Abstract
本发明公开了一种自粘型丁基橡胶防水胶粘带用的胶料及其制备方法。其原料重量组分为:丁基橡胶基体10‑30份,热塑性弹性体0‑8份,增粘剂15‑40份,抗氧剂0.1‑1份,紫外吸收剂2‑5份,硫化剂3‑12份,补强填料15‑40份。本发明的胶粘带具有优异的气密性、水密性和耐高低温性,化学稳定性好,且具有较好的触变性、较高的剥离强度,能与主体结构牢固粘结,使用寿命长。本发明还提供了该丁基橡胶防水胶粘带用的胶料的制备方法。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘剂技术领域,具体涉及一种自粘型丁基橡胶防水胶粘带用的胶料及其制备方法。
背景技术
丁基橡胶(IIR)是由异丁烯和少量异戊二烯共聚而成的一种聚合物。其中,异丁烯比例高达97%,饱和度较高,因此具有较好的化学稳定性以及耐高低温性能,同时气密性和水密性能优异。
防水胶粘带主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、管道防腐等的防水密封,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。市面上的现有产品主要有沥青防水胶粘带和高分子防水胶粘带,但是这些胶带的胶料基材在实际使用过程中极容易撕裂,耐热性、耐低温柔性、耐化学腐蚀性和弹塑性能都比较弱,因此使用的寿命很短,虽然拥有如此多的弱点,但是由于目前防水胶粘带的技术匮乏,因此可选度很低。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于克服上述现有的缺陷,提供一种使用方便、使用寿命长、触变性好、粘性强、耐高低温、耐老化的自粘型丁基橡胶防水胶粘带用的胶料。
本发明的目的之二在于提供上述自粘型丁基橡胶防水胶粘带的制备方法。

在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述的丁基橡胶基体为丁基橡胶、氯化丁基橡胶、溴化丁基橡胶、交联丁基橡胶中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述的热塑性弹性体为SIS、SBS、SB、SEBS以及SEPS中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述的增粘剂为氢化石油树脂、松香树脂、酚醛树脂、萜烯树脂、聚丁烯以及低分子烃聚合物中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述的抗氧剂为抗氧BHT、抗氧剂168、抗氧剂1010中的一种或者任意两种以上的混合。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述的紫外吸收剂为炭黑、钛白粉中的一种或者两者的组合。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述的硫化剂为氧化锌、氧化镁、酚醛树脂、硫脲、促进剂中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述的补强填料为碳酸钙、滑石粉、粘土、高岭土、白炭黑中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
作为本发明第二方面的一种自粘型丁基橡胶防水胶粘带用的胶料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将丁基橡胶在开炼机中进行塑炼;
2)根据配方量将丁基橡胶基体、热塑性弹性体、增粘剂、抗氧剂、紫外吸收剂、硫化剂以及补强填料初步混合,置于捏合机中,在温度100-200℃中充分混炼均化,直至硫化完全即得所述自粘型丁基橡胶防水胶粘带用的胶料。
本发明所述的胶粘带原料常用易得,环保无污染,制备的丁基橡胶胶粘带具有优异的触变性、弹塑性能和粘结性能,使用方便,使用寿命长,能够广泛应用于多种场合。
