可乳化浓缩物(也称为EC)在作物保护中为广泛使用的配制物。EC通常基于具有高溶解动力的疏水溶剂。由于它们的疏水性,当用水稀释时,它们通常导致稳定的乳液。
脂肪酸酰胺为强有力的溶剂。然而,当需要它们的完全溶解动力以实现高活性浓度时,它们通常导致不稳定的乳液。在这些情况下,各自的活性物质需要配制为SC(悬浮液浓缩物)或WDG(水可分散的颗粒)。WO 2013/149925涉及包含乙烯基内酰胺、n-烷基丙烯酰胺和烷基(甲基)丙烯酸酯的共聚物的农业配制物。WO 2014/139805描述了包含杀虫剂、烷基苯甲酸酯和脂肪酸酰胺的可乳化浓缩物。WO 2014/154447涉及包含杀虫剂、烷基乳酸酯和脂肪酰胺的可乳化浓缩物。US 2014/371075描述了包含杀虫剂、酰胺、碳酸酯和烃的可乳化浓缩物。US 2013/065759涉及用于递送水不溶性成膜聚合物的预制的浓缩物。目前,市场上不存在具有高活性浓度的EC。
因此,本发明的目标是提供具有高活性浓度的可乳化浓缩物,其导致稳定达多于24小时的稳定的乳液。
通过包含三唑类杀真菌剂、芳族烃和式(I)的酰胺和任选的乳化剂的可乳化浓缩物,实现所述目标。
R1-C(O)N(R2)2 (I)
其中,R1为C5-C19-烷基,并且R2为C1-C4-烷基。
通常,可乳化浓缩物组合物是指当与水混合(例如,以1份浓缩物:99份水的重量比)后,形成水包油型乳液的组合物。浓缩物优选为均质溶液。其通常实际上不含分散的颗粒。
芳族烃(a)为由碳和氢组成并且包含芳族基团的化合物。优选初始沸点为至少140℃,优选至少180℃的芳族烃或它们的混合物。芳族烃的实例为苯、甲苯、邻-、间-或对-二甲苯、萘、联苯、邻-或间-三联苯、被C1-C20-烷基单取代或多取代的芳族烃,例如乙基苯、十二烷基苯、十四烷基苯、十六烷基苯、甲基萘、二异丙基萘、己基萘或癸基萘。其它合适的为初始沸点为至少140℃的芳族烃混合物。这样的化合物例如由以下商品名市售可得自ExxonMobil或BP:100,150,200,150ND,200ND,150,200,A 200,A 230/270,20,28,K 150,K 200,A 150,A 100,FAS-TX 150,FAS-TX 200。优选的芳族烃为初始沸点为至少140℃,优选至少180℃,更优选140℃-310℃的芳族烃混合物。以上芳族烃的混合物也是可能的。优选,本发明乳液包含0.5-20重量%,优选1-15重量%,尤其优选1-10重量%的芳族烃,在每一种情况下,基于所述可乳化浓缩物的总重量。

浓缩物可包含不多于80重量%,优选不多于65重量%,特别是不多于60重量%的式(I)的酰胺,在每一种情况下,基于所述乳液的总重量。浓缩物可包含至少30重量%,优选至少40重量%,特别是至少42重量%的式(I)的酰胺,在每一种情况下,基于所述可乳化浓缩物的总重量。
除了芳族烃和式(I)的酰胺以外,浓缩物可进一步包含其他溶剂(例如,以下列举的有机溶剂)。浓缩物可包含不多于30重量%,优选不多于12重量%,特别是不多于7重量%的其他溶剂,在每一种情况下,基于所述可乳化浓缩物的总重量。

