A reminding device for life loss in a vehicle is characterized by being suitable for a vehicle and a terminal which are in wireless connection, wherein the vehicle comprises the reminding device, a vehicle-mounted system and an emergency call system; the reminding device comprises a detection module, a life detection module, a sending module and a receiving module;
the life detection module is used for acquiring life signals based on a life detection sensor when the detection module detects that the vehicle is in a flameout state and a vehicle locking state;
the sending module is used for sending a first early warning signal to the vehicle-mounted system according to the life signal;
the sending module is further configured to send a second warning signal to the vehicle-mounted system if the receiving module does not receive a response signal of the first warning signal within a preset time; the second early warning signal is used for enabling the vehicle-mounted system to start the emergency call system, and the emergency call system is used for sending a reminding message to the terminal.
6. The device of claim 5, wherein the reminder device further comprises a determination module;
the determining module is used for determining the characteristic information of the living body in the vehicle according to the vital signal;
the sending module is further used for sending the first early warning signal to the vehicle-mounted system if the life body characteristic information exists in the vehicle, wherein the first early warning signal is used for starting a loudspeaker and a double-flashing light of the vehicle to remind a driver that a life body is left in the vehicle.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the life detection sensor is an ultra-wide spectrum radar life detection sensor;
the ultra-wide spectrum radar life detection sensors are arranged in a passenger driving area, a rear floor area and a rear seat area of the vehicle.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the response signal comprises a door unlock signal and an engine start signal;
the sending module is further used for sending the second early warning signal to the vehicle-mounted system if the receiving module does not receive the vehicle door unlocking signal and does not receive the engine starting signal within the preset time.
9. An automobile, characterized in that the automobile comprises a processor and a memory, wherein at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set or an instruction set is stored in the memory, and the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the code set or the instruction set is loaded and executed by the processor to realize the method for reminding that the life body in the automobile is lost according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein at least one instruction or at least one program is stored in the storage medium, and the at least one instruction or the at least one program is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the method for reminding of life loss in a vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
