

丙烯酸酚醛树脂是油漆的主要成分,其数均分子量应被限制,优选为12000~15000g/mol,丙烯酸酚醛树脂具有良好温度的物理和化学性能,对金属表面的粘结力强,优良的耐化学品性能和耐腐蚀性;木质素脲醛树脂具有高强度、抗撕裂和耐磨损等特性,它防辐射,经日照和紫外线照射后,不变黄不变硬不收缩,抗老化,不影响粘性,它的数均分子量应被限制8000~10000g/mol;硅丙乳液是将含有不饱和键的有机硅单体与丙烯酸类单体加入合适的助剂,通过核壳包覆聚合工艺聚合而成的乳液,结合了有机硅耐高温性、耐候性、耐化学品性和耐磨性,疏水、表面能低不易污染性和丙烯酸类树脂的高保色性、柔韧性、附着性,通过加入硅丙乳液提高涂料的耐候性、耐水性和抗污染性能;聚醚三醇是优秀的促溶剂,具有良好的润滑性、保湿性、分散性和抗静电性能,它的数均分子量应被控制,优选为1500~2200g/mol。
其中,所述增塑剂为甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯。甲基丙烯酸十七氟癸酯,含有多重氟原子,有很强的疏水性,从而减少了由于单体水解造成的涂膜粉化、龟裂、光泽度下降等现象,耐污染性也大大提高,甲基丙烯酸十七氟癸酯易于环氧聚氨酯乳胶共聚可以提高涂料的化学稳定性,耐候性,耐水解性,疏水、疏油性,在树脂中易分散且具有增塑作用和阻燃作用。

多聚磷酸铵 40~55wt%。
氨基磺酸镍和多聚磷酸铵通过协同加入油漆中,与整个油漆体系相匹配,兼容性优异,制得的油漆的阻燃性能较好,增加了吸尘器漆膜的阻燃性能,进一步提高了油漆的安全性能,可有效保护吸尘器在遇到高温或火灾等危险情况时,能够保护内部电路不受影响。
其中,所述聚醚三醇的数均分子量Mn为1500g/mol~2200g/mol。
其中,所述二氧化钛由如下质量份的组分组成:
10-40μm二氧化钛 50-80wt%;
0.1-2μm二氧化钛 20-50wt%;
通过两种规格的二氧化钛加入涂料中,使二氧化钛颗粒在涂料中排列紧密,使内部组织均匀,产品性能稳定,综合强度高,能有效的提高其耐刮磨性。
其中,所述阻燃协效剂为间苯二酚双-(二苯基磷酸酯)。间苯二酚双-(二苯基磷酸酯)配合阻燃剂的主要作用,在整个阻燃配伍体系中起到,协调物理性能,提高阻燃效果的配合作用,并减少主阻燃剂的用量。
其中,所述丙烯酸酚醛树脂中的丙烯酸的质量分数为15~30%。
下表列出一些具体实施例和对比例:
性能测试方法:
1)耐高温测试:将根据上述任一实施例或对比例制得的油漆涂覆于一铁皮上,风
干后将铁皮置于400℃环境下烘烤200小时,取出自然冷却,若漆膜表面无碳化、软化和开裂现象,且无烧焦异味,则判定该测试结果为“合格”,否则为“不合格”。
2)耐低温测试:将根据上述任一实施例或对比例制得的油漆涂覆于一铁皮上,风
干后将铁皮置于-30℃环境下冰冻1小时,随后取出迅速置于50℃环境下0.5小时,如此循环100次;若漆膜表面无硬化和开裂现象,则判定该测试结果为“合格”,否则为“不合格”。
3)抗老化测试:将根据上述任一实施例或对比例制得的油漆涂覆于一铁皮上,风干后将铁皮置于45W的医用紫外灯下连续照射600小时,随后取出,若漆膜无老化、硬化和收缩现象,且表面未发黄,则判定测试结果为“合格”,否则为“不合格”。
4)耐腐蚀测试:将根据上述任一实施例或对比例制得的油漆涂覆于一铁皮上,风干后将铁皮依次进行如下测试:
a)将其置于5wt%NaOH水溶液中浸泡100小时,取出晾干;
b)再置于5wt%HCl水溶液中浸泡100小时,取出晾干;
c)再置于5wt%NaCl水溶液中浸泡100小时,取出晾干;
d)再置于15~20wt%乙醇水溶液中浸泡100小时,取出晾干;
经过以上4个试验后,若漆膜表面为出现起泡、变形、变色、软化、硬化和老化现象,则判定该测试结果为“合格”,否则为“不合格”。
5)阻燃性能测试:将根据上述任一实施例或对比例制得的油漆涂覆于PET薄膜上,待漆膜风干后,以酒精灯点燃PET,同时记录下PET的自熄时间。
下表是实施例1和2和对比例1~5的性能测试结果:
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐老化吸尘器用油漆,其特征在于,所述二氧化钛由如下质量份的组分组成:
10-40μm二氧化钛 50-80wt%;
0.1-2μm二氧化钛 20-50wt%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐老化吸尘器用油漆,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸酚醛树脂中的丙烯酸的质量分数为15~30%。
