本发明公开了一种硅橡胶改性防水卷材及其制备方法,所述硅橡胶改性防水卷材中原料组成及质量份数如下:聚苯乙烯树脂颗粒70‑90份,硅橡胶10‑30份,碳酸钙5‑15份,增塑剂5‑15份,紫外线吸收剂0.2‑0.5份,分散剂0.1‑0.5份,助粘剂1‑3份,抗氧剂0.1‑0.3份,颜料3.5‑4.5份,光屏蔽剂0.3‑0.5份,0‑0.5份的活性白炭黑。本发明提供聚苯乙烯树脂和硅橡胶改性后制备的防水卷材和制备方法,提高拉伸强度和硬度,降低了防水卷材的高温变形率,提高防水卷材的耐高低温性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防水材料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种硅橡胶改性防水卷材及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着建筑业石化业的不断发展和国家对各行业消防要求的不断提高,对防水材料也提出了更高的要求。随着科技的进步和人们环保意识的增强,人们也越来越多的关注到建筑的安全和质量问题,而防水材料是保护建筑安全和使用寿命的防水工程中必不可少的材料,为此,建筑防水材料成为人们研究的焦点。业界对建筑物防水材料的要求己从以往的单一防水功能开始向长寿命、阻燃、耐臭氧老化的多功能方向发展。
现有技术的建筑防水材料主要包括防水卷材、防水涂料、刚性防水材料、防水密封材料等,其中应用最为广泛的是防水卷材。建筑防水材料已经得到了空前的发展,在这些防水材料中,聚苯乙烯树脂(PS)由于其优异的力学性能,具有较高的饱和度、优异的机械性能和加工工艺性能,耐热氧化性,耐水性,随有机酸、碱、盐类有较好的稳定性。可广泛用做建筑密封防水材料。
在现有技术中,用于单层屋面的防水卷材一般为外露式防水卷材,经常出现防水卷材不耐氧、紫外老化,而且耐高低温性也较差,这些缺陷大大限制了防水卷材的应用范围。
发明内容
针对以上存在的问题,本发明提供聚苯乙烯树脂和硅橡胶改性后制备的防水卷材和制备方法,降低了防水卷材的高温变形率,提高耐高低温性能,耐热氧化性和稳定性,同时提高了拉伸强度和硬度。
为了解决该技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种硅橡胶改性防水卷材,原料组成及质量份数如下:PS树脂颗粒70-90份,硅橡胶10-30份,碳酸钙5-15份,增塑剂5-15份,紫外线吸收剂0.2份-0.5份,分散剂0.1-0.5份,助黏剂1-3份,抗氧剂0.1-0.3份,颜料3.5-4.5份,光屏蔽剂0.3-0.5份,活性白炭黑0-0.5份。
更进一步的,所述硅橡胶为甲基乙烯基硅橡胶。
更进一步的,所述活性白炭黑包括重量百分比为50%的无定形二氧化硅、三氧化铝、游离态氧化钙及重量百分比为10%泡沫碳。
本发明还公开一种硅橡胶改性防水卷材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将按质量份称取PS树脂颗粒70-90份,硅橡胶10-30份,碳酸钙5-15份,增塑剂5-15份,紫外线吸收剂0.2份-0.5份,分散剂0.1-0.5份,助黏剂1-3份,抗氧剂0.1-0.3份,颜料3.5-4.5份,光屏蔽剂0.3-0.5份,活性白炭黑0-0.5份,投入搅拌机搅拌共混搅拌时间10-18分钟;2)将步骤1)的共混原料投入单螺杆挤出机,加温150-175℃熔融挤出成树脂膜;3)在挤出树脂膜的同时将无纺布和树脂膜热压和成一体温度165-170℃,形成防水卷材。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:提高了拉伸强度和硬度,降低了防水卷材的高温变形率,提高耐高低温性能,提高防水卷材的使用长寿命。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
将按重量计的PS树脂颗粒80份,硅橡胶25份,碳酸钙6份,增塑剂15份,紫外线吸收剂0.3份,分散剂0.4份,助黏剂2份,抗氧剂0.3份,颜料4份,光屏蔽剂0.3份,0.2份的活性白炭黑。投入搅拌机搅拌共混搅拌时间10-18分钟;2)将步骤1)的共混原料投入单螺杆挤出机,加温150-175℃熔融挤出成树脂膜;3)在挤出树脂膜的同时将无纺布和树脂膜热压和成一体温度165-170℃,形成防水卷材。
实施例2:
将按重量计的PS树脂颗粒70份,硅橡胶12份,碳酸钙10份,增塑剂12份,紫外线吸收剂0.5份,分散剂0.1份,助黏剂3份,抗氧剂0.1份,颜料3.5份,光屏蔽剂0.5份,0.4份的活性白炭黑。投入搅拌机搅拌共混搅拌时间10-18分钟;2)将步骤1)的共混原料投入单螺杆挤出机,加温150-175℃熔融挤出成树脂膜;3)在挤出树脂膜的同时将无纺布和树脂膜热压和成一体温度165-170℃,形成防水卷材。
实施例3:
将按重量计的PS树脂颗粒90份,硅橡胶30份,碳酸钙13份,增塑剂8份,紫外线吸收剂0.2份,分散剂0.5份,助黏剂1份,抗氧剂0.2份,颜料4.5份,光屏蔽剂0.4份,投入搅拌机搅拌共混搅拌时间10-18分钟;2)将步骤1)的共混原料投入单螺杆挤出机,加温150-175℃熔融挤出成树脂膜;3)在挤出树脂膜的同时将无纺布和树脂膜热压和成一体温度165-170℃,形成防水卷材。

1.一种硅橡胶改性防水卷材,其特征在于,包括如下原料组成及质量份数:聚苯乙烯树脂颗粒70-90份,硅橡胶10-30份,碳酸钙5-15份,增塑剂5-15份,紫外线吸收剂0.2份-0.5份,分散剂0.1-0.5份,助粘剂1-3份,抗氧剂0.1-0.3份,颜料3.5-4.5份,光屏蔽剂0.3-0.5份,活性白炭黑0-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅橡胶改性防水卷材,所述硅橡胶为甲基乙烯基硅橡胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅橡胶改性防水卷材,所述活性白炭黑包括重量百分比为50%的无定形二氧化硅、三氧化铝、游离态氧化钙及重量百分比为10%泡沫碳。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项权利要求所述的硅橡胶改性防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:1)将按质量份称取PS树脂颗粒70-90份,硅橡胶10-30份,碳酸钙5-15份,增塑剂5-15份,紫外线吸收剂0.2份-0.5份,分散剂0.1-0.5份,助粘剂1-3份,抗氧剂0.1-0.3份,颜料3.5-4.5份,光屏蔽剂0.3-0.5份,活性白炭黑0-0.5份,投入搅拌机搅拌共混搅拌时间10-18分钟;2)将步骤1)的共混原料投入单螺杆挤出机,加温150-175℃熔融挤出成树脂膜;3)在挤出树脂膜的同时将无纺布和树脂膜热压和成一体温度165-170℃,形成防水卷材。
