技术领域
本发明构思涉及用于密封包装的方法。更具体地,本发明构思涉及用于密封折叠式柔性包装的方法。
背景技术
一种折叠式包装典型地包括其中可以容纳诸如液体的产品的填充室。在包装的填充过程中,可以通过在包装的填充通道中插入喷嘴来填充产品。随后,包装必须被密封,以使产品不能从填充室中漏出。举例来说,密封可以通过熔接来实现,通过将该包装放置在被配置成相互接合的一对钳口的接合面之间,从而在包装的一部分上施加压力以提供密封。
钳口可被加热。例如,GB943457A公开了如何利用加热式钳口在未支撑的热塑性片材之间形成接缝。该片材被一起施加,并且通过利用连续加热式熔接钳口来提供接缝。通过附加的挤压钳口,在接缝宽度的一部分上执行随后的第二热压,以除去位于接缝内的气泡或发泡。
然而,在GB943457A中披露的工艺是比较缓慢的工艺,需要更快的方法和装置来提供密封。
发明内容
因此,本发明构思的目的是提供一种更有效的用于密封包装的方法。另一个目的是提供一种在包装上提供更可靠的密封的方法。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于密封折叠式柔性包装的方法。该方法包括:提供延伸横穿柔性包装的填充通道的第一密封,并且提供延伸横穿柔性包装的填充通道的第二密封。该第二密封与该第一密封重叠使得组合密封被提供,组合密封包括单独由第一密封单元形成的顶部部分、由第一和第二密封单元形成的中间部分以及单独由第二密封单元形成的底部部分。该方法还包括设定操作参数,包括用于提供所述第一密封和提供所述第二密封的时间参数、温度参数和压力参数,使得在所述顶部部分和所述底部部分中获得低于阈值的密封特性,并且使得在所述中间部分中获得等于或高于阈值的密封特性。
折叠式柔性包装在此指的是包装或容器,当包装为空,即未填充时,其可以呈现折叠状态。此外,包装被配置为被产品填充后其呈现膨胀状态。包装包括至少两个柔性壁。包装的两个相对侧壁是柔性的,并且可在连接部分中结合以限定隔室。优选地,壁很薄。此外,可以具有底壁。隔室的体积取决于相对侧壁的相对位置。柔性包装的形状可以对应于产品的形状。可选地,可能有手柄部分提供在柔性包装上,用于携带包装。此外,在包装的连接部分中可能提供有气体填充管,用于增加包装的稳定性并用于改进包装的握持性。手柄部分可由气体填充管形成。
包装的材料可以包括若干层。例如,可以有液密层和气密层。各层可以包括具有不同熔点的材料。
包装材料可包括矿物、铝和塑料材料中的至少一种,例如聚合物,如聚烯烃。在第第一非限制性示例中,包装包括含有塑料材料和白垩(chalk)材料的层。在第二非限制性示例中,包装仅由塑料材料组成。特别是,包装可以包括可回收材料。包装的材料可包括填料和粘合剂。应意识到,包装可包括其他材料,材料的选择不限于上述示例。优选地,不管怎样,柔性包装包括被配置为在特定熔化温度以上会熔化的材料。
柔性包装可被填充有产品,如液体形式或粉末形式的产品。该产品可以是液体食品如乳制品,如牛奶、水、果汁、葡萄酒、柠檬水、饮料,等等。应理解的是,适合容纳于柔性包装中的其他类似的产品也可以被使用。
第一和/或第二密封被提供用于将产品保持在柔性包装中。第一和/或第二密封可以横向延伸跨越整个填充通道。特别地,顶部部分、中间部分和底部部分中的至少一个可以延伸跨越整个填充通道。第一和/或第二密封可以横向延伸跨越柔性包装的上部的一部分,其中包装被提供处于直立位置。可替换地,第一和/或第二密封可以横向延伸跨越柔性包装的整个上部。
密封可以通过熔接提供。第一和第二密封可通过在预先设定的时间段内将柔性包装的一部分承受热、压力等至少一种来提供。热的量、压力的量和预定的时间段可取决于包装的类型、包装中包括的材料、包装的壁的厚度、待被提供的密封的类型、所期望的密封质量水平,等等。密封可通过熔融柔性包装的材料的一部分来提供。在第一示例中,包装中包括的塑料材料的一部分可熔融用来提供密封。在第二示例中,包装的各层的叠层中包括的某层的一部分可熔融用来提供密封。在后者例子中,叠层中的不同层可能有不同的熔点。