本发明浓缩物包含至少25重量%,优选25%-40重量%,特别是30%-37重量%的三唑类杀真菌剂,优选戊唑醇,在每一种情况下,基于所述可乳化浓缩物的总重量。

其他杀虫剂优选为水不溶性的。通常,在25℃下,其可溶于水至不多于1g/l,优选不多于200mg/l,特别是不多于50mg/l。使用简单的初步实验,熟练工人可选择具有合适水溶解度的杀虫剂。采用尤其优选的形式,浓缩物不包含任何其他杀虫剂。
浓缩物可包含0.1-60重量%,优选25-50重量%,特别是30-45重量%的三唑类杀真菌剂,基于存在于浓缩物中的所有三唑类杀真菌剂和杀虫剂的总量。
此外,可乳化浓缩物可包含常规用于作物保护产品的助剂。合适的助剂为溶剂、液体载体、表面活性剂、分散剂、乳化剂、湿润剂、辅助剂、增溶剂、渗透剂、保护性胶质、粘着剂、增稠剂、杀菌剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、着色剂、粘结剂和粘合剂。
合适的溶剂和液体载体为有机溶剂,例如具有中至高沸点的矿物油馏分,例如煤油、柴油;植物或动物来源的油;脂族或环状烃;醇,例如乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、环己醇;二醇类;酮类,例如环己酮;酯类,例如碳酸酯、脂肪酸酯、γ-丁内酯;脂肪酸;膦酸酯类;胺类;酰胺类,例如N-甲基吡咯烷酮;和它们的混合物。
本发明的乳化剂可为阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂或其混合物。
合适的表面活性剂为表面活性化合物,例如阴离子、阳离子、非离子和两性表面活性剂、嵌段聚合物、聚电解质及其混合物。这样的表面活性剂可用作乳化剂、分散剂、增溶剂、湿润剂、渗透剂、保护性胶质或助剂。表面活性剂的实例在McCutcheon的第1卷:Emulsifiers&Detergents(乳化剂及洗涤剂),McCutcheon’s Directories,Glen Rock,USA,2008(国际版本或北美版本)中列举。
在优选的实施方案中,乳化剂为非离子表面活性剂。合适的非离子表面活性剂为烷氧基化物、N-取代的脂肪酸酰胺、胺氧化物、酯类、基于糖的表面活性剂、聚合的表面活性剂及其混合物。烷氧基化物的实例为已被1-50当量烷氧基化的化合物,例如醇、烷基酚、胺、酰胺、芳基酚、脂肪酸或脂肪酸酯。环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷可用于烷氧基化,优选环氧乙烷。N-取代的脂肪酸酰胺的实例为脂肪酸葡糖酰胺或脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺。酯类的实例为脂肪酸酯、甘油酯或单甘油酯。基于糖的表面活性剂的实例为脱水山梨糖醇、乙氧基化的脱水山梨糖醇、蔗糖和葡萄糖酯类或烷基多糖苷。聚合的表面活性剂的实例为乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙烯基醇或乙酸乙烯酯的均聚物或共聚物。优选的非离子表面活性剂为烷氧基化物。非离子表面活性剂(例如烷氧基化物)也可用作辅助剂。
浓缩物优选包含至少一种非离子表面活性剂作为乳化剂。浓缩物通常包含至少1重量%的非离子表面活性剂,优选至少5重量%,特别是至少10重量%,在每一种情况下,基于所述可乳化浓缩物的总重量。组合物可包含1%-65重量%的非离子表面活性剂,优选5%-45重量%,特别是,不多于10%-35重量%,在每一种情况下,基于所述可乳化浓缩物的总重量。
