技术领域
本发明涉及工业阀门领域,更具体的说是一种工业蝶阀。
背景技术
工业阀门是工业管路上控制介质流动的一种重要附件,可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。阀门由阀体、启闭机构、阀盖三大部分组成。蝶阀是利用一可饶轴旋转的圆盘来控制管路的启闭,转角大小反映了阀门的开启程度。根据传动方式不同蝶阀分手动、气动和电动等三种,常用的为手动,旋转手柄通过齿轮传动带动阀杆从而起闭阀门。
专利号为112081930的发明公开了一种具有精确启闭功能的工业蝶阀,包括阀体、阀瓣,所述阀体上固定连接有承台,所述承台上固定连接有支撑架和固定板,所述支撑架固定连接有固定架,所述固定架上设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出端传动连接有锥齿轮一,所述固定架内设有锥齿轮二。该发明中,驱动电机的输出轴带动锥齿轮一转动,由于锥齿轮一与锥齿轮二啮合,锥齿轮一带动两个锥齿轮二转动,两个锥齿轮二带动两侧锥齿轮三往相反方向转动,锥齿轮三带动锥齿轮四转动,锥齿轮四带动固定盘一转动,使得活动块在通孔内滑动,使得固定盘二发生转动,通过指示杆与角度尺可以精确控制开闭的大小,控制流量,减少对设备的冲击,提高阀瓣的使用寿命,该发明具有不能够进行两级调节的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种工业蝶阀,具有能够进行两级调节的优点。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种工业蝶阀,包括阀管,以及转动在阀管上的二级阀板,以及转动在二级阀板上的一级阀板。
进一步的,所述一种工业蝶阀还包括固接在二级阀板上的外部密封套。
进一步的,所述一种工业蝶阀还包括设置在二级阀板两端的密封槽,以及转动在两个密封槽内用于对二级阀板和阀管的连接处进行密封的两个密封环。
进一步的,所述一种工业蝶阀还包括固接在二级阀板上的弹簧板,以及阀管上设置的弹簧槽,弹簧槽内设置有固接在弹簧板上的弹簧。

具体实施方式
参考图1,详细说明工业蝶阀两级调节阀腔大小进而调节工业蝶阀内流速的实施过程:
一种工业蝶阀,包括阀管11,阀管11两端均设置有连接用的端板,再通过两端的螺栓将阀管11进行安装,阀管11上转动连接有二级阀板21,二级阀板21上转动连接有一级阀板31,一级阀板31受力转动时,随着一级阀板31开度的调节实现阀管11内流体流动面积的调节,进而实现蝶阀的调节,当需要更大的调节阀管11内流体流动面积时,继续驱动一级阀板31转动,一级阀板31上固定连接有凸块,二级阀板21上固定连接有压力杆,当一级阀板31转动到凸块推动压力杆转动,压力杆带动二级阀板21转动,进而实现阀管11内流体流动面积的调节,二级阀板21的上端设置有槽口,可以通过槽口的初始位置确定二级阀板21的开度。

参考图3,详细说明防止在二级阀板和阀管连接处出现密封不严,造成工业蝶阀泄露的实施过程:
二级阀板21上固定连接有外部密封套22,外部密封套22转动连接在阀管11上对二级阀板21和阀管11的连接处进行密封,防止工业蝶阀内流动的液体从缝隙处泄露。

二级阀板21上固定连接有弹簧板23,阀管11底端设置有弹簧槽12,弹簧槽12内设置有固定连接在弹簧板23上的弹簧,弹簧板23滑动连接在弹簧槽12内,当二级阀板21转动时带动弹簧板23在弹簧槽12内运动对弹簧进行压缩,当二级阀板21受到的外力消失时,受力压缩的弹簧推动弹簧板23进行复位,进而实现二级阀板21的复位。