可选地,密封可在加热密封后用冷却单元冷却。
根据第一示例,第一和第二密封的强度是恒定的。由此,重叠的中间部分的强度也可以是恒定的。第一和第二密封的强度可以是相同的,或者替代地,也可以是不同的。
根据第二示例,在第一和/或第二密封的某些部分或者遍及第一和/或第二密封,强度是变化的。强度可能沿包装的横向方向变化。替代地,或此外,强度可以沿包装的纵向方向变化。强度可能朝向第一和第二密封的外缘降低。因此,可以提供从柔性包装的密封向未密封部分的平滑过渡。
根据本发明构思,本方法是通过密封操作来实施,该密封操作通过使用两个密封单元分成两个单独的操作。实际上,该密封操作部分在第一密封单元执行,部分在第二密封单元执行。
密封操作可以间歇地进行。在第一密封被提供在第二包装上的同时,第二密封可被提供在已经具有第一密封的第一包装上。
随后,在第一密封被提供在第三包装上的同时,第二密封可被提供在第二包装上,等等。这样,本发明方法可以更有效地在柔性包装上提供密封。特别地,本发明的方法可以比现有技术中已知的方法操作更快。
替代地,密封操作可以连续执行。
密封可以由至少一个参数控制。该参数可以是温度参数、压力参数和时间参数,下面将更详细地描述。优选地,选择温度参数和压力参数,使得在第一和/或第二密封单元处的密封操作期间柔性包装不会被损坏。可选地,可提供在包括第一和/或第二密封的区域中冷却包装的冷却单元。此外,温度参数和压力参数可在特定的最高温度和最大压力参数值以下进行选择。在现有技术中典型的问题是,即使密封操作本身已经高度改进,相比于由生产线中包含的其他操作单元执行的任何其他操作,其仍需要较多的,或更多的时间,生产线包括用于执行密封操作的密封单元以及执行其他操作的其他单元,比如包装开启操作、填充操作、运输操作、包装调整操作等。所述操作可通过包装开启单元、填充单元、运输单元、包装调节单元等来执行。这些操作可同时执行;例如,在第一包装的填充通道被打开的同时,第二包装被填充,并且第三包装被密封,等等。在现有技术中,上述操作中的每一种通常在独立的、静止的站上执行。通过将密封操作分割为两个操作,根据本发明构思,在第一和第二密封单元处执行该两个密封操作,在各个密封单元上的停工时间(downtime)可以大大减少。停工时间,这里指的是执行密封操作的时间超出生产线中其他操作的持续时间的额外持续时间。特别地,在间歇生产线中,停工时间可能很重要,因为耗时最长的操作决定了生产中的等待时间(latency)。根据非限制性示例,如果给定温度参数和压力参数中的至少一个,则可确定密封包装所需的持续时间。
设定包括时间参数、温度参数和压力参数的操作参数,用于提供所述第一密封和所述第二密封,使得在所述顶部部分和所述底部部分中获得低于阈值的密封特性,并使得在所述中间部分中获得高于阈值的密封特性。由此,可以在中间部分中提供足够的密封性。通过调整时间参数、温度参数和压力参数,可以调节密封的质量。举例来说,通过使用更高的温度、使用更高的压力、以及使第一和/或第二密封单元在较长的时间内操作中的至少一种,可以改进密封性。显然,此示例优选受上述解释中关于保持柔性包装无损的限制。
鉴于以上,密封操作在生产线中可以更为有效,该生产线包括一个或多个密封操作。而且,生产线的产能可以得到提升,而无需增加额外的多条生产线,例如多条平行的生产线。值得注意的是,实施以上讨论的操作的灌装机的容量尤其取决于执行这些操作所需的时间,更确切地说是由需要最长时间来执行的操作来确定。