采用优选的形式,浓缩物优选包含至少一种烷氧基化物,特别是已被1-50个环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷单元烷氧基化的脂肪酸或脂肪酸酯。环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷可用于烷氧基化,优选环氧乙烷。采用优选的形式,浓缩物优选包含至少一种烷氧基化的(乙氧基化的)甘油三酯。在更优选的实施方案中,烷氧基化的脂肪酸酯为具有30-45个环氧乙烷单元的乙氧基化的蓖麻油。浓缩物通常包含至少2重量%的烷氧基化物,特别是如上定义的烷氧基化的脂肪酸酯,具有30-45个环氧乙烷单元的乙氧基化的蓖麻油,优选至少7重量%,特别是至少10重量%,在每一种情况下,基于所述可乳化浓缩物的总重量。优选,浓缩物包含2%-65重量%的烷氧基化物,特别是脂肪酸酯,例如,如上定义的甘油三酯,优选具有30-45个环氧乙烷单元的乙氧基化的蓖麻油,优选7%-45重量%,特别是不多于10%-35重量%,在每一种情况下,基于所述可乳化浓缩物的总重量。
合适的阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸酯、硫酸酯、磷酸酯、羧酸酯的碱、碱土或铵盐及其混合物。磺酸酯的实例为烷基芳基磺酸酯、二苯基磺酸酯、α-烯烃磺酸酯、木质素磺酸酯、脂肪酸和油的磺酸酯、乙氧基化的烷基酚的磺酸酯、烷氧基化的芳基酚的磺酸酯、稠合萘的磺酸酯、十二烷基-和十三烷基基苯的磺酸酯、萘和烷基萘的磺酸酯、磺基琥珀酸酯或磺基succinamates。硫酸酯的实例为脂肪酸和油、乙氧基化的烷基酚、醇、乙氧基化的醇或脂肪酸酯的硫酸酯。磷酸酯的实例为磷酸酯类。羧酸酯的实例为烷基羧酸酯和羧酸酯化的醇或烷基酚乙氧基化物。优选的阴离子表面活性剂为硫酸酯和磺酸酯。
浓缩物优选包含至少一种阴离子表面活性剂作为如上定义的乳化剂,优选烷基苯磺酸酯。浓缩物通常包含至少0.5重量%的阴离子表面活性剂,优选至少2重量%,在每一种情况下,基于所述可乳化浓缩物的总重量。组合物可包含0.5%-30重量%的阴离子表面活性剂,优选2%-15重量%,特别是2%-10重量%,在每一种情况下,基于所述可乳化浓缩物的总重量。
优选,浓缩物包含非离子表面活性剂(例如如上定义的烷氧基化物)和阴离子表面活性剂(例如如上定义的硫酸酯或磺酸酯)作为乳化剂。在更优选的实施方案中,浓缩物包含非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂(优选烷基苯磺酸酯)作为乳化剂,所述非离子表面活性剂选自烷氧基化的(乙氧基化的)甘油三酯,甚至更优选烷氧基化的脂肪酸酯为具有30-45个环氧乙烷单元的乙氧基化的蓖麻油。
合适的阳离子表面活性剂为季表面活性剂,例如具有一个或两个疏水基团的季铵化合物,或长链伯胺的盐。合适的两性表面活性剂为烷基甜菜碱和咪唑啉。合适的嵌段聚合物为包含聚环氧乙烷和聚环氧丙烷的嵌段的A-B或A-B-A型或包含链烷醇、聚环氧乙烷和聚环氧丙烷的A-B-C型的嵌段聚合物。合适的聚电解质为聚酸或聚碱。聚酸的实例为聚丙烯酸或聚酸梳状聚合物的碱盐。聚碱的实例为聚乙烯基胺或聚乙烯胺。
合适的辅助剂为具有可忽略的杀虫活性或甚至本身不具有杀虫活性的化合物,并且其改进化合物I对标靶的生物学性能。实例为表面活性剂、矿物油或植物油以及其他助剂。其他实例在Knowles的Adjuvants and Additives(辅助剂和添加剂),Agrow ReportsDS256,T&F Informa UK,2006,第5章中列举。
合适的杀菌剂为溴硝丙二醇和异噻唑啉酮衍生物,例如烷基异噻唑啉酮和苯并异噻唑啉酮。合适的防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、尿素和甘油。合适的消泡剂为硅酮、长链醇和脂肪酸的盐。合适的着色剂(例如,红色、蓝色或绿色)为微溶于水的颜料和水溶性染料。实例为无机着色剂(例如,氧化铁、二氧化钛、六氰基高铁酸铁)和有机着色剂(例如,茜素、偶氮和酞菁着色剂)。
在优选的实施方案中,本发明涉及可乳化浓缩物,其包含30-40重量%的三唑类杀真菌剂(优选戊唑醇)、2-10重量%的芳族烃(优选40-60重量%的式(I)的酰胺)和任选的1-12重量%的乳化剂,基于所述可乳化浓缩物的总重量

