本发明涉及一种复合服装革及其生产方法,属于合成革制作方法技术领域。
背景技术
目前,合成革产品逐渐成为未来流行的趋势,合成革已广泛用于生产箱包、服装、鞋类等产品。现在人们对皮革的美观程度越来越关注,为了使合成革能够满足人们对革面美感的需求,会对皮革进行压花、喷涂料等处理,使合成革的表面花型饱满、高亮、透感。现有技术中,合成革主要是由基布层、湿法贝斯层、干法贴面层构成,合成革的压花、喷涂料处理中存在很多技术困难,加工出来的成品表面易出现亮度低、立体感差等缺陷,不能满足人们对高品质的需求。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够生产出水洗后花型饱满、立体感强、皮感厚实的复合服装革的生产方法。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种复合服装革,其特征是,包括基布层,所述基布层的一侧固定贴合有湿法贝斯层;所述基布层的另一侧贴合有单面绒布层;所述湿法贝斯层上设有干法贴面层;所述干法贴面层固定贴合于湿法贝斯层背向基布层的一侧的表面;所述干法贴面层上设置有表面皮纹层,所述表面皮纹层固定贴合于干法贴面层背向湿法贝斯层的一侧的表面。
一种复合服装革及其生产方法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
1)湿法混合配料:
a、将5-10kg二甲基甲酰胺和0.5-2kg色浆搅拌80-100分钟,然后过滤得到混合物A,待用;
b、将100-120kg二甲基甲酰胺和20-30kg木粉搅拌20-30分钟,并且充分溶胀30-40分钟,然后加入所述混合物A搅拌均匀,得到混合物B,待用;
c、将100kg聚氨酯湿法树脂加入到步骤b形成的混合物B中,搅拌30-40分钟、脱泡40-50分钟,得到浆料C;
2)湿法贝斯生产:将浆料C涂刮在纺织布纤维上,浸入二甲基甲酰胺水溶液中进行凝固、然后经过轧水工序、再进行水洗和干燥后得到湿法贝斯D;
3)干法混合配料:将100kg聚氨酯干法树脂、15-20kg二甲基甲酰胺、15-20kg丁酮、15-20kg甲苯、0.5-1.0kg助剂和3-5kg色粉混合后搅拌,得到浆料;
4)干法贴面:将浆料E涂刮于离型纸上,通过粘合剂粘合湿法贝斯D,经过烘箱干燥后跟离型纸分离,得到半成品F;
5)压花:对半成品F加热,然后在压花辊中通过冷冻水,利用液压压力作用在被加热的半成品F上,得到半成品G;
6)涂色:将表面处理剂用逆轮涂在半成品G上,得到半成品H;
7)复合:在半成品H的布基面涂上粘合剂,再和单面绒布的毛面粘合,放入30-50℃水的揉纹机内,水洗后取出后烘干;
8)成品检验。
前述的复合服装革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,二甲基甲酰胺水溶液的质量百分浓度为18-22%。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明涉及的一种复合服装革,包括基布层,基布层的一侧固定贴合有湿法贝斯层;基布层的另一侧贴合有单面绒布层。湿法贝斯层上设有干法贴面层,干法贴面层固定贴合于湿法贝斯层背向基布层的一侧的表面。干法贴面层上设置有表面皮纹层,表面皮纹层固定贴合于干法贴面层背向湿法贝斯层的一侧的表面。
其生产方法包括如下步骤:
1)湿法混合配料:
a、将5-10kg二甲基甲酰胺和0.5-2kg色浆搅拌80-100分钟,然后过滤得到混合物A,待用;
b、将100-120kg二甲基甲酰胺和20-30kg木粉搅拌20-30分钟,并且充分溶胀30-40分钟,然后加入混合物A搅拌均匀,得到混合物B,待用;
c、将100kg聚氨酯湿法树脂加入到步骤b形成的混合物B中,搅拌30-40分钟、脱泡40-50分钟,得到浆料C;
2)湿法贝斯生产:
将浆料C涂刮在纺织布纤维上,浸入质量百分浓度为18-22%的二甲基甲酰胺水溶液中进行凝固、然后经过至少一道轧水工序、再进行水洗和干燥后得到湿法贝斯D,其中线速度为18-20米/min;
3)干法混合配料:
将100kg聚氨酯干法树脂、15-20kg二甲基甲酰胺、15-20kg丁酮、15-20kg甲苯、0.5-1.0kg助剂和3-5kg色粉混合后搅拌,搅拌时间为10-15分钟,得到浆料E;
4)干法贴面:
将浆料E涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,通过粘合剂粘合湿法贝斯D,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离,得到半成品F,干燥过程中,烘箱温度为90-110℃,烘箱的车速为20-25米/min;
5)压花:
对半成品F加热,然后在带有镍辊或硅胶的压花辊中通过3-5℃冷冻水,利用液压压力作用在被加热的半成品F上,得到半成品G;其中,F加热温度为170-180℃,车速为12-15米/min;