进行密封,使得第一或第二密封本身都不足以实现足够的密封性;相反,第一和第二密封都被需要以提供足够的密封性。此处足够的密封性指的是,密封或组合密封满足了一套密封标准。密封标准可以包括强度标准、宽度标准、长度标准、厚度标准、关于环境条件如温度或湿度等的标准。执行密封操作以使两个密封偏移,借此形成组合密封,在组合密封中提供足够的密封性。该组合密封包括第一和第二密封重叠的中间部分。在中间部分中,第一密封单元和第二密封单元的共同作用足以获得足够的密封性。此处密封单元的作用,指的是柔性包装在一时间期间内受到加热作用和压力作用。
第一和第二密封可以在第一和第二密封时间期间分别通过密封操作来实现,以形成总密封时间。总密封时间可以是第一和第二密封时间之和。当总密封时间长于特定的时间段,可以提供足够的密封性。该时间段可以预先确定。
组合密封包括三部分:具有不充足密封性的顶部部分、具有足够密封性的中间部分和具有不充足密封性的底部部分。因此,本发明构思的另一个优点是,该装置可以在柔性包装上提供从强密封到没有密封的部分的逐渐过渡。更具体地,中间部分可以提供比顶部部分和底部部分更牢固的密封性。此外,顶部部分和底部部分可紧挨着柔性包装的非密封部分提供密封。结果,有可能形成了一个密封效果,在柔性包装的纵向方向上具有非密封部分、底部部分、中间部分、顶部部分和非密封部分,从而提供的顺序是:不密封、不充足密封、充分密封、不充足密封和不密封。特别地,可以避免从充分密封到不密封的直接过渡,并提供更为温和的过渡。结果,柔性包装可以受到较少的应力。因此,该装置提供了更为可靠的密封性。
本发明方法的另一个优点是其提供了一种展示改善强度的密封。事实上,通过提供第一和第二密封,组合密封可以提供更牢固的密封。
根据一个实施例,该方法进一步包括将柔性包装从第一密封单元传送到第二密封单元。凭借本实施例,该方法可以更有效的方式提供密封。举例来说,已经获得第一密封的第一柔性包装可以从第一密封单元传送到第二密封单元以获得第二密封,同时第二柔性包装被传送到第一密封单元以获得第一密封。对被送入包括按照本发明构思的装置和上述的其他单元的充填机或生产线的多个柔性包装重复相同的程序。
根据一个实施例,第一密封可被提供有在1至5毫米范围内的宽度。根据另一实施例,第二密封可被提供有在1至5毫米范围内的宽度。根据还一个实施例,中间部分可被提供有在1至5毫米范围内的宽度。宽度可在柔性包装的纵向上进行测量。替代地,宽度可在柔性包装的横向上进行测量。通过这些实施例,可以防止气泡的形成,因为在密封操作期间由残余物形成的任何蒸汽都被允许从侧向逸出。在非限制性示例中,第一密封和第二密封的每一个都具有4毫米的宽度和2毫米的偏移量,结果形成2毫米的重叠部分。
根据一个实施例,第一和第二密封被提供为平行延伸。从而,中间部分,因此有充分的密封,可被提供为横穿整个填充通道。
根据一个实施例,第一和/或第二密封可以由包括永久加热式密封钳口的密封单元提供。该加热式密封钳口通过将热能传递到第一和/或第二密封将被定位于其上的柔性封装,可提供第一和/或第二密封。热能可用于熔化包含在柔性包装中比如包装的侧壁中的材料部分。在非限制性的例子中,永久加热式密封钳口由金属形成。
根据一个实施例,第一和/或第二密封单元包括具有接合部分的邻接钳口,该接合部分被配置为与柔性包装相接合以提供第一和/或第二密封。凭借本实施例,第一和/或第二密封可以通过在邻接钳口和加热式密封钳口之间按压第一和/或第二密封将被定位于其上的柔性包装来提供。
第一和/或第二密封单元的邻接钳口可包括锥形接合凹槽。该凹槽可以决定第一和/或第二密封的宽度。在非限制性的例子中,锥形接合凹槽由弹性材料形成。在另一个非限制性的例子中,锥形接合槽口由金属形成。
第一密封单元中的永久加热式密封钳口和邻接钳口可相对于第二密封单元中的永久加热式密封钳口和邻接钳口偏移。因此,第一密封单元可以提供第一密封,第二密封单元可以提供第二密封,由此第一密封相对于第二密封偏移。加热式密封钳口和邻接钳口的偏移量可通过将加热式密封钳口和邻接钳口中的至少一个相对彼此进行位移来实现。位移可以在竖直方向上进行,使得第一和第二密封在包装袋的纵向上偏移,假设包装在直立位置上被密封。
