本发明提供一种双层PE共挤木塑板及其制备方法,表层配方A取25~28%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54~57%、填充剂14~17%、偶联剂3~6%、抗氧化剂0.15~0.4%、其余为添加剂;芯层配方B取25~28%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54~57%、填充剂14~17%、偶联剂3~6%、抗氧化剂0.15~0.4%、阻燃剂2~5%、防霉剂2~5%、其余为添加剂;表层配方A和芯层配方B各组分量之和分别满足100%。产品的力学性能优于普通木塑单挤产品;表层材料添加了抗UV助剂,产品表面颜色的稳定性,耐候性显著提高,300h耐老化性能提升25%,1500h耐老化性能提升38%;表层厚度只有1.3mm~2.5mm,而芯层全部使用回收废料,生产成本相对下降,市场竞争力更强。

一种双层PE共挤木塑板及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及塑木材料生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种双层PE共挤木塑板及其制备方法。
背景技术:
目前木塑产品的局限性有以下几个方面:
弯曲模量和弯曲强度因回收塑料的波动普遍不高或不稳定;
因为成本原因,产品更容易出现微生物侵蚀;
不同塑料及纤维的使用出现批次产品表面的包含色泽在内的稳定性问题;
产品显著褪色的耐候性问题;
解决上述问题时又不可避免的出现因价格昂贵而脱离市场接受能力的问题。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,进一步提出在不增加生产成本的情况下,有效解决普通木塑颜色、耐候性不佳的问题的一种双层PE共挤木塑板及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种双层PE共挤木塑板,其特征在于:表层配方A取25~28%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54~57%、填充剂14~17%、偶联剂3~6%、抗氧化剂0.15~0.4%、其余为添加剂;
表层配方A各组分量之和满足100%;
芯层配方B取25~28%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54~57%、填充剂14~17%、偶联剂3~6%、抗氧化剂0.15~0.4%、阻燃剂2~5%、防霉剂2~5%、其余为添加剂;
芯层配方B各组分量之和满足100%。
添加剂为阻燃剂和防霉剂,分别占50%。
所述的改性塑料具体为改性塑料HDPE5502。
所述的表层配方A改性塑料为新料,芯层配方B改性塑料为回料。
制备方法为,混料过程,将料按配方混合,经过混料机高速搅拌,摩擦生热,至设定的工艺温度110~115℃后排入冷混,至设定工艺50℃后排料;
造粒过程,将混合好的原料加入造粒机上料斗内,在造粒机中进行加温,螺杆内剪切塑化,造粒温度为140-220℃,物料在造粒机中的时间为15分钟,在温度150℃~200℃和压力20~35MPa下,芯层料和表层料单独造粒,其中芯层料无需添加颜色料;
表层粒子烘干过程,造好的表层粒子要进行烘干处理,烘干机温度设置在100℃,烘干后粒子水份控制在1%以内;
芯层粒子加入主挤出机,再通过连接主挤出机的共挤模具挤出成板芯材,所述主挤出机的机筒包括四个区,由加料端向挤出端,四个区的温度依次为190-230℃、200-220℃、170-195℃、170-200℃,所述主挤出机的机筒连接抽真空设备,机筒内的压力为0.06MPa;所述共挤模具还与辅挤出机连接,辅挤出机内加入已烘干的表层料,熔化后在共挤模具内包裹在板芯材的表面,共同挤出后形成复合塑木板;
冷却定型过程:共挤出的型胚在定型模内冷却定型。
本发明的有益效果:
1、产品的力学性能优于普通木塑单挤产品;
2、芯层材料无颜色要求,加大了废料的使用范围;
3、表层材料添加了抗UV助剂,产品表面颜色的稳定性,耐候性显著提高,300h耐老化性能提升25%,1500h耐老化性能提升38%;
4、表层厚度只有1.3mm~2.5mm,而芯层全部使用回收废料,生产成本相对下降,市场竞争力更强。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:一种双层PE共挤木塑板,表层配方A取25%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54%、填充剂14%、偶联剂3%、抗氧化剂0.15%、添加剂3.85%;
芯层配方B取25%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54%、填充剂14%、偶联剂3%、抗氧化剂0.15%、添加剂3.85%。
实施例2:一种双层PE共挤木塑板,表层配方A取28%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54%、填充剂14%、偶联剂3%、抗氧化剂0.15%、添加剂0.85%;
