Technical Field

Background
Along with the popularization of vehicles, the owner of the vehicle negligibly leaves children and pets in the vehicle to cause casualty news of the casualties, prevent children from being left in the vehicle and being taken along with the operation of the news of the casualties.
The automatic reminding device for preventing children from being left in the vehicle comprises: an infrared scanning sensor connected with an ECU (Electronic control unit) for detecting the body temperature of a human body in the vehicle and a centralized controller for outputting alarm control instructions. However, when the owner intends to leave children and pets on the car for a moment, the automatic reminding device can also send out an alarm signal when the owner locks the car door, so that the owner cannot complete the locking operation. Under the application scene, the automatic reminding device brings certain trouble to the car owner.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides an automatic reminding method and device, a vehicle-mounted rearview mirror and a storage medium, which are used for reminding a vehicle owner who locks a vehicle to leave under the condition that children and pets are left in the vehicle, and avoiding the occurrence of unfortunate events.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic reminding method, including:
if the rearview mirror detects the closed state of a key door switch, life body detection is carried out in the vehicle, wherein the rearview mirror obtains normal electricity as a power supply through a vehicle fuse box;
and if the rearview mirror determines that a living body exists in the vehicle, the rearview mirror sends reminding information to a related mobile terminal through a mobile communication network.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an automatic reminding device, including:
the life body detection module is used for detecting a life body in the vehicle if the rearview mirror detects the closed state of a key door switch, wherein the rearview mirror acquires normal electricity as a power supply through a vehicle safety box;
and the reminding information sending module is used for sending reminding information to the associated mobile terminal through a mobile communication network if the rearview mirror determines that a living body exists in the vehicle.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a vehicle-mounted rearview mirror, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and running on the processor, where the processor implements the automatic reminding method according to any embodiment of the present invention when executing the program.
In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the automatic reminding method according to any embodiment of the present invention.
According to the automatic reminding method and device, the vehicle-mounted rearview mirror and the storage medium, if the closed state of the key door switch is detected through the rearview mirror, the detection of the living body is carried out in the vehicle; if the rearview mirror determines that a living body exists in the vehicle, the technical means of sending the reminding information to the associated mobile terminal through the mobile communication network can remind the vehicle owner under the condition that children and pets are left in the vehicle, and the unfortunate event caused by carelessness and carelessness of the vehicle owner is effectively avoided. The rearview mirror obtains normal power (Vcc) as a power supply through a vehicle fuse box. In an alternative embodiment, the rear view mirror is provided with a cable connected to a key door switch in the vehicle safety box to obtain the closed or open state of the key door switch.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the rearview mirror may be used for detecting a living body inside the vehicle, specifically: the rearview mirror controls to start the life detection part, and life detection is carried out inside the vehicle through the life detection part.
The living body detection component is powered by a rear view mirror, can be integrated in the rear view mirror as a part of the rear view mirror, and can also be connected with an MCU (micro controller Unit) of the rear view mirror through an I2C interface.
Specifically, the rearview mirror can control the live body detection part to be started in real time, and can also control the live body detection part to be started in a delayed mode.
That is, the rear view mirror may control the living body detecting means to be turned on immediately when the closed state of the key door switch is detected to detect whether a child or a pet remains in the vehicle, or may control the living body detecting means to be turned on to start the detection operation after a delay of a set time (for example, 5 minutes or 10 minutes).

The infrared sensor is arranged on the plane where the display screen of the rearview mirror is located, the detection direction faces towards the interior of the vehicle, and the detection range of the infrared sensor is the space in the vehicle. In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, after the rearview mirror detects the off state of the key door switch, the sleep mode of its operating system may be started, and after receiving the interrupt signal sent by the infrared sensor, its operating system is activated again to complete the operation related to the interrupt signal. In the sleep mode of the operating system, the rear view mirror enters an ultra-low power consumption mode to avoid consuming the battery power of the vehicle, and in the mode, other unnecessary functions except for a specific function stop working.

