硅酸锂24~36份,石墨球20~30份,三氧化二钒16~18份,偶氮二酰胺10~20份,氧化锌8~12份,过氧化苯甲酰4~12份,聚氨酯10~20份,有机硅40~60份,聚酰亚胺20~60份,聚异丁酯40~60份,酚醛树脂40~80份,硅酸镁10~20份,丙酮20~30份,过氧化苯甲酰10~12份,偶氮二酰胺10~20份,过氧化苯甲酰20~30份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10~12份,磷酸三苯酯12~20份。
本发明提供的一种防静电绝热胶水,制作简单,采用的生产原料选择无毒性的,胶水的使用效果好,环保,胶水涂层具有良好的防静电性能,在电器元件的胶粘上游广阔运用。

实施例1
将硅酸锂24份,石墨球20份,三氧化二钒16份,偶氮二酰胺10份,氧化锌8份,过氧化苯甲酰4份,聚氨酯10份,有机硅40份,聚酰亚胺20份,聚异丁酯40份,酚醛树脂40份,硅酸镁10份,丙酮20份,过氧化苯甲酰10份,偶氮二酰胺10份,过氧化苯甲酰20份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10份,磷酸三苯酯12份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至50℃,均匀搅拌后即得产品。
实施例2
将硅酸锂30份,石墨球25份,三氧化二钒17份,偶氮二酰胺15份,氧化锌10份,过氧化苯甲酰8份,聚氨酯15份,有机硅50份,聚酰亚胺40份,聚异丁酯50份,酚醛树脂60份,硅酸镁15份,丙酮25份,过氧化苯甲酰11份,偶氮二酰胺15份,过氧化苯甲酰25份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯11份,磷酸三苯酯16份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至50℃,均匀搅拌后即得产品。
实施例3
将硅酸锂36份,石墨球30份,三氧化二钒18份,偶氮二酰胺20份,氧化锌12份,过氧化苯甲酰12份,聚氨酯20份,有机硅60份,聚酰亚胺60份,聚异丁酯60份,酚醛树脂80份,硅酸镁20份,丙酮30份,过氧化苯甲酰12份,偶氮二酰胺20份,过氧化苯甲酰30份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯12份,磷酸三苯酯20份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至50℃,均匀搅拌后即得产品。
