本发明公开了一种带有自润滑功能的蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体的内部安装有阀板,所述阀杆上安装有传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮的一侧安装有齿轮条,所述齿轮条的一端安装有抽拉杆,所述固定架的上方的一侧安装有储油箱,所述储油箱的一侧安装有输油管,所述传动齿轮的内侧安装有分流圈,所述分流圈内安装有油孔。本发明的阀体的顶部安装有固定架,在阀板的上方安装有阀杆,在阀杆的顶部安装有调节把,在阀杆上安装有传动齿轮,在传动齿轮的一侧安装有齿轮条,通过齿轮条与传动齿轮方便对控制阀杆转动,且在固定架的顶部安装有储油箱,在储油箱的一侧安装有输油管,通过其可以对传动齿轮进行自动润滑。

技术领域
本发明涉及蝶阀领域,具体是一种带有自润滑功能的蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,可用于低压管道介质的开关控制的蝶阀是指关闭件(阀瓣或蝶板)为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀,阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。
一种带有自润滑功能的蝶阀的出现大大方便了流质控制,但是目前阶段的蝶阀存在诸多的不足之处,例如,控制不方便,无法对转动齿轮进行自动润滑。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有自润滑功能的蝶阀,以解决现有技术中的控制不方便,无法对转动齿轮进行自动润滑的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种带有自润滑功能的蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体的内部安装有阀板,所述阀体的上方安装有固定架,所述固定架的内侧安装有档杆,所述固定架的一侧设置有限位槽,所述阀体的内部安装有阀板,所述阀板的顶部安装有阀杆,所述阀杆的顶部安装有调节把,所述阀杆上安装有传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮的一侧安装有齿轮条,所述齿轮条的一端安装有抽拉杆,所述固定架的上方的一侧安装有储油箱,所述储油箱的一侧安装有输油管,所述传动齿轮的内侧安装有分流圈,所述分流圈内安装有油孔。
优选的,所述齿轮条与传动齿轮传动连接。
优选的,所述输油管的一端与阀杆连接。
优选的,所述阀杆与分流圈的连接位置处均空心结构。
优选的,所述阀杆的一端与阀板连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的阀体的顶部安装有固定架,在阀板的上方安装有阀杆,在阀杆的顶部安装有调节把,在阀杆上安装有传动齿轮,在传动齿轮的一侧安装有齿轮条,通过齿轮条与传动齿轮方便对控制阀杆转动,且在固定架的顶部安装有储油箱,在储油箱的一侧安装有输油管,通过其可以对传动齿轮进行自动润滑。

请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种带有自润滑功能的蝶阀,包括阀体8,阀体8的内部安装有阀板7,阀体8的上方安装有固定架12,固定架12的内侧安装有档杆10,固定架12的一侧设置有限位槽11,限位槽11可以限制齿轮条6的左右移动幅度,阀体8的内部安装有阀板7,阀板7用来控制阀体8的启闭,阀板7的顶部安装有阀杆1,阀杆1用来控制阀板7转动,阀杆1的顶部安装有调节把2,调节把2方便控制阀杆1转动,阀杆1上安装有传动齿轮9,传动齿轮9的一侧安装有齿轮条6,齿轮条6用来控制传动齿轮9转动,齿轮条6的一端安装有抽拉杆5,固定架12的上方的一侧安装有储油箱4,储油箱4用来储存润滑油,储油箱4的一侧安装有输油管3,输油管3用来输送润滑油至分流圈14内,传动齿轮9的内侧安装有分流圈14,分流圈14内安装有油孔13,油孔13用来将油液流入传动齿轮9的齿轮槽内,对其进行润滑,齿轮条6与传动齿轮9传动连接,输油管3的一端与阀杆1连接,阀杆1与分流圈14的连接位置处均空心结构,阀杆1的一端与阀板8连接。
本发明的工作原理是:该设备在使用时,通过抽拉杆5控制齿轮条6与传动齿轮9传动连接,通过传动齿轮9带动阀杆1转动,使阀杆1带动阀板7转动,通过阀板7的转动可以对阀体8的启闭进行控制,同时通过输油管3将储油箱4内的油液输送至阀杆1内,通过阀杆1的空心槽输送至分流圈14内,通过分流圈14内的油孔13溢出的油液,流动至传动齿轮9的齿轮齿处进行自动润滑。

1.一种带有自润滑功能的蝶阀,包括阀体(8),其特征在于:所述阀体(8)的内部安装有阀板(7),所述阀体(8)的上方安装有固定架(12),所述固定架(12)的内侧安装有档杆(10),所述固定架(12)的一侧设置有限位槽(11),所述阀体(8)的内部安装有阀板(7),所述阀板(7)的顶部安装有阀杆(1),所述阀杆(1)的顶部安装有调节把(2),所述阀杆(1)上安装有传动齿轮(9),所述传动齿轮(9)的一侧安装有齿轮条(6),所述齿轮条(6)的一端安装有抽拉杆(5),所述固定架(12)的上方的一侧安装有储油箱(4),所述储油箱(4)的一侧安装有输油管(3),所述传动齿轮(9)的内侧安装有分流圈(14),所述分流圈(14)内安装有油孔(13)。