阀管11内壁上固定连接有十字架51,十字架51上转动连接有齿圈53和齿轮54,齿圈53和齿轮54啮合传动,齿圈53上固定连接有螺旋板52,齿轮54固定连接在减速电机Ⅰ的输出轴上,减速电机Ⅰ固定连接在十字架51上,启动减速电机Ⅰ,减速电机Ⅰ带动齿轮54转动,齿轮54啮合驱动齿圈53进行转动,齿圈53带动螺旋板52转动,减速电机Ⅰ能够进行正反转,因此,螺旋板52也能够进行正反转,螺旋板52的一个转动方向能够加快液体的流动,使得液体流速更快,当二级阀板21打开时,启动减速电机Ⅰ,使得螺旋板52的转动能够加快液体的快速流动,当需要对流动的液体进行减速时,使得螺旋板52的转动推动的液体流动与液体进出的方向相反,从而达到减速的效果。

阀管11内壁上固定连接有多个弯板73,阀管11内壁上固定连接有安装板,安装板上固定连接有气缸Ⅰ71,气缸Ⅰ71的气缸杆上固定连接有调节框72,当二级阀板21不进行转动时,液体通过一级阀板31打开的缝隙进行流通,此时启动气缸Ⅰ71的气缸杆进行收缩,气缸Ⅰ71的气缸杆带动调节框72推动多个弯板73进行收缩,形成对液体具有导向作用的收缩管的形状,对流动的液体进行导向,使得液体集中流向阀管11的中部,当驱动二级阀板21进行转动时,再次驱动气缸Ⅰ71的气缸杆进行伸出,驱动气缸Ⅰ71的气缸杆推动调节框72脱离对多个弯板73的束缚,多个弯板73均由弹性材料制成,多个弯板73在自身弹性下进行复位,失去对液体的导向作用,使得液体快速的从阀管11内流通,加快液体的流动。

多个弯板73均由弹性材料制成,在受力发生形变时,多个弯板73才能够组成具有导向作用的结构,当失去外力限制时,多个弯板73在自身弹力的作用下进行复位,失去对液体的导向作用。

阀管11的两端均设置有弧形槽,阀管11的两端均套设有螺栓,通过两端的螺栓螺纹连接在两端的具有螺纹的管件上,在阀管11的两端通过在连接处添加密封橡胶圈,通过阀管11的两端以及连接管件的端面对密封橡胶圈的挤压实现对连接处的密封,进而实现防止液体的泄露。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业蝶阀,其特征在于:还包括固接在二级阀板(21)上的外部密封套(22)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业蝶阀,其特征在于:还包括设置在二级阀板(21)两端的密封槽(24),以及转动在两个密封槽(24)内用于对二级阀板(21)和阀管(11)的连接处进行密封的两个密封环(41)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种工业蝶阀,其特征在于:还包括固接在二级阀板(21)上的弹簧板(23),以及阀管(11)上设置的弹簧槽(12),弹簧槽(12)内设置有固接在弹簧板(23)上的弹簧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种工业蝶阀,其特征在于:还包括固接在阀管(11)内壁上的十字架(51),以及转动在十字架(51)上的齿圈(53)和齿轮(54),以及固接在齿圈(53)上的螺旋板(52),齿圈(53)和齿轮(54)啮合传动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种工业蝶阀,其特征在于:还包括固接在阀管(11)内壁上的多个弯板(73),以及通过安装板固接在阀管(11)上的气缸Ⅰ(71),以及固接在气缸Ⅰ(71)的气缸杆上用于调节多个弯板(73)自由端开度的调节框(72)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种工业蝶阀,其特征在于:多个所述弯板(73)均由弹性材料制成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种工业蝶阀,其特征在于:还包括固接在阀管(11)上的支架(13),以及滑动在支架(13)上的齿条(63),以及固接在一级阀板(31)上的变力齿轮(32),齿条(63)和变力齿轮(32)啮合传动。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种工业蝶阀,其特征在于:还包括固接在阀管(11)上的立板(61),以及固接在立板(61)上的气缸Ⅱ(62),气缸Ⅱ(62)的气缸杆和齿条(63)固定连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种工业蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀管(11)的两端均设置有弧形槽。