根据一个实施例,第一和第二密封单元是静止的。因此,柔性包装必须被传送到第一和第二密封单元。举例来说,可以通过上述的传送单元来进行传送。
根据替代实施例,第一和/或第二密封单元是可移动的。
在第一示例中,第一和第二密封单元被提供为在空间上分离。在第二示例中,第一和第二密封单元被提供在同一位置。
根据另一个实施例,提供至少三个密封单元以提供至少三个密封。至少三个密封组合成组合密封,从而包括一个或若干重叠部分。根据该实施例,从柔性包装的密封到非密封部分的过渡可变得更加平滑。
值得注意的是,该方法的步骤不必按照上面公开的特定顺序执行。

具体实施方式
接下来,将参照图1和图2描述本发明构思,图1和图2分别例示了用于填充和密封多个折叠式的柔性包装200的生产线100的示意性侧视图和示意性透视图。如下详细所述,生产线100包括根据本发明构思的用于密封柔性包装的装置的实施例。生产线100可以称为充填机。
在下文中,用语“包装”200和用语“柔性包装”200将可被可互换地使用。
多个柔性包装200可依据本领域技术人员众所周知的方法从材料卷料提供。根据本实施例,包装200以包装(未示出)的连续卷料的形式提供给生产线100。包装的卷料被卷起来以卷形物方式被供应到生产线100。
卷形物被配置为被展开并供应到生产线100。最初,包装200可沿边供应,随后包装200可以横向地间歇供应。
生产线100包括填充单元110、第一密封单元120、第二密封单元130和气体填充单元140。第一密封单元120和第二密封单元130被包含在用于密封柔性包装200的本发明装置的实施例中。按照图1和图2中箭头X指示的方向以连续的顺序在这些单元的每个中处理包装200。单元110,120,130,140沿水平方向排列,该水平方向是生产线100的纵向。此外,根据本实施例,单元110,120,130,140基本上彼此等距设置。

值得注意的是,为了清楚起见,在图1和图2中仅示出了生产线100的一部分。显然,可有生产线的另一个类似的部分(未示出)对该对柔性包装的另一包装200进行填充和密封。实际上,可以有多个生产线,用来对多个柔性包装200进行填充和密封。举例来说,每个生产线可以被配置用于填充和密封一对柔性包装。多个生产线可以被平行提供。
接下来,将描述单个的包装200,但很显然,任意数量的包装200都可以被类似地处理。
填充单元110被配置用于向柔性包装200填充液体产品。在填充操作中,通过吸盘使包装200的填充通道打开,从而形成开口。柔性包装200的开口由包装的两个相对的侧壁限定。填充喷嘴(未示出)穿过在第一和第二夹持装置之间形成的孔112而被引导经由柔性包装200的开口进入填充通道。更具体地,每个夹持装置包括两个叉(sprong),在填充操作过程中,第一和第二夹持装置上的叉被配置为在彼此上施加压力从而形成孔112。包装200当其处于直立位置时被填充。通过填充喷嘴与包装200之间的相对竖直位移,将填充喷嘴引入填充通道。
在将填充喷嘴插入包装200的填充室之前,包装200的顶部密封被配置为被去除,以便接入包装200的填充通道。举例来说,可以在生产线100中包括的单独的去除单元处执行该操作。另外,在填充单元110之前有一分离单元(未示出),用于将包装200彼此分开,即,提供在辊上的包装200的卷料被分开。在非限制性的例子中,上面提到的沿边供应(edgewise feed)可以包括为了打开包装200的填充通道而去除顶部密封的动作以及分离包装200的动作。
在图1和图2中,分别显示了柔性包装200处于填充状态和未填充状态。然而,至于图2,认识到一旦柔性包装200已通过填充单元110,如图1那样它们就已被充满了液体产品,由此,柔性包装200呈膨胀状态,其中每个包装200的侧壁被分离。