6)涂色:
将处理剂用逆轮涂在半成品G上,100-130℃烘干,车速10-15米/min,得到半成品H;
7)复合:
在半成品H的布基面涂上粘合剂,再和单面绒布的毛面粘合,放入30-50℃水的揉纹机内,水洗20-40分钟后取出后烘干,烘干温度为70-90℃。
8)成品检验。
实施例1:
1)湿法混合配料:将5kg二甲基甲酰胺和0.5kg色浆高速搅拌80分钟,然后过滤得到混合物A,待用。将100kg二甲基甲酰胺和20kg木粉搅拌20分钟,并且充分溶胀30分钟,然后加入所述混合物A搅拌均匀,得到混合物B,待用。将100kg聚氨酯湿法树脂加入到步骤b形成的混合物B中,搅拌30分钟、脱泡40分钟,得到浆料C。
2)湿法贝斯生产:将浆料C涂刮在纺织布纤维上,浸入质量百分浓度为18%的二甲基甲酰胺水溶液中进行凝固、然后经过至少一道轧水工序、再进行水洗和干燥后得到湿法贝斯D,其中线速度为18米/min。
3)干法混合配料:将100kg聚氨酯干法树脂、15kg二甲基甲酰胺、15kg丁酮、15kg甲苯、0.5kg助剂和3kg色粉混合后高速搅拌,搅拌时间为10分钟,得到浆料E。
4)干法贴面:将浆料E涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,通过粘合剂粘合湿法贝斯D,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离,得到半成品F,干燥过程中,烘箱温度为90℃,烘箱的车速为20米/min。
5)压花:对半成品F加热,然后在带有镍辊或硅胶的压花辊中通过3℃冷冻水,利用液压压力作用在被加热的半成品F上,得到半成品G;其中,F加热温度为170℃,车速为12米/min;
6)涂色:将处理剂用逆轮涂在半成品G上,100℃烘干,车速10米/min,得到半成品H。
7)复合:在半成品H的布基面涂上粘合剂,再和单面绒布的毛面粘合,放入30℃水的揉纹机内,水洗20分钟后取出后烘干,烘干温度为70℃,得到花型饱满、立体感强、皮感厚实的成品。
8)进行成品检验。
实施例2
1)湿法混合配料:将10kg二甲基甲酰胺和2kg色浆高速搅拌100分钟,然后过滤得到混合物A,待用。将120kg二甲基甲酰胺和30kg木粉搅拌30分钟,并且充分溶胀40分钟,然后加入所述混合物A搅拌均匀,得到混合物B,待用。将100kg聚氨酯湿法树脂加入到步骤b形成的混合物B中,搅拌40分钟、脱泡50分钟,得到浆料C。
2)湿法贝斯生产:将浆料C涂刮在纺织布纤维上,浸入质量百分浓度为22%的二甲基甲酰胺水溶液中进行凝固、然后经过至少一道轧水工序、再进行水洗和干燥后得到湿法贝斯D,其中线速度为20米/min。
3)干法混合配料:将100kg聚氨酯干法树脂、20kg二甲基甲酰胺、20kg丁酮、20kg甲苯、1.0kg助剂和5kg色粉混合后高速搅拌,搅拌时间为15分钟,得到浆料E。
4)干法贴面:将浆料E涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,通过粘合剂粘合湿法贝斯D,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离,得到半成品F,干燥过程中,烘箱温度为110℃,烘箱的车速为25米/min。
5)压花:对半成品F加热,然后在带有镍辊或硅胶的压花辊中通过5℃冷冻水,利用液压压力作用在被加热的半成品F上,得到半成品G;其中,F加热温度为180℃,车速为15米/min。
6)涂色:将处理剂用逆轮涂在半成品G上,130℃烘干,车速15米/min,得到半成品H。
7)复合:在半成品H的布基面涂上粘合剂,再和单面绒布的毛面粘合,放入50℃水的揉纹机内,水洗40分钟后取出后烘干,烘干温度为90℃,得到花型饱满、立体感强、皮感厚实的成品。
8)成品检验。
实施例3
1)湿法混合配料:将7kg二甲基甲酰胺和1.2kg色浆高速搅拌90分钟,然后过滤得到混合物A,待用。将110kg二甲基甲酰胺和25kg木粉搅拌25分钟,并且充分溶胀35分钟,然后加入所述混合物A搅拌均匀,得到混合物B,待用。将100kg聚氨酯湿法树脂加入到步骤b形成的混合物B中,搅拌35分钟、脱泡45分钟,得到浆料C。
2)湿法贝斯生产:将浆料C涂刮在纺织布纤维上,浸入质量百分浓度为20%的二甲基甲酰胺水溶液中进行凝固、然后经过至少一道轧水工序、再进行水洗和干燥后得到湿法贝斯D,其中线速度为19米/min。
3)干法混合配料:将100kg聚氨酯干法树脂、17kg二甲基甲酰胺、17kg丁酮、18kg甲苯、0.8kg助剂和4kg色粉混合后高速搅拌,搅拌时间为12分钟,得到浆料E。
