本发明涉及一种化学用品的技术领域,具体涉及一种防静电胶水。
背景技术
胶水在生产和生活中的作用非常大,广泛应用与各个领域,胶水形成的涂膜可对物体起到装饰、保护和标致作用,目前市面上的大部分胶水虽然制作简单、售价便宜但同时功能比较单一,只能简单的作为装饰之用,而在一些特殊的作业环境中,简单的胶水的并不能满足人们的所需。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种防静电胶水,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,一种防静电胶水,包括如下重量份的组分,
聚氨酯10~20份,有机硅40~60份,聚酰亚胺20~60份,聚异丁酯40~60份,酚醛树脂40~80份,硅酸镁10~20份,丙酮20~30份,过氧化苯甲酰10~12份,偶氮二酰胺10~20份,过氧化苯甲酰20~30份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10~12份,磷酸三苯酯12~20份。
本发明提供的一种防静电胶水,制作简单,采用的生产原料选择无毒性的,胶水的使用效果好,环保,胶水涂层具有良好的防静电性能,在电器元件的胶粘上游广阔运用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将聚氨酯10份,有机硅40份,聚酰亚胺20份,聚异丁酯40份,酚醛树脂40份,硅酸镁10份,丙酮20份,过氧化苯甲酰10份,偶氮二酰胺10份,过氧化苯甲酰20份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10份,磷酸三苯酯12份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至50℃,均匀搅拌后即得产品。
实施例2
将聚氨酯15份,有机硅50份,聚酰亚胺40份,聚异丁酯50份,酚醛树脂60份,硅酸镁15份,丙酮25份,过氧化苯甲酰11份,偶氮二酰胺15份,过氧化苯甲酰25份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯11份,磷酸三苯酯16份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至50℃,均匀搅拌后即得产品。
实施例3
将聚氨酯20份,有机硅60份,聚酰亚胺60份,聚异丁酯60份,酚醛树脂80份,硅酸镁20份,丙酮30份,过氧化苯甲酰12份,偶氮二酰胺20份,过氧化苯甲酰30份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯12份,磷酸三苯酯20份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至50℃,均匀搅拌后即得产品。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

聚氨酯10~20份,有机硅40~60份,聚酰亚胺20~60份,聚异丁酯40~60份,酚醛树脂40~80份,硅酸镁10~20份,丙酮20~30份,过氧化苯甲酰10~12份,偶氮二酰胺10~20份,过氧化苯甲酰20~30份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10~12份,磷酸三苯酯12~20份。