The rearview mirror can send reminding information to an associated mobile terminal through a mobile communication network (a 3G or 4G mobile communication network and the like) for reminding a child or a pet left in the main car when a living body is determined to exist in the car. If the rearview mirror receives the interrupt signal through the set interrupt interface, the rearview mirror operating system is activated to enable the operating system to enter a normal operating mode so as to control the associated application program to execute the operation of sending the reminding information to the associated mobile terminal through the mobile communication network, and the vehicle owner can process the reminding information as soon as possible after receiving the reminding information.

After the rearview mirror receives the processing information fed back by the associated mobile terminal, the rearview mirror can determine that the car owner knows that children or pets are left in the car, which means that the reminding is successful. When the rear-view mirror receives no processing information fed back by the associated mobile terminal, the rear-view mirror still needs to send reminding information to the associated mobile terminal at a set frequency (for example, the reminding information can be sent once every two minutes or five minutes).
As an optional implementation manner, if the rearview mirror receives confirmation processing information fed back by the associated mobile terminal, it means that the owner does not know that the child or pet is left in the vehicle, and the rearview mirror is reminded to return to the vehicle for processing; if the neglected processing information fed back by the associated mobile terminal is received, the fact that the owner intentionally leaves a child or a pet in the car for a moment is meant, and the information will be returned quickly; if the delayed reminding processing information fed back by the associated mobile terminal is received, the fact that the vehicle owner has received the reminding information is meant, but the situation that the delayed reminding information needs to be received if the interval time is forgotten is prevented. Therefore, when the rearview mirror receives the delayed reminding processing information, the reminding information can be sent to the related mobile terminal at a set frequency until the confirmation processing information is received or the processing information is ignored.
And S280, closing the life body detection part by the rearview mirror, and controlling the rearview mirror operating system to enter a dormant state.
S290, after the mirror turns on the living body detecting means, if the on state of the key door switch is detected, the living body detecting means is turned off.

EXAMPLE III
The embodiment provides an automatic reminding device, which is applicable to reminding a vehicle owner of a locked vehicle to leave when children or pets are left in the vehicle, can be realized in a software and/or hardware mode, and can be generally integrated in a vehicle-mounted rearview mirror. As shown in fig. 3, the system specifically includes: a life detection module 310 and a reminder information sending module 320. Wherein,

The reminding information sending module 320 is specifically configured to activate the rearview mirror operating system if the rearview mirror receives the interrupt signal through the set interrupt interface, and control the associated application program to execute an operation of sending the reminding information to the associated mobile terminal through the mobile communication network in the activated operating system.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the automatic reminding device further includes: the repeated reminding module is used for sending reminding information to the associated mobile terminal at a set frequency until receiving the processing information fed back by the associated mobile terminal if the rearview mirror does not receive the processing information fed back by the associated mobile terminal within a set time period after sending the reminding information to the associated mobile terminal through a mobile communication network;

The automatic reminding device can execute the automatic reminding method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects for executing the automatic reminding method.

Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, perform a method for automatic reminder, the method comprising:
if the rearview mirror detects the closed state of a key door switch, life body detection is carried out in the vehicle, wherein the rearview mirror obtains normal electricity as a power supply through a vehicle fuse box;
and if the rearview mirror determines that a living body exists in the vehicle, the rearview mirror sends reminding information to a related mobile terminal through a mobile communication network.
Optionally, the computer-executable instruction, when executed by the computer processor, may be further configured to implement a technical solution of an automatic reminding method provided by any embodiment of the present invention.

the vehicle-mounted rearview mirror may further include: an input device 430 and an output device 440.
The processor 410, the memory 420, the input device 430 and the output device 440 in the vehicle-mounted rear view mirror may be connected through a bus or other means, and fig. 4 illustrates the bus connection.
The memory 420 is a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, and can be used to store software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to an automatic reminding method according to an embodiment of the present invention (for example, the life detection module 310 and the reminding information sending module 320 shown in fig. 3). The processor 410 executes various functional applications and data processing of the vehicle rearview mirror by running software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 420, namely, an automatic reminding method of the above method embodiment is realized.
The memory 420 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the stored data area may store data created according to the use of the vehicle-mounted rearview mirror, and the like. Further, the memory 420 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, memory 420 may optionally include memory located remotely from processor 410, which may be connected to the terminal device via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 430 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the vehicle mirror. The output device 440 may include a display device such as a display screen.
