Abstract

本发明属于纺织助剂和精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种皮革用的印染助剂制备方法。该助剂包括如下步骤:(1)将水性增稠剂、乳化剂、分散剂和溶剂加入反应釜中,70℃下搅拌均匀,然后加入催化剂;(2)加入活性染料、有机锡催化剂及溶剂;(3)加入螯合剂(软水)、消泡剂及溶剂;(4)加入聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇、二异氰酸酯和有机锡催化剂,形成初步混合物;(5)加入中和剂中和,然后加入去离子水,高速搅拌进行水分散;(6)加入后亲水扩链剂,恒温搅拌3小时,即得所述的皮革用的印染助剂。经过助剂处理后的皮革表面可形成一层薄膜保护层,能够遮盖皮革缺陷和提高皮革档次,赋予合成革美观的外表、舒适的手感和良好的机械物理性能。

一种皮革用的印染助剂制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织助剂和精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种皮革用的印染助剂制备方法。
背景技术
涂料印花是借助黏合剂的成膜作用将不溶生染料牢固在黏附在织物上,从而达到着色的目的。近年来, 中国染料、助剂和有机颜料行业的生产与市场发展健康而迅速,染料化学品消费初步增长。纺织业的快速发展大大提高了对染料纺织化学品的需求,染料行业与纺织业的相互依托意味着中国染料行业有着巨大的市场前景。
尽管现有技术中已存在多种染色助剂,但用于皮革表面,结合了印花和美化双重功能的染色助剂却很少。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种皮革用的印染助剂。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:
一种皮革用的印染助剂制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水性增稠剂、乳化剂、分散剂和溶剂加入反应釜中,70℃下搅拌均匀,然后加入催化剂,50℃下反应3小时;
(2)加入活性染料、有机锡催化剂及溶剂,50℃下反应3小时;
(3)加入螯合剂(软水)、消泡剂及溶剂,50℃下反应3小时;
(4)加入聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇、二异氰酸酯和有机锡催化剂,70℃下反应4小时,形成初步混合物;
(5)将所述混合物降温至40℃,加入中和剂中和,然后加入去离子水,高速搅拌进行水分散;
(6)加入后亲水扩链剂,恒温搅拌3小时,即得所述的皮革用的印染助剂。
本发明中,所述水性增稠剂为天然、半合成和合成的水溶性聚合物和环氧树脂的混合物;
本发明中,所述天然水溶性聚合物为天然胶或其衍生物的干物质,所述半合成水溶性聚合物为取代度在0.6-3之间的羧甲基纤维素,所述合成水溶性聚合物为烯属不饱和单体的聚合产物。
本发明中,所述有机锡催化剂为二丁基锡二月桂酸酯。
本发明中,所述亲水扩链剂为二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)。
本发明中,所述中和剂为三乙胺、氨水、二甲氨基乙醇。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过使用活性染料,色谱广、色泽鲜艳、性能优异、适用性强。通过使用三种不同种类的增稠剂的混合并适当调整比例,能够适应不同条件下的印花印染状态。经过本助剂处理后的皮革表面可形成一层薄膜保护层,能够遮盖皮革缺陷和提高皮革档次,赋予合成革美观的外表、舒适的手感和良好的机械物理性能。。

一种皮革用的印染助剂制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水性增稠剂、乳化剂、分散剂和溶剂加入反应釜中,70℃下搅拌均匀,然后加入催化剂,50℃下反应3小时;
(2)加入活性染料、有机锡催化剂及溶剂,50℃下反应3小时;
(3)加入螯合剂(软水)、消泡剂及溶剂,50℃下反应3小时;
(4)加入聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇、二异氰酸酯和有机锡催化剂,70℃下反应4小时,形成初步混合物;
(5)将混合物降温至40℃,加入中和剂中和,然后加入去离子水,高速搅拌进行水分散;
(6)加入后亲水扩链剂,恒温搅拌3小时,即得所述的皮革用的印染助剂。

1.一种皮革用的印染助剂制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将水性增稠剂、乳化剂、分散剂和溶剂加入反应釜中,70℃下搅拌均匀,然后加入催化剂,50℃下反应3小时;
(2)加入活性染料、有机锡催化剂及溶剂,50℃下反应3小时;
(3)加入螯合剂(软水)、消泡剂及溶剂,50℃下反应3小时;
(4)加入聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇、二异氰酸酯和有机锡催化剂,70℃下反应4小时,形成初步混合物;
(5)将所述混合物降温至40℃,加入中和剂中和,然后加入去离子水,高速搅拌进行水分散;
(6)加入后亲水扩链剂,恒温搅拌3小时,即得所述的皮革用的印染助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种皮革用的印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水性增稠剂为天然、半合成和合成的水溶性聚合物和环氧树脂的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种皮革用的印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述天然水溶性聚合物为天然胶或其衍生物的干物质,所述半合成水溶性聚合物为取代度在0.6-3之间的羧甲基纤维素,所述合成水溶性聚合物为烯属不饱和单体的聚合产物。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种皮革用的印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述有机锡催化剂为二丁基锡二月桂酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种皮革用的印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述亲水扩链剂为二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种皮革用的印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述中和剂为三乙胺、氨水、二甲氨基乙醇。
