本发明公开了一种矿用DJA大倾角带式输送机的阻燃输送带,它由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氨酯90~110份,N220炭黑50~80份,白炭黑10~25份,硼酸锌20~40份,氯化石蜡20~35份,硼酰化钴2~10份,氧化锌4~6份,硬脂酸2~3份,硅酸铝15~30份,硫磺1~4份,氯化聚乙烯2~3份,促进剂2~6份,阻燃剂5~10份。物理性能要求为:强力≥18.0MPa,扯断伸长率≥450%,磨耗减量≤100mm3,硬度55‑65A。选用上述材料和配方生产的输送带具有很好的冲击弹性、耐磨损阻燃性能,能抵御落差较大的石块或其它物料的冲击,长期在粗糙的块状或粒状物的强磨损条件下,自身磨耗少,替代了传统氯丁橡胶和天然胶阻燃输送带。

本发明属于矿用输送带技术领域,涉及一种矿用DJA大倾角带式输送机的阻燃输送带。
背景技术
目前在制造矿用天然橡胶输送带时,通常会使用天然橡胶的常规制造方法,但是由于矿厂中禁止明火,容易发生燃烧,输送带在燃烧情况中容易被点燃,进而增加火势,增加财产损失。因此,设计一种矿用阻燃输送带配方就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种矿用DJA大倾角带式输送机的阻燃输送带。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种矿用DJA大倾角带式输送机的阻燃输送带,它由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氨酯90~110份,N220炭黑50~80份,白炭黑10~25份,硼酸锌20~40份,氯化石蜡20~35份,硼酰化钴2~10份,氧化锌4~6份,硬脂酸2~3份,硅酸铝15~30份,硫磺1~4份,氯化聚乙烯2~3份,促进剂2~6份,阻燃剂5~10份。

进一步的,聚氨酯具体是指低聚物多元醇/甲苯二异氰酸酯体系或低聚物多元醇/二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯体系。
其制造工艺步骤为:(1)将各种原料称重后加入高速混合机内,开机高速混合,控制混合温度在90℃左右,混合时间不超过15分钟,塑化均匀后开启放料阀放料;(2)将混合好的原料加入挤出机料桶内,开启预热好的挤出机,转速控制在60-80转/分;(3)挤出后风冷却切粒,风送包装成品。
本发明的有益效果:选用上述材料和配方生产的输送带具有很好的冲击弹性、耐磨损阻燃性能,能抵御落差较大的石块或其它物料的冲击,长期在粗糙的块状或粒状物的强磨损条件下,自身磨耗少,替代了传统氯丁橡胶和天然胶阻燃输送带。

一种矿用DJA大倾角带式输送机的阻燃输送带,称取聚氨酯90份,N220炭黑50份,白炭黑10份,硼酸锌20份,氯化石蜡20份,硼酰化钴2份,氧化锌4份,硬脂酸2份,硅酸铝15份,硫磺1份,氯化聚乙烯2份,促进剂2份,阻燃剂5份,其中,促进剂为促进剂NS,阻燃剂为阻燃剂2025,聚氨酯具体是指低聚物多元醇/甲苯二异氰酸酯体系或低聚物多元醇/二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯体系。