芯层配方B取28%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54%、填充剂14%、偶联剂3%、抗氧化剂0.15%、添加剂0.85%。
实施例3:一种双层PE共挤木塑板,表层配方A取25%改性塑料,同时添加木粉57%、填充剂14%、偶联剂3%、抗氧化剂0.15%、添加剂0.85%;
芯层配方B取25%改性塑料,同时添加木粉57%、填充剂14%、偶联剂3%、抗氧化剂0.15%、添加剂0.85%。
实施例4:一种双层PE共挤木塑板,表层配方A取25%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54%、填充剂17%、偶联剂3%、抗氧化剂0.15%、添加剂0.85%;
芯层配方B取25%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54%、填充剂17%、偶联剂3%、抗氧化剂0.15%、添加剂0.85%。
实施例5:一种双层PE共挤木塑板,表层配方A取25%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54%、填充剂14%、偶联剂6%、抗氧化剂0.15%、添加剂0.85%;
芯层配方B取25%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54%、填充剂14%、偶联剂6%、抗氧化剂0.15%、添加剂0.85%。
实施例6:一种双层PE共挤木塑板,表层配方A取25%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54%、填充剂14%、偶联剂6%、抗氧化剂0.4%、添加剂0.6%;
芯层配方B取25%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54%、填充剂14%、偶联剂6%、抗氧化剂0.4%、添加剂0.6%。
添加剂为阻燃剂和防霉剂,分别占50%。
表层配方A改性塑料为新料,芯层配方B改性塑料为回料。

1.一种双层PE共挤木塑板及其制备方法,其特征在于:表层配方A取25~28%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54~57%、填充剂14~17%、偶联剂3~6%、抗氧化剂0.15~0.4%、其余为添加剂;
表层配方A各组分量之和满足100%;
芯层配方B取25~28%改性塑料,同时添加木粉54~57%、填充剂14~17%、偶联剂3~6%、抗氧化剂0.15~0.4%、阻燃剂2~5%、防霉剂2~5%、其余为添加剂;
芯层配方B各组分量之和满足100%。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种双层PE共挤木塑板及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的添加剂为阻燃剂和防霉剂,分别占50%。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种双层PE共挤木塑板及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的所述的改性塑料具体为改性塑料HDPE5502。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种双层PE共挤木塑板及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的所述的表层配方A改性塑料为新料,芯层配方B改性塑料为回料。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的一种双层PE共挤木塑板及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的制备方法为,混料过程,将料按配方混合,经过混料机高速搅拌,摩擦生热,至设定的工艺温度110~115℃后排入冷混,至设定工艺50℃后排料;
造粒过程,将混合好的原料加入造粒机上料斗内,在造粒机中进行加温,螺杆内剪切塑化,造粒温度为140-220℃,物料在造粒机中的时间为15分钟,在温度150℃~200℃和压力20~35MPa下,芯层料和表层料单独造粒,其中芯层料无需添加颜色料;
表层粒子烘干过程,造好的表层粒子要进行烘干处理,烘干机温度设置在100℃,烘干后粒子水份控制在1%以内;
芯层粒子加入主挤出机,再通过连接主挤出机的共挤模具挤出成板芯材,所述主挤出机的机筒包括四个区,由加料端向挤出端,四个区的温度依次为190-230℃、200-220℃、170-195℃、170-200℃,所述主挤出机的机筒连接抽真空设备,机筒内的压力为0.06MPa;所述共挤模具还与辅挤出机连接,辅挤出机内加入已烘干的表层料,熔化后在共挤模具内包裹在板芯材的表面,共同挤出后形成复合塑木板;
冷却定型过程:共挤出的型胚在定型模内冷却定型。
