本发明提供了一种陶瓷材料及其制备方法,包括以下组分:方解石粉40‑60重量份、二氧化锆30‑50重量份、氮化铝20‑40重量份、硅藻土10‑40重量份、碳化铬粉2‑10重量份、石灰石4‑12重量份、白云石5‑16重量份、云母粉30‑50重量份、埃洛石纳米管1‑5重量份。与现有技术相比,本发明采用的埃洛石纳米管强度较高,将其与方解石粉、二氧化锆、氮化铝、硅藻土、碳化铬粉、石灰石、白云石、云母粉结合使用,各个成分相互作用,提高了陶瓷材料的强度和孔隙率。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷技术领域,尤其涉及一种陶瓷材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
陶瓷材料是用天然或者合成化合物经过成形和高温烧结制成的一类无机非金属材料,可用作结构材料、刀具材料,由于陶瓷还具有某些特殊功能,又可作为功能材料。
传统的硅酸盐陶瓷的纯度较差,颗粒粒度不均,成型压强不高,无法满足市场需求。随着陶瓷制造技术的发展,陶瓷材料的性能也越来越好。陶瓷材料具有一定的孔隙率,孔隙率但能够确保陶瓷材料具有某些特殊的功能,而且能够减轻陶瓷材料的重量。
现有技术中,陶瓷材料及其制备方法得到了广泛的报道,例如,申请号为201410010928.8的中国专利文献报道了一种陶瓷材料及其制备方法,主要由锂辉石、透锂长石、锂霞石、石英、高岭土、氧化锌、氧化镁以及氧化钡组成。申请号为201510981370.2的中国专利文献报道了一种陶瓷材料,所述陶瓷材料由质量百分比为22-28%的硅酸锌、34-40%的铬酸钡、33-38%的三氧化二铋、3-8%的碳酸钡混合煅烧而成。申请号为201510981248.5的中国专利文献报道了一种陶瓷材料,所述陶瓷材料由质量百分比为20-30%的硅酸锌、33-42%的铬酸钡、31-35%的三氧化二铋、3-9%的碳酸钡混合煅烧而成。申请号为201710168114.0的中国专利文献报道了一种陶瓷材料,按重量份包括以下各组分:马占相思10-15份、方解石粉30-50份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份、五氧化三钛4-7份、氧化镁2-4份、金红石7-12份、碳化硅微粉12-17份、膨润土18-20份、岩石粉20-30份;所述陶瓷材料的制备方法如下:将上述材料投入粉碎机中粉碎成10-50目的粉末,然后加入稳定剂、增稠剂、丙酮、水搅拌成浆料,经造粒机造粒,再经过成型工艺制成坯体,将坯体在1186℃下进行烧结,烧结时间为18小时,制得陶瓷材料。
但是,上述报道的陶瓷材料的孔隙率较低,并且强度较差。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于提供一种陶瓷材料及其制备方法,具有较高的孔隙率,并且强度较高。
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种陶瓷材料,包括以下组分:方解石粉40-60重量份、二氧化锆30-50重量份、氮化铝20-40重量份、硅藻土10-40重量份、碳化铬粉2-10重量份、石灰石4-12重量份、白云石5-16重量份、云母粉30-50重量份、埃洛石纳米管1-5重量份。