此外,本发明涉及通过将如上定义的三唑类杀真菌剂、如上定义的芳族烃和如上定义的式(I)的酰胺和任选的乳化剂混合,制备本发明的可乳化浓缩物的方法。
此外,本发明涉及通过将本发明浓缩物与水混合可得到(优选得到)的乳液。在混合后,通常乳液自发形成。在大多数情况下,乳液为水包油型乳液。乳液优选含有0.1-10%的浓缩物在水中,甚至更优选0.5-5%的浓缩物在水中。
此外,本发明涉及用于控制植物病原真菌的方法,其中让本发明浓缩物或本发明乳液作用于植物病原真菌、它们的环境、作用于作物植物以保护免于植物病原真菌或作用于土壤上。人和动物的治疗性处理排除在控制植物病原真菌的方法之外。
当用于作物保护时,三唑类杀真菌剂的施用速率为0.001-2kg/ha,优选0.005-2kg/ha,尤其优选0.05-0.9kg/ha,特别是0.1-0.75kg/ha,取决于期望的效果的性质。在处理植物增殖材料例如种子时,例如通过撒粉、涂布或浸润种子,每100kg植物增殖材料(优选种子),通常需要0.1-1000g,优选1-1000g,更优选1-100g,最优选5-100g量的活性物质。当用于保护材料或储存的产品时,施用的活性物质的量取决于施用面积的种类和期望的效果。常规施用于保护材料的量为0.001g-2kg,优选0.005g-1kg的活性物质/立方米处理的材料。
各种类型的油、湿润剂、辅助剂、肥料或微量营养素和其他杀虫剂(例如除草剂、杀虫剂、杀真菌剂、生长调节剂、安全剂)可以预混或任选仅在使用前简短地混合(槽混合)形式加入到乳液中。这些试剂可以1:100-100:1,优选1:10-10:1的重量比,与本发明组合物混合。
使用者通常由预计量装置、背包式喷雾器、喷雾罐、喷雾飞机或灌溉系统施用本发明组合物。通常,农业化学组合物由水、缓冲液和/或其他助剂制成,至期望的施用浓度,因此得到即用型喷雾液或本发明的农业化学组合物。通常,每公顷农业可用面积,施用20-2000升,优选50-400升的即用型喷雾液。
本发明的优点尤其是,在浓缩物中可采用高溶解的三唑类杀真菌剂浓度;当用水稀释浓缩物后,乳液自发形成;浓缩物不需要存在水;当用水稀释后,浓缩物形成稳定的乳液;可乳化浓缩物显示冷储存稳定性;辅助剂(例如醇烷氧基化物)可包括在浓缩物配制物中。

实施例1:制备可乳化浓缩物(EC)和稳定性测试
通过将在表1A和1B中描述的组分混合,制备可乳化浓缩物。根据CIPAC方法MT 36,已在室温下评定稳定性。根据本发明的实施例为EC1-10。EC C1-C5代表不含烃1的组合物。

3.根据权利要求1的浓缩物,其中所述芳族烃为沸点为至少140℃的芳族烃混合物。

7.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的浓缩物,其中所述浓缩物具有不多于3重量%的水。
8.根据权利要求6的浓缩物,其中所述浓缩物具有不多于3重量%的水。
9.用于制备根据权利要求1-8中任一项的浓缩物的方法,所述方法通过将所述三唑类杀真菌剂、所述芳族烃和式(I)的酰胺和乳化剂混合。
10.一种乳液,其可通过将如权利要求1-8中任一项所定义的浓缩物与水混合而得到。
11.用于控制植物病原真菌的方法,其中允许将根据权利要求1-8中任一项的浓缩物或根据权利要求10的乳液作用于植物病原真菌、它们的环境、作用于作物植物以保护免于植物病原真菌或作用于土壤上。
