本发明涉及消毒杀菌剂的制备领域，特别公开了一种二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片及其制备方法。二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片，其特征为，由以下重量份数的原料混合制成：二氯异氰尿酸钠、硼酸、薄荷香精、平平加O、苹果酸和过一硫酸氢钾为原料，按照一定的重量配比混合制成。本发明原材料来源丰富，价格低廉，生产设备投资少，可杀灭大部分影响人体健康的细菌和病毒，且对人体无害，能去除异味，并散发想起，可用于日常消毒。

一种二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片及其制备方法
（一）技术领域
本发明涉及消毒杀菌剂的制备领域，特别涉及一种二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片及其制备方法。
（二）背景技术
二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片是一种极强的消毒杀菌剂，产品属于高效、快速、光谱、低毒的消毒杀菌机，能迅速有效地杀灭各种细菌、真菌、芽孢及霉菌等，还具有灭活甲型肝炎、乙型肝炎表面抗原的作用和灭藻、除臭、净水、漂白的作用；该类产品是国际上推广的无毒安全的消毒杀菌剂产品，广泛适用于游泳池消毒、工业水循环处理、食品加工业、饮食卫生也、水产养殖业、宾馆及医疗场所。
目前常用的二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片，在使用过程中气味难闻，对人体健康存在威胁。
（三）发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种既能给环境灭菌，又能消除异味的二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片及其制备方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片，由以下重量份数的原料混合制成：
二氯异氰尿酸钠40-60份、硼酸10-20份、薄荷香精0-2份、平平加O 0-2份、苹果酸0-15份、过一硫酸氢钾10-35份。
其优选的重量配比为：
二氯异氰尿酸钠50份、硼酸15份、薄荷香精1.5份、平平加O 1份、苹果酸7.5份、过一硫酸氢钾25份。
本发明所述的二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）将二氯异氰尿酸钠、硼酸、薄荷香精、平平加O、苹果酸、过一硫酸氢钾加入混合机中混合均匀；
（2）将混合均匀的物料加入造粒机中造粒，得到复合粒剂；
（3）将复合粒剂置于制片机中制片，得到产品。
本发明的更优技术方案为：
步骤（2）中，造粒机的造粒压力为2.5-4.0MPa
步骤（3）中，制片机的制片压力为3.0-4.0MPa
本发明原材料来源丰富，价格低廉，生产设备投资少，可杀灭大部分影响人体健康的细菌和病毒，且对人体无害，能去除异味，并散发想起，可用于日常消毒。
（四）具体实施方式
实施例1：
（1）混合：将二氯异氰尿酸钠50份，硼酸15份，薄荷香精1.5份，平平加O 1份，苹果酸7.5份，过一硫酸氢钾25份。计量后投入混合机中，混合15分钟；
（2）制粒：将（1）中混合均匀的物料加入制粒机中，在压力2.5MPa压力下进行制粒，得到二氯异氰尿酸钠复合粒剂；
（3）制片：将（2）中粒剂置于制片机中，调节制片压力3.0MPa进行制片得具有消除异味功能的二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片。
实施例2：
（1）混合：将二氯异氰尿酸钠55份，硼酸10份，薄荷香精2份，平平加O 1.5份，苹果酸10份，过一硫酸氢钾35份。加入混合机中，混合均匀；
（2）制粒：将（1）中混合均匀的物料加入制粒机中，在压力2.5MPa压力下进行制粒，得到二氯异氰尿酸钠复合粒剂；
（3）制片：将（2）中粒剂置于制片机中，调节制片压力3.5MPa进行制片得具有消除异味功能的二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片。
实施例3：
（1）混合：将二氯异氰尿酸钠60份，硼酸20份，薄荷香精1份，平平加O 2份，苹果酸5份，过一硫酸氢钾10份。计量后投入混合机中，混合15分钟；
（2）制粒：将（1）中混合均匀的物料加入制粒机中，在压力4.0MPa压力下进行制粒，得到二氯异氰尿酸钠复合粒剂；
（3）制片：将（2）中粒剂置于制片机中，调节制片压力4.0MPa进行制片得具有消除异味功能的二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片。

Claims (5)

1.一种二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片，其特征为，由以下重量份数的原料混合制成：二氯异氰尿酸钠40-60份、硼酸10-20份、薄荷香精1-2份、平平加O 1-2份、苹果酸5-15份、过一硫酸氢钾10-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片，其特征为，由以下重量份数的原料制成：二氯异氰尿酸钠50份、硼酸15份、薄荷香精1.5份、平平加O 1份、苹果酸7.5份、过一硫酸氢钾25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片的制备方法，其特征为，包括如下步骤：（1）将二氯异氰尿酸钠、硼酸、薄荷香精、平平加O、苹果酸、过一硫酸氢钾加入混合机中混合均匀；（2）将混合均匀的物料加入造粒机中造粒，得到复合粒剂；（3）将复合粒剂置于制片机中制片，得到产品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤（2）中，造粒机的造粒压力为2.5-4.0MPa。
5.根据权利要求3所述的二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒片的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤（3）中，制片机的制片压力为3.0-4.0MPa。
