Abstract

本发明提供一种陶瓷基板及其生产工艺,其中,生产工艺包括如下步骤:S1、提供陶瓷生坯带,将其送入冲床模具中进行冲压,获得由冲切线分割的若干陶瓷生片,任一陶瓷生片具有一体成型的引脚,引脚自陶瓷生片本体的边缘延伸而出;S2、高温烧结,获得陶瓷熟片;S3、进行翘曲修平;S4、进行尺寸分选,并在陶瓷熟片上设置导电线路和焊盘;S5、进行中温烧结;S6、进行折白边、整版包脚,得到本发明的陶瓷基板。本发明生产的陶瓷基板可整版进行后续LED封装作业,提高封装的生产效率,且具有自带引脚,其克服了现有技术中存在的人工焊接钼丝不整齐的问题,其有效保证了LED灯泡的质量,并有利于提高LED灯泡的生产效率,取得了较好的经济效益。

Description

陶瓷基板及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种陶瓷基板,尤其涉及一种自带引脚的陶瓷基板及其生产工艺。
背景技术
目前,现有的LED灯泡,具有体积小,光效高,显色性好,节能等诸多优点,因此其具有广泛的应用前景。随着白炽灯的淘汰,采用LED作为光源的灯泡也开始流行。然而,现有的LED灯泡灯使用陶瓷或蓝宝石作为封装基板,基板下端用高温浆料焊接钼丝,实现与灯脚的结合。从而,现有的LED灯泡在生产过程中,需要单独焊接灯脚,其不但存在焊接牢固性的问题,且影响了LED灯泡的生产效率。因此,针对上述问题,有必要提出进一步地解决方案。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种陶瓷基板,以克服现有技术中存在的不足。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种陶瓷基板的生产工艺,其包括如下步骤:
S1、提供陶瓷生坯带,将其送入冲床模具中进行冲压,获得由冲切线分割的若干陶瓷生片,任一陶瓷生片具有一体成型的引脚,所述引脚自所述陶瓷生片本体的边缘延伸而出;
S2、将得到的陶瓷生片进行高温烧结,获得陶瓷熟片;
S3、对得到的陶瓷熟片进行翘曲修平;
S4、对经过翘曲修平的陶瓷熟片进行尺寸分选,并在陶瓷熟片上设置导电线路和焊盘,所述导电线路自所述陶瓷生片本体延伸至所述引脚上,且所述导电线路与所述焊盘电性连接;
S5、将设置有导电线路和焊盘后的陶瓷熟片进行中温烧结;
S6、将S5得到的陶瓷熟片进行折白边,使用包脚机对引脚进行整版包脚,得到所述陶瓷基板。
作为本发明的陶瓷基板的生产工艺的改进,所述陶瓷生坯带按照如下方法制备:
提供高纯氧化铝粉、SiO2、MgO、CaO粉末混合均匀,然后继续加入甲苯和乙基纤维素,获得混合料;对得到的混合料进行研磨,得到具有粘度的陶瓷浆料,将所述陶瓷浆料制作成所述陶瓷生坯带。
作为本发明的陶瓷基板的生产工艺的改进,通过流延法将所述陶瓷浆料制作成所述陶瓷生坯带。
作为本发明的陶瓷基板的生产工艺的改进,所述步骤S2中,所述高温烧结的温度为1500-1650℃。
作为本发明的陶瓷基板的生产工艺的改进,所述步骤S3中,所述翘曲修平的处理温度为1300-1400℃。
作为本发明的陶瓷基板的生产工艺的改进,所述步骤S5中,所述中温烧结的温度为600-960℃。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种陶瓷基板,其由如上所述的生产工艺生产而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明生产的陶瓷基板可整版进行后续LED封装作业,提高封装的生产效率,且具有自带引脚,其克服了现有技术中存在的人工焊接钼片不整齐的问题,其有效保证了LED灯泡的质量,并有利于提高LED灯泡的生产效率,取得了较好的经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的陶瓷基板的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
S1、提供陶瓷生坯带,将其送入冲床模具中进行冲压,获得由冲切线分割的若干陶瓷生片,任一陶瓷生片具有一体成型的引脚,所述引脚自所述陶瓷生片本体的边缘延伸而出。
其中,所述陶瓷生坯带按照如下方法制备:
提供高纯氧化铝粉、SiO2、MgO、CaO粉末混合均匀,然后加入甲苯和乙基纤维素,获得混合料;对得到的混合料进行研磨,得到具有粘度的陶瓷浆料,将所述陶瓷浆料制作成所述陶瓷生坯带。优选地,所述陶瓷浆料通过流延法制作成所述陶瓷生坯带。
如图1所示,冲切时,若干陶瓷生片以阵列方式进行排列,且各陶瓷生片之间通过冲切形成的冲切线1进行分割。所述引脚通过冲切刀陶瓷生坯带上多余的部分而形成,冲切掉的多余的部分形成镂空结构2。
S2、将得到的陶瓷生片进行高温烧结,获得陶瓷熟片。
如图2所示,为了实现所述陶瓷生片的固化,对其进行高温烧结处理。优选地,所述高温烧结的温度为1500-1650℃。
S3、对得到的陶瓷熟片进行翘曲修平。
其中,通过所述翘曲修平处理,可获得表面平整度好的陶瓷熟片。此外,通过所述翘曲修平处理,还有利于使得陶瓷熟片的尺寸符合实际的需求。优选地,所述翘曲修平的处理温度为1300-1400℃。
S4、对经过翘曲修平的陶瓷熟片进行尺寸分选,并在陶瓷熟片上设置导电线路和焊盘,所述导电线路自所述陶瓷生片本体延伸至所述引脚上,且所述导电线路与所述焊盘电性连接。
如图3所示,尺寸分选时,选择厚度在0.25-0.5mm的陶瓷熟片。所述焊盘用于LED光源与陶瓷基板之间的焊接固定。所述导电线路则将LED光源连接至所述引脚上。
S5、将设置导电线路和焊盘后的陶瓷熟片进行中温烧结。
其中,为了实现所述陶瓷生片的进一步固化,对其进行中温烧结处理。优选地,所述中温烧结的温度为850-960℃。
如图4所示,S6、将中温烧结后的陶瓷熟片的引脚上进行包脚,得到本发明的陶瓷基板。
综上所述,本发明生产的陶瓷基板可整版进行后续LED封装作业,提高封装的生产效率,且具有自带引脚,其克服了现有技术中存在的人工焊接钼片不整齐的问题,其有效保证了LED灯泡的质量,并有利于提高LED灯泡的生产效率,取得了较好的经济效益。

