一种阀瓣开启压力可控的旋启式止回阀,包括阀体(1)、设置在阀体(1)内的销(5),其特征在于阀体(1)内设有凸环(3),凸环(3)通过支架(4)与销(5)连接,凸环(3)上设有螺钉(2),螺钉(2)下端与支架(4)连接。螺钉(2)通过凸环(3)和支架(4)可以控制销(5),进而可以控制阀瓣(6)的开启压力,打开阀盖后,操作人员可以根据实际需要调整螺钉(2),继而调节阀瓣(6)的开启压力,操作十分容易。

本实用新型涉及仪器仪表技术领域,尤其涉及一种止回阀。
背景技术
旋启式止回阀一种靠介质流动的力量自动控制阀瓣的开启或关闭,用于防止管路中介质发生倒流的阀门。当管路中的介质正向流动时,止回阀的阀瓣在介质力的作用下自动开启,当管路中的介质反向流动时,阀瓣在介质力的作用下自动关闭。常见的旋启式止回阀阀瓣的开启压力恒定,正向流动的介质的压力到达一定值时,才会将阀瓣打开。当旋启式止回阀用于正向介质压力小的管路中时,阀瓣会处于完全开启与关闭的中间态,长期如此,会影响旋启式止回阀的使用寿命。因此当管路中的介质压力改变后,需要更换止回阀。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种阀瓣开启压力可控的旋启式止回阀,包括阀体、设置在阀体内的销,其特征在于阀体内设有凸环,凸环通过支架与销连接,凸环上设有螺钉,螺钉下端与支架连接。
本实用新型的有益效果为:螺钉通过凸环和支架可以控制销,进而可以控制阀瓣的开启压力,打开阀盖后,操作人员可以根据实际需要调整螺钉,继而调节阀瓣的的开启压力,操作十分容易。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明:
如图1所示,阀体1内设有与阀体1一体的凸环3,凸环3通过支架4与销5连接,凸环3上安装有螺钉2,螺钉的下端与支架4连接,销5固定与阀体1上,并通过摇臂、螺母与阀瓣6连接。
打开阀盖,调节螺钉2,经过支架4的联动,调节销5的松紧,进而改变阀瓣6的开启压力值。
