本发明属于低膨胀玻璃的制备技术领域,提出一种陶瓷基空间反射镜用复合镜坯材料。提出的一种陶瓷基空间反射镜用复合镜坯材料,包括有氧化铝陶瓷和玻璃釉面;氧化铝陶瓷为Al2O3≥99.0%的刚玉陶瓷;玻璃釉面熔封于氧化铝陶瓷的表面;玻璃釉面为硼硅玻璃;硼硅玻璃的膨胀系数低于氧化铝陶瓷,氧化铝陶瓷陶瓷与所述硼硅玻璃在20~400℃范围内的膨胀系数之差Δα≤±0.5×10‑6/K。本发明玻璃材料的易抛光性和结构致密性可以克服陶瓷材料在镀膜条件上的缺点,抛光后的玻璃表面光洁度可满足更高反射率镀膜的条件;制作工艺简单,无收缩,可大尺寸大批量生产,并节约了大量成本。

技术领域
本发明属于低膨胀玻璃的制备技术领域,主要涉及一种陶瓷基空间反射镜用复合镜坯材料。
背景技术
随着空间领域竞争的加剧,各国对于相关技术的发展非常重视,空间飞行器的主要作用之一是收集信息,反射镜是空间天文光学仪器中的核心部件,其综合性能的优劣直接影响仪器的成像质量、使用寿命、仪器质量等,因此对空间光学系统的性能展开有重要意义。空间望远镜主反射镜设计的趋势是大面积、低比重,同时要求反射镜具有优异的机械性能和热物理性能。一般来说,材料的热膨胀系数越大,产生的镜面形变越大,反射镜的光学面形对温度的变化越敏感。
作为反射镜材料,必须具有较低的密度、较高的强度及弹性模量、较低的膨胀系数及较高的导热系数。对反射镜材料的研究,主要集中在三类材质:(1)金属材料,包括铍、铝、合金等;这些材料比刚度和导热系数都很高,但热膨胀系数较大,容易产生热变形;另外对于铍来说,还存在毒性较大的问题;(2)玻璃材料,包括微晶玻璃、石英玻璃、超低膨胀熔石英等;这些材料具有较低的热膨胀系数和较好的光学表面加工性能,但是比刚度和导热系数较低,容易产生应力变形,影响图像质量;(3)陶瓷材料,包括碳化硅、氮化硅和碳化硅基复合材料;这些材料具有高比刚度、较好的热和化学稳定性、较低的热变形系数,且耐空间粒子辐照,但通常存在光学表面加工性能较差的问题。
常见的几种反射镜材料性能如下表:

碳化硅材料因其低密度、高硬度、高比刚度等优良性质,在所有反射镜候选材料中综合性能最优越,因此成为国际上高性能轻型反射镜研究的主流。然而其存在着加工困难、工序复杂、造价高等缺点,最关键的是在反射率光学性能方面遇到了瓶颈。主要原因是碳化硅陶瓷表面致密度不够高,晶型结构导致抛光难度大,抛光光洁度等级较低,虽然在经过进一步的化学气相沉积(CVD)镀膜手段致密化表面处理并抛光后可获得足够小的表面粗糙度(RMS),但对于更高反射率要求的更小粗糙度表面则力不从心,且镀膜需要采用真空设备,制造成本高。
玻璃材料也是一种常见的空间反射镜光学系统应用材料,生产制作较为简单,易加工,且具有极高的致密度,可精细抛光获得小于0.1nm的粗糙度,完全达到更高反射率的粗糙度要求。但玻璃材料存在着脆性较大、刚性较差等缺点,限制了其应用与发展。
氧化铝陶瓷通常不被选用为镜坯材料,是由于陶瓷本身缺陷较多,抛光后的表面依然存在大量微孔,造成过大的粗糙度,导致无法获得满足要求的反射率。但其具有成本低、耐高温、抗腐蚀性好、化学稳定性优良,硬度大等优点,具有良好的应用前景。
因此,为获得满足更高反射率、实现更高分辨率需求的空间反射镜,需开发一种更高表面致密度同时具有高强度、低密度、高比刚度、高传热等性能的镜坯材料。
发明内容
为获得满足更高反射率需求的空间反射镜,本发明提出一种陶瓷基空间反射镜用复合镜坯材料。
本发明为完成上述目的采用如下技术方案:
一种陶瓷基空间反射镜用复合镜坯材料,所述复合镜坯材料包括有氧化铝陶瓷和玻璃釉面;所述的氧化铝陶瓷为Al2O3≥99.0%的刚玉陶瓷;所述的玻璃釉面熔封于氧化铝陶瓷的表面;所述的玻璃釉面为硼硅玻璃;所述硼硅玻璃的膨胀系数低于氧化铝陶瓷,所述氧化铝陶瓷陶瓷与所述硼硅玻璃在20~400℃范围内的膨胀系数之差Δα≤±0.5×10-6/K。
所述硼硅玻璃的原料组成及重量比为:SiO2:72.0~75.0%,Al2O3:1.0~2.5%,B2O3:6.0~8.0%,R2O:10.0~12.0%,RO:6.0~8.0%;所述的R2O包括有K2O、Na2O,所述的RO包括有CaO、ZnO、MgO,其中K2O≥2.0%,Na2O≥8.0%,CaO≤4.0%,ZnO≥0%,MgO≥2.0%。
所述硼硅玻璃原料通过常规工艺熔制成玻璃液后流摊于等温条件下水平放置的所述刚玉陶瓷表面上,所述刚玉陶瓷表面可预加工及轻量化设计;陶瓷与玻璃结合体经保温、退火、冷却等工序后获得一种新型陶瓷基空间反射镜复合镜坯材料。
本发明提出的一种陶瓷基空间反射镜用复合镜坯材料,玻璃材料的易抛光性和结构致密性可以克服陶瓷材料在镀膜条件上的缺点,抛光后的玻璃表面光洁度可满足更高反射率镀膜的条件;陶瓷的力学性能可为玻璃提供足够的强度以获得较高的比刚度;原材料获得广泛,制作工艺简单,无收缩,可大尺寸大批量生产;表面完全致密,无需真空设备进行表面致密化,无复杂过程;可切割、磨片、抛光,可用于制作平面、球面或非球面反射镜;抛光难度低,精度可达0.1 nm或更低,且抛光要求及抛光时间短,节约了大量成本。

