本发明涉及消毒产品生产技术领域，特别公开了一种溴氯海因复方消毒剂。该溴氯海因复方消毒剂，以溴氯海因、聚合氯化铝、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、平平加O、植酸钠、植酸、苯甲酸、丁二酸、碳酸钙和碳酸氢钙为原料，按照一定的重量配比混合制成。本发明杀菌效果和水净化效果好、稳定性高、生产成本低，快速高效，可杀灭大部分影响人体健康的细菌和病毒，且对人体无害，适于广泛推广应用。

一种溴氯海因复方消毒剂
（一）技术领域
本发明涉及消毒产品生产技术领域，特别涉及一种溴氯海因复方消毒剂。
（二）背景技术
溴氯海因的复方消毒剂是一种极强消毒杀菌剂，能迅速有效的杀灭各种细菌、真菌、芽孢及霉菌等，还具有灭活甲型肝炎、乙型肝炎表面抗原的作用和灭藻、除臭、净水、漂白的作用。该类产品使市面上积极推广的无毒安全的消毒杀菌剂产品，广泛应用于水质的改善、工业水循环处理、游泳池、家庭消毒、宾馆及医疗场所消毒。
目前使用的消毒剂一类产品使氯制剂，如二氯异氰尿酸钠、三氯异氰尿酸、溴氯海因，直接用于消毒，使用成本高，其杀菌效果和净化安全稳定性比溴氯海因的复方消毒剂差。
（三）发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种杀菌效果和水净化效果好、稳定性高、生产成本低的溴氯海因复方消毒剂。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种溴氯海因复方消毒剂，其特征为，由以下重量份数的原料混合制成：溴氯海因40-50份、聚合氯化铝3-5份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠8-12份、平平加O 8-12份、植酸钠4-7份、植酸4-7份、苯甲酸8-12份、丁二酸1-3份、碳酸钙4-8份、碳酸氢钙3-5份。
本发明以溴氯海因为主原料，采用月桂醇硫酸酯钠、平平加O为助效剂，提高了单一溴氯海因消毒剂的杀菌消毒效率；以植酸钠、植酸为应用稳定剂，提高了产品的安全稳定性；以聚合氯化铝为应用净水机，使消毒剂净化水质作用得到显著提高；以苯甲酸、丁二酸、碳酸钙和碳酸氢钙为应用泡腾剂，增强了消毒剂的溶解速度，使在短时间内消毒剂有效杀菌的物质浓度瞬间提高，达到快速高效杀菌消毒的目的。
其优选的重量配比为：
溴氯海因45份、聚合氯化铝4份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠9份、平平加O 11份、植酸钠6份、植酸6份、苯甲酸8份、丁二酸1份、碳酸钙6份、碳酸氢钙4份。
本发明所述消毒剂为粉剂，将各原料称重后制成粉料，经混拌机混合得到产品。
本发明杀菌效果和水净化效果好、稳定性高、生产成本低，快速高效，可杀灭大部分影响人体健康的细菌和病毒，且对人体无害，适于广泛推广应用。
（四）具体实施方式
实施例1：
（1）计量称取溴氯海因45份、聚合氯化铝4份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠9份、平平加O 11份、植酸钠6份、植酸6份、苯甲酸8份、丁二酸1份、碳酸钙6份、碳酸氢钙4份，并且将各原料制成粉料；
（2）混拌：将计量好的各组份原料送入混拌机中进行混拌，混合均匀；
（3）将混拌好的物料称重、分装、塑封，即得本发明产品。
实施例2：
（1）计量称取：溴氯海因49份、聚合氯化铝3份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠11份、平平加O 8份、植酸钠4份、植酸7份、苯甲酸7份、丁二酸2份、碳酸钙4份、碳酸氢钙5份，并将各原料制成粉料；
（2）混拌：将计量好的各组分原料送入混拌机中进行混拌，混合均匀；
（3）将混拌好的物料称重、分装、塑封，即得本发明产品。
实施例3：
（1）计量称取：溴氯海因43份、聚合氯化铝5份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠8份、平平加O 9份、植酸钠7份、植酸4份、苯甲酸10份、丁二酸3份、碳酸钙8份、碳酸氢钙3份，并将各原料制成粉料；
（2）混拌：将计量好的各组分原料送入混拌机中进行混拌，混合均匀；
（3）将混拌好的物料称重、分装、塑封，即得本发明产品。
本发明原材料丰富，价格低廉，生产设备投资少，具有杀菌消毒效率高，安全稳定性好，是一种高效、低毒消毒剂，可杀灭大部分影响人体健康的细菌和病毒的消毒剂，且对人体无毒；可广泛应用于水质的改善，工业水循环处理，游泳池，家庭消毒，动植物养殖消毒，宾馆及医疗场所的消毒。

1.一种溴氯海因复方消毒剂，其特征为，由以下重量份数的原料混合制成：溴氯海因40-50份、聚合氯化铝3-5份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠8-12份、平平加O 8-12份、植酸钠4-7份、植酸4-7份、苯甲酸8-12份、丁二酸1-3份、碳酸钙4-8份、碳酸氢钙3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的溴氯海因复方消毒剂，其特征为，由以下重量份数的原料混合制成：溴氯海因45份、聚合氯化铝4份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠9份、平平加O 11份、植酸钠6份、植酸6份、苯甲酸8份、丁二酸1份、碳酸钙6份、碳酸氢钙4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的溴氯海因复方消毒剂，其特征在于：所述消毒剂为粉剂。
