背景技术
胶水在生产和生活中的作用非常大,广泛应用于各个技术领域,胶水形成的涂膜可对物体起到装饰、保护作用。市面上的大部分胶水虽然制作简单、售价便宜,但是功能比较单一,只能简单的作为装饰之用,而在一些特殊的作业环境中,简单的胶水的并不能满足人们的所需。
可见,现有技术还有待改进和提高。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种使用效果好、无毒环保、绝热性能好的环保绝热胶水。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:
一种环保绝热胶水,包括如下重量份数的组分:环氧树脂45-70份,聚氨酯树脂12-20份,甲基硅油35-50份,聚酰亚胺40-50份,聚异丁酯45-55份,酚醛树脂30-40份,硅酸镁5-9份,丙酮10-15份,丁烯酸乙酯3-5份,硅酸钠20-28份,磷酸三苯酯12-15份,过氧化苯甲酰3-6份,三氧化二钒13-18份。
所述的环保绝热胶水中,所述组分按照重量分数分别是:环氧树脂55份,聚氨酯树脂15份,甲基硅油43份,聚酰亚胺45份,聚异丁酯50份,酚醛树脂35份,硅酸镁7份,丙酮12份,丁烯酸乙酯4份,硅酸钠24份,磷酸三苯酯13份,过氧化苯甲酰5份,三氧化二钒16份。

本发明提供的环保绝热胶水,制作简单,选择无毒性的原料,使用效果好,绿色环保,胶水涂层具有良好的绝热性能。