Claims (7)

1.一种陶瓷基板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述生产工艺包括如下步骤:
S1、提供陶瓷生坯带,将其送入冲床模具中进行冲压,获得由冲切线分割的若干陶瓷生片,任一陶瓷生片具有一体成型的引脚,所述引脚自所述陶瓷生片本体的边缘延伸而出;
S2、将得到的陶瓷生片进行高温烧结,获得陶瓷熟片;
S3、对得到的陶瓷熟片进行翘曲修平;
S4、对经过翘曲修平的陶瓷熟片进行尺寸分选,并在陶瓷熟片上设置导电线路和焊盘,所述导电线路自所述陶瓷生片本体延伸至所述引脚上,且所述导电线路与所述焊盘电性连接;
S5、将设置有导电线路和焊盘后的陶瓷熟片进行中温烧结;
S6、将S5得到的陶瓷熟片进行折白边,使用包脚机对引脚进行整版包脚,得到所述陶瓷基板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷基板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述陶瓷生坯带按照如下方法制备:
提供高纯氧化铝粉、SiO2、MgO、CaO粉末混合均匀,然后继续加入甲苯和乙基纤维素,获得混合料;对得到的混合料进行研磨,得到具有粘度的陶瓷浆料,将所述陶瓷浆料制作成所述陶瓷生坯带。
3.根据权利要求2所述的陶瓷基板的生产工艺,其特征在于,通过流延法将所述陶瓷浆料制作成所述陶瓷生坯带。
4.根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷基板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,所述高温烧结的温度为1500-1650℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷基板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,所述翘曲修平的处理温度为1300-1400℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷基板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S5中,所述中温烧结的温度为600-960℃。
7.一种陶瓷基板,其特征在于,所述陶瓷基板由权利要求1至6任一项所述的生产工艺生产而成。