结合附图和具体实施例对本发明加以说明:
如图1所示,一种陶瓷基空间反射镜用复合镜坯材料,所述复合镜坯材料包括有氧化铝陶瓷1和玻璃釉面2;所述的氧化铝陶瓷为Al2O3≥99.0%的刚玉陶瓷;所述的玻璃釉面2熔封于氧化铝陶瓷1的表面;所述的玻璃釉面2为硼硅玻璃;所述硼硅玻璃的膨胀系数低于氧化铝陶瓷,所述氧化铝陶瓷陶瓷与所述硼硅玻璃在20~400℃范围内的膨胀系数之差Δα≤±0.5×10-6/K。
所述硼硅玻璃的原料组成及重量比为:SiO2:72.0~75.0%,Al2O3:1.0~2.5%,B2O3:6.0~8.0%,R2O:10.0~12.0%,RO:6.0~8.0%;所述的R2O包括有K2O、Na2O,所述的RO包括有CaO、ZnO、MgO,其中K2O≥2.0%,Na2O≥8.0%,CaO≤4.0%,ZnO≥0%,MgO≥2.0%。
所述硼硅玻璃原料通过常规工艺熔制成玻璃液后流摊于等温条件下水平放置的所述刚玉陶瓷表面上,所述刚玉陶瓷表面可预加工及轻量化设计;陶瓷与玻璃结合体经保温、退火、冷却等工序后获得一种新型陶瓷基空间反射镜复合镜坯材料。
复合镜坯材料的各项性能与陶瓷/玻璃的体积比有关,而数值介于两种材料之间;玻璃釉面的膨胀系数略小于氧化铝陶瓷,可使氧化铝陶瓷与玻璃釉面结合紧密且无缺陷;经过布施玻璃釉面,氧化铝陶瓷表面平整度和致密度获得了极大的改善,且由于其本身的比刚度大,可使镜坯原材料获得优良的力学性能,同时具有良好的热稳定性。
所述的玻璃釉面为硼硅玻璃,下表给出一种空间反射镜用新型镜坯三个实施例的玻璃釉面原料组成及配比:

对实施例一至三所熔釉面玻璃以及衬底刚玉陶瓷材料进行性能测试,结果如下:

1.一种陶瓷基空间反射镜用复合镜坯材料,其特征在于:所述复合镜坯材料包括有氧化铝陶瓷和玻璃釉面;所述的氧化铝陶瓷为Al2O3≥99.0%的刚玉陶瓷;所述的玻璃釉面熔封于氧化铝陶瓷的表面;所述的玻璃釉面为硼硅玻璃;所述硼硅玻璃的膨胀系数低于氧化铝陶瓷,所述氧化铝陶瓷与所述硼硅玻璃在20~400℃范围内的膨胀系数之差Δα≤±0.5×10-6/K;所述硼硅玻璃的原料组成及重量比为:SiO2:72.0~75.0%,Al2O3:1.0~2.5%,B2O3:6.0~8.0%,R2O:10.0~12.0%,RO:6.0~8.0%;所述的R2O包括有K2O和Na2O,所述的RO包括有CaO、ZnO、MgO,含量满足K2O≥2.0%,Na2O≥8.0%,0%<CaO≤4.0%,ZnO≥0%,MgO≥2.0%。
