本发明公开了一种防潮湿复合机械涂料,由以下重量份的成份组成:氯磺化聚乙烯36-50 份:聚酰胺树脂12-20 份:醇酸树脂5-15 份:聚四氟乙烯树脂8-13 份:磷酸三辛酯3-10 份:聚戊烯醇6-12 份:滑石粉1-4 份。本发明提供的防潮湿复合机械涂料,可有效的在长期潮湿环境下,具良好的耐候、防涂料脱落、耐潮湿、耐酸碱、耐水的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料,特别地,涉及一种防潮湿复合机械涂料。
背景技术
目前,现有的防潮湿涂料,在潮湿的环境下,会出现涂料脱落的现象。防潮湿复合机械涂料在涂装机械的使用中发挥中重要的作用。涂装机械外层的涂料具有防涂料脱落、耐潮湿、耐酸碱、耐水的作用。尤其在一些特殊的条件下,涂料的耐潮湿和耐候性能有较大的作用。当其耐潮湿作用较差时,长时间生产后,涂装机械表层的涂料会产生脱落的现象,影响了涂装机械的正常生产。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种防潮湿复合机械涂料,以解决现有技术中防潮湿性差、涂装机械表层易脱落的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种防潮湿复合机械涂料,其中,该涂料由以下重量份的成份组成:
氯磺化聚乙烯36-50 份:
聚酰胺树脂12-20 份:
醇酸树脂5-15 份:
聚四氟乙烯树脂8-13 份:
磷酸三辛酯3-10 份:
聚戊烯醇6-12 份:以及
滑石粉1-4 份。
进一步地,本发明提供一种耐高温机械设备涂料,其特征在于:该涂料由以下重量份的成份组成:氯磺化聚乙烯38份:聚酰胺树脂12份:醇酸树脂7份:聚四氟乙烯树脂9份:磷酸三辛酯3份:聚戊烯醇8份:滑石粉1.5份。
进一步地,本发明提供一种耐高温机械设备涂料,其特征在于:该涂料由以下重量份的成份组成:氯磺化聚乙烯48份:聚酰胺树脂20份:醇酸树脂14份:聚四氟乙烯树脂13份:磷酸三辛酯8份:聚戊烯醇10份:滑石粉2.5份。
