鉴于以上问题,本发明提供了一种隔音材料及其制备方法,该隔音材料,抗音性优良、抗冲击力强,不容易开裂,质感柔和,装饰性强、有高耐侯性、无毒性、无刺激性、无过敏性,可作为建筑外墙理想的隔音用品。

一种隔音材料,主要由以下重量份的原料制得:25-29份棉岩、1-5份橘皮、6-12份旱藕茎叶、3-8份木荷、6-9份斯图崖豆木、5-7份枣木、2-8份聚丙烯酰胺、10-15份玄武岩、10-15份礞石、8-14份氯化石蜡、5-10份丙烯酸树脂。

2)将棉岩、玄武岩、礞石经1500-1800℃高温熔化后,用四轴离心机高速离心成纤维,同时与步骤1)所得的絮状纤维混合,同时喷入熔融状态的聚丙烯酰胺、氯化石蜡,得到混合纤维;
3)将步骤2)所得的混合纤维放入热压成型机中压制成型,压制温度为180-200℃,再用丙烯酸树脂进行表面喷涂,500-1200W功率的微波照射4min,得到隔音材料。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明隔音材料相比传统的隔音材料,具有更低的导热系数和更好的阻燃性,内聚强度均匀,变形应力小,降低隔音材料使用后的变形风险,适用于高、低音的各种条件,有着很好的承载,抗压特性,尤其适用于大型船舶、容器、烘箱和管道及工业设备的隔音。

实施例1
一种隔音材料,主要由以下重量份的原料制得:25份棉岩、1份橘皮、6份旱藕茎叶、3
份木荷、6份斯图崖豆木、5份枣木、2份聚丙烯酰胺、10份玄武岩、10份礞石、8份氯
化石蜡、5份丙烯酸树脂;
具体制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)先将橘皮、旱藕茎叶、木荷、斯图崖豆木、枣木粉碎处理加工成颗粒状,将粉碎得到的颗粒混合放入在高压容器中用压力为5MPa的蒸气进行热处理,使颗粒软化、碳水化合物部分水解,接着使蒸气压升至8MPa,保持6秒,然后迅速启阀,颗粒即爆破成絮状纤维,得到絮状纤维;
2)将棉岩、玄武岩、礞石经1500℃高温熔化后,用四轴离心机高速离心成纤维,同时与步骤1)所得的絮状纤维混合,同时喷入熔融状态的聚丙烯酰胺、氯化石蜡,得到混合纤维;

实施例2

具体制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)先将橘皮、旱藕茎叶、木荷、斯图崖豆木、枣木粉碎处理加工成颗粒状,将粉碎得到的颗粒混合放入在高压容器中用压力为5.5MPa的蒸气进行热处理,使颗粒软化、碳水化合物部分水解,接着使蒸气压升至8.5MPa,保持7秒,然后迅速启阀,颗粒即爆破成絮状纤维,得到絮状纤维;
2)将棉岩、玄武岩、礞石经1600℃高温熔化后,用四轴离心机高速离心成纤维,同时与步骤1)所得的絮状纤维混合,同时喷入熔融状态的聚丙烯酰胺、氯化石蜡,得到混合纤维;
3)将步骤2)所得的混合纤维放入热压成型机中压制成型,压制温度为190℃,再用丙烯酸树脂进行表面喷涂,1000W功率的微波照射4min,得到隔音材料。
实施例3
一种隔音材料及其制备方法,主要由以下重量份的原料制得:29份棉岩、5份橘皮、12份旱藕茎叶、8份木荷、9份斯图崖豆木、7份枣木、8份聚丙烯酰胺、15份玄武岩、15份礞石、14份氯化石蜡、10份丙烯酸树脂;
具体制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)先将橘皮、旱藕茎叶、木荷、斯图崖豆木、枣木粉碎处理加工成颗粒状,将粉碎得到的颗粒混合放入在高压容器中用压力为6MPa的蒸气进行热处理,使颗粒软化、碳水化合物部分水解,接着使蒸气压升至9MPa,保持8秒,然后迅速启阀,颗粒即爆破成絮状纤维,得到絮状纤维;
2)将棉岩、玄武岩、礞石经1800℃高温熔化后,用四轴离心机高速离心成纤维,同时与步骤1)所得的絮状纤维混合,同时喷入熔融状态的聚丙烯酰胺、氯化石蜡,得到混合纤维;
3)将步骤2)所得的混合纤维放入热压成型机中压制成型,压制温度为200℃,再用丙烯酸树脂进行表面喷涂,1200W功率的微波照射4min,得到隔音材料。