第一密封单元120被配置为向柔性包装200提供第一密封。第一密封单元120包括第一邻接钳口122和第一永久加热式密封钳口124。另外,第一密封单元120包括第一防护罩125,用于保持柔性包装200与第一永久加热式密封钳口124分离。
类似地,第二密封单元130被配置为向柔性包装200提供第二密封。第二密封装置130包括第二邻接钳口132和第二永久加热式密封钳口134。另外,第二密封单元130包括第二防护罩135,用于保持柔性包装200与第二永久加热式密封钳口134分离。

第一邻接钳口122包括第一锥形接合凹槽126,第二邻接钳口132包括第二锥形接合凹槽136。凹槽126和136分别确定第一和第二密封的宽度。根据本实施例,锥形接合凹槽126,136由弹性材料形成。
在图4中,例示了在左边的第一密封单元120和在右边的第二密封单元130的示意性侧视图。还例示了如何提供柔性包装200的组合密封300,该组合密封300延伸横跨柔性包装200在其上部的填充通道。由此产生的组合密封300包括第一密封302和第二密封304。
附带地,注意到图4中的第一密封单元120和第二密封单元130的位置与图1和2相比已经互换。
如图4中的放大图4a所示,第一密封单元120被配置为借助于第一邻接钳口122和第一永久加热式密封钳口124在柔性包装200上提供第一密封302。更具体地,在操作中,第一邻接钳口122被压向第一永久加热式密封钳口124,据此在柔性包装200的上部上提供了第一密封302,在操作中,柔性包装200的上部被放置在第一邻接钳口122和第一永久加热式密封钳口124之间。包装200的上部中的材料的第一部分通过第一邻接钳口122和第一永久加热式密封钳口124的作用而熔化,用于形成第一密封302。
而且,在图4中的放大图4b中,显示第二密封单元130被配置为借助于第二邻接钳口132和第二永久加热式密封钳口134在柔性包装200上提供第二密封304。类似于第一密封单元120,操作中第二邻接钳口132被压向第二永久加热式密封钳口134,据此在柔性包装200的上部上提供了第二密封304,在操作中,柔性包装200的上部被放置在第二邻接钳口132和第一永久加热式密封钳口134之间。包装200的上部中材料的第二部分通过第二邻接钳口132和第二永久加热式密封钳口134的作用而熔化,用于形成第二密封304。第二部分的一部分与第一部分相重叠。
第二密封304相对于第一密封302偏移。更具体地,第二密封304相对于第一密封302在柔性包装200的纵向上位移。在如图4所示的竖直方向上,将第二密封单元130相对于第一密封单元120移动距离D而产生该偏移。
此外,该偏移使得第一密封302和第二密封304在包装200的上部的区域中重叠,从而形成中间部分316。因此,组合密封300包括三个部分:由第一密封单元120单独形成的顶部部分312、由第二密封单元130单独形成的底部314、以及由第一密封单元120和第二密封单元130形成的中间部分316。
因此,该中间部分316提供了比顶部部分312和底部部分314更为牢固的组合密封300部分。特别是,中间部分316被第一密封单元120和第二密封单元130在与分别由第一密封单元120和第二密封单元130单独挤压的顶部部分312和底部部分314相比较长时间内挤压和加热。
在图5a中,显示了在直立位置的柔性包装200的示意性前视图,其中,依照本发明构思的实施例,在柔性包装200的上部上提供了组合密封300。注意到,出于阐述目的,该组合密封300的尺寸已经被放大。根据本实施例,组合密封300在包装的横向方向上延伸穿过整个包装200。特别是,组合密封300横跨包装200的充填通道210,从而将产品密封到包装200的由图5a中的虚线所限定的隔室202中。特别地,中间部分316横跨包装200的填充通道210以形成充分的密封。根据图5a中的实施例,填充通道210也充当包装200的开口部分。