4)干法贴面:将浆料E涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,通过粘合剂粘合湿法贝斯D,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离,得到半成品F,干燥过程中,烘箱温度为100℃,烘箱的车速为22米/min。
5)压花:对半成品F加热,然后在带有镍辊或硅胶的压花辊中通过4℃冷冻水,利用液压压力作用在被加热的半成品F上,得到半成品G;其中,F加热温度为175℃,车速为14米/min。
6)涂色:将处理剂用逆轮涂在半成品G上,115℃烘干,车速12米/min,得到半成品H。
7)复合:在半成品H的布基面涂上粘合剂,再和单面绒布的毛面粘合,放入40℃水的揉纹机内,水洗30分钟后取出后烘干,烘干温度为80℃,得到花型饱满、立体感强、皮感厚实的成品。
8)成品检验。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种复合服装革,其特征是,包括基布层,所述基布层的一侧固定贴合有湿法贝斯层;所述基布层的另一侧贴合有单面绒布层;所述湿法贝斯层上设有干法贴面层;所述干法贴面层固定贴合于湿法贝斯层背向基布层的一侧的表面;所述干法贴面层上设置有表面皮纹层,所述表面皮纹层固定贴合于干法贴面层背向湿法贝斯层的一侧的表面。
2.一种复合服装革的生产方法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
1)湿法混合配料:
a、将5-10kg二甲基甲酰胺和0.5-2kg色浆搅拌80-100分钟,然后过滤得到混合物A,待用;
b、将100-120kg二甲基甲酰胺和20-30kg木粉搅拌20-30分钟,并且充分溶胀30-40分钟,然后加入所述混合物A搅拌均匀,得到混合物B,待用;
c、将100kg聚氨酯湿法树脂加入到步骤b形成的混合物B中,搅拌30-40分钟、脱泡40-50分钟,得到浆料C;
2)湿法贝斯生产:将浆料C涂刮在纺织布纤维上,浸入二甲基甲酰胺水溶液中进行凝固、然后经过轧水工序、再进行水洗和干燥后得到湿法贝斯D;
3)干法混合配料:将100kg聚氨酯干法树脂、15-20kg二甲基甲酰胺、15-20kg丁酮、15-20kg甲苯、0.5-1.0kg流平剂3-5kg色粉混合后搅拌,得到浆料E;
4)干法贴面:将浆料E涂刮于离型纸上,通过粘合剂粘合湿法贝斯D,经过烘箱干燥后跟离型纸分离,得到半成品F;
5)压花:对半成品F加热,然后在压花辊中通过冷冻水,利用液压压力作用在被加热的半成品F上,得到半成品G;
6)涂色:将表面处理剂用逆轮涂在半成品G上,100-130℃烘干,车速10-15米/min,得到半成品H;
7)复合:在半成品H的布基面涂上粘合剂,再和单面绒布的毛面粘合,放入30-50℃水的揉纹机内,水洗后取出后烘干;
8)成品检验。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合服装革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,二甲基甲酰胺水溶液的质量百分浓度为18-22%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合服装革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,轧水工序至少设置有一道。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合服装革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,线速度为18-20米/min。
6.根据权利要求2所述的复合服装革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,搅拌时间为10-15分钟。
7.根据权利要求2所述的复合服装革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,烘箱温度为90-110℃,烘箱的车速为20-25米/min。
8.根据权利要求2所述的复合服装革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中,F加热温度为170-180℃,车速为12-15米/min;压花辊为带有镍辊或硅胶的压花辊,冷却水的温度为3-5℃。
9.根据权利要求2所述的复合服装革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中,烘干温度为100-130℃,车速为10-15米/min。
10.根据权利要求2所述的复合服装革的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(7)中,水洗时间为20-40分钟,烘干温度为70-90℃。
