本发明提供一种油罐密封带胶布面胶胶料,它以丁腈橡胶和PVC糊状树脂为主料,高耐磨炭黑、轻质碳酸钙和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为辅料,按一定重量份配比混合,经密炼机混炼,制造出混炼胶。本面胶胶料拉伸强度高、耐磨性能好、耐油性能好更适合油罐密封装置对密封带耐油、耐磨的要求。胶料耐老化性能、耐寒性能好,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及油罐密封带,具体是一种油罐密封带胶布面胶胶料。
背景技术
油罐密封带为浮顶油罐密封装置的结构主体,采用耐油、耐天候老化的橡胶经硫化制成,具有足够的柔性,能与罐壁很好的吻合。主要用于浮顶贮油罐及化工产品贮罐,安装在贮罐浮顶边缘板上,密封胶带随浮盘的升降与罐壁作滑动接触,并利用密封带(包裹海绵或充液)自身的弹性与罐体之间进行密封。以减少和防止介质的挥发,达到节约的目的。
丁腈橡胶是由丁二烯和丙烯腈经乳液聚合法制得的,丁腈橡胶主要采用低温乳液聚合法生产,耐油性极好,耐磨性较高,耐热性较好,粘接力强。其缺点是耐低温性差、耐臭氧性差,绝缘性能低劣,弹性稍低。丁腈橡胶主要用于制造耐油橡胶制品。简称NBR,由丁二烯与丙烯腈共聚而制得的一种合成橡胶。是耐油(尤其是烷烃油)、耐老化性能较好的合成橡胶。
在丁腈橡胶中并用聚氯乙烯,对丁腈橡胶能产生多方面的改型效果,赋予丁腈橡胶一系列的优异特性,当NBR/PVC并用体系的并用比是75/25时,并用胶具有最佳的综合性能。并用体系有以下改性效果:①提高了耐天候老化、抗臭氧化性能。具有高抗臭氧化性能,聚乙烯含量不得低于25份(质量份)。②提高耐油、耐溶剂和耐化学腐蚀性,采用中等丙烯腈含量的丁腈橡胶与聚氯乙烯并用,其并用硫化胶的耐油性可提高到高丙烯腈含量丁腈橡胶的耐油水平。③赋予一定的自熄阻燃性及良好的耐热性。④提高丁腈橡胶拉伸强度、定伸应力,并具有良好的动态屈挠性能,压缩永久变形增大。⑤并用胶料的门尼粘度增大,可塑性下降,焦烧时间延长。⑥耐寒性下降。

实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种油罐密封带胶布面胶胶料,以丁腈橡胶和PVC糊状树脂为主料,高耐磨炭黑、轻质碳酸钙和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为辅料,按下述用料和用料重量份配比混合,经密炼机混炼,制造出混炼胶。面胶的用料及用料重量份配比:

所述的补强体系采用高耐磨炭黑,加入软化剂,能提高胶料的拉伸强度和耐寒性能,同时降低生热。通过调整硫黄促进剂的配比关系,来调整单硫键和多硫键的含量,多硫键能提高胶料的弹性和强撕性,单硫键能提高胶料的耐磨性,多硫键的稳定性差,容易降解。
本面胶胶料拉伸强度高、耐磨性能好、耐油性能好更适合油罐密封装置对密封带耐油、耐磨的要求。胶料耐老化性能、耐寒性能好,使用寿命长。