在图5b中显示出处于直立位置中的柔性包装200的示意性前视图,其中,依照本发明构思的另一个实施例,在柔性包装200的上部上提供组合密封300。图5b中的斜线显示了包装200的剖视图。应理解的是,组合密封300包括上面所述的第一密封302和第二密封304,及由此形成的顶部部分312、底部部分314和中间部分316。组合密封300横跨包装200的填充通道210,从而将产品密封在包装200的隔室202中。特别是,中间部分316横跨包装200的填充通道210以形成充分的密封。
很显然,图5b显示了组合密封300的示例性位置,根据替代实施例,该组合密封300可位于不同的位置。例如,组合密封300可以被定位为距包装200的顶部更靠近或更远。而且,组合密封300可以在图5b中向左或向右移位。无论如何,组合密封300横跨包装200中的填充通道210以提供对包装200足够的密封是很重要的。
根据图5b中的实施例,柔性包装200还包括由充气管222形成的手柄部分220。此外,包装200包括开口部分230,该开口部分230包括可以被撕开以允许用户从包装200获取产品的拉片。
气体填充单元140被配置用以在形成图5b中包装200的手柄部分220的管222中向包装200填充气体,如空气。气体填充单元140包括喷嘴(未显示),用于将空气导入管222。气体填充单元140还被配置为将管222在其上部密封以容纳手柄部分220中的气体。
然后,参考图6中的流程图,根据体现本发明构思的实施例,描述一种用于密封柔性包装200的方法。该方法可在生产线100中实施,该生产线100特别包括如上所述的第一密封单元120和第二密封单元130。如上所述地将柔性包装200从包装卷料供应给生产线100。
首先,柔性包装200通过传送单元(未显示)传送到填充单元110。在填充单元110中,柔性包装200被填充产品,如液体产品(框410)。更具体地,首先从包装200移除顶部密封,以进入包装200的填充通道210。此后,通过吸盘打开填充通道210,从而形成开口,填充喷嘴被插入填充通道210中,隔室202被填充产品。填充喷嘴随后从填充通道210中移除。
此后,柔性包装200由传送单元从填充单元110传送到第一密封单元120(框420)。当在第一密封单元120上,根据上面所述,在包装200上提供第一密封302(框430)。第一密封302在第一密封时间t1期间被提供到包装200。
柔性包装200然后由传送单元从第一密封单元120传送到第二密封单元130(框440)。在第二密封单元130上,根据上面所述,在包装200上提供第二密封304(框450)。第二密封304在第二密封时间t2期间被提供到包装200上。
总密封时间是第一和第二密封时间之和,即t=t1+t2。总密封时间t被选择为长于或等于足够长以获得充分密封的临界密封时间tcrit。此外,适当选择在邻接钳口122,132和永久加热式密封钳口124,134之间的施加给包装200的压力P,以及永久加热式密封钳口124,134的温度T,以获得充分的密封。换句话说,P≥Pcrit和T≥Tcrit,此处Pcrit和Tcrit分别是临界压力和临界温度。
因此,设置操作参数以提供第一和第二密封302,304。这些操作参数包括时间参数、温度参数和压力参数。用于提供第一密封的操作参数可不同于用于提供第二密封的操作参数。
操作参数被设置为使得在所述顶部部分和所述底部部分中获得低于阈值的密封特性,并使得在所述中间部分中获得等于或高于阈值的密封特性。
阈值对应于密封的密封特性,该密封已经受适当的密封工艺以形成充分的或功能性的密封。对于给定的材料及材料厚度,适当的密封工艺取决于操作参数:时间、温度和压力。
根据本发明构思,只有由第一和第二密封相互重叠而形成的中间部分经受适当的密封工艺,即具有等于或高于阈值的密封特性。
最后,将包装200传送远离第二密封单元130(框460)。此后,可以进一步处理包装200。举例来说,包装200可以被传送到气体填充单元140。在气体填充单元140处,管222可通过如空气的气体来充气,参见图5b的包装。根据图5b中的实施例,充气管222形成由两个相对的侧壁形成的容积。借助于充气管222,包装200的刚性增加。
此外,在包装200被设置有充气的手柄部分220之后,其可以被传送到生产线100中的其他单元。例如,包装200可以被传送到包装单元,在此包装200被包装在盒(未显示)中。在被包装之前,可以通过执行包装200的直线位移并通过围绕一个或多个轴旋转包装200而将包装200调整或对准到适当的位置和定向。
根据替代实施例,然而,包装200没有设置管222,并且生产线100中不需要气体填充单元140。在图5a中提供了这种包装200的非限制性示例。
应理解,上述方法可重复用于多个包装200。如上文所述,包装200可被连续提供到生产线100中。此外,并排布置的多个包装200可以被提供到生产线100。例如,可以有如图2所示并排提供的一对包装200。另外,显然可以有并排布置的多个生产线100。在这些情况下,分离单元(未显示)可位于填充单元110之前,用于使多个包装200相互分离。
以上本发明主要参照一些实施例进行了描述。然而,如本领域技术人员容易理解的,上述以外的其他实施例在本发明范围内也同样可能,如所附专利权利要求所限定的那样。例如,生产线100中包含的各个单元的特定顺序可以改变。与此相关,该方法中包含的步骤也可以改变。此外,所描述的密封单元的特定形式必须被视为非限制性的,因为还有设计密封单元的其他方法。例如,邻接钳口的形状和/或材料可能不同。另外,根据替代实施例,密封钳口不必要是永久加热式。例如,可能有单独的加热部件布置在密封钳口和/或邻接钳口旁边,用于通过间歇加热提供改进的密封性。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于密封折叠式柔性包装的方法,该方法包括:
提供延伸横穿所述柔性包装的填充通道的第一密封;
提供延伸横穿所述柔性包装的所述填充通道的第二密封;
所述第二密封与所述第一密封重叠,使得组合密封被提供,该组合密封包括单独由第一密封单元形成的顶部部分、由所述第一密封单元和第二密封单元形成的中间部分以及单独由所述第二密封单元形成的底部部分;和
设定操作参数,包括用于提供所述第一密封和用于提供所述第二密封的时间参数、温度参数和压力参数,使得在所述顶部部分和所述底部部分中获得低于阈值的密封特性,并且使得在所述中间部分中获得等于或高于阈值的密封特性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括将所述柔性包装从所述第一密封单元传送到所述第二单元。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述第一密封和所述第二密封被间歇地提供。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述第一密封被提供有1至5毫米的范围内的宽度。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述第二密封被提供有1至5毫米的范围内的宽度。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述第一密封和所述第二密封被提供为使得所述中间部分具有1至5毫米的范围内的宽度。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述第一密封和所述第二密封被提供为平行延伸。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述第一密封和/或所述第二密封由包括永久加热式密封钳口的密封单元提供。
