本发明公开了一种BOPP镀铝基膜及其制备方法,属于BOPP薄膜制备领域。所述镀铝基膜由表层1、表层2和芯层组成,表层1由以下重量分数计的原料组成:热封料98%,抗粘连剂2%;表层2由以下重量分数计的原料组成:PP 95.5%,抗粘连剂2.5%,爽滑剂2%;芯层由以下重量分数计的原料组成:PP 78.9%,珠光母料20%,抗静电剂1.1%。本发明制得的BOPP镀铝基膜厚度为22μm,平整度良好,镀铝后铝膜表面均匀,均一性良好,脱铝率≤1%,实现镀铝层牢度≥99%不脱,可作为高端产品包装,市场前景广阔,而且制备方法简单,有利于推广利用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于BOPP薄膜制备领域,具体涉及一种BOPP镀铝基膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
镀铝膜是在真空膜片镀铝机上实施的,镀铝基膜放卷后向上绕过前托辊上弧面、后向下绕过镀铝辊下弧面、再向上绕过后托辊上弧面进入收卷机。前后托辊起着张紧辊作用,与镀铝辊组合将基膜呈横向S形紧绷,在镀铝辊的真空空间内,其下方的铝丝受热气挥发后气态铝向上遇冷附着在镀铝基膜下表面形成镀铝层。镀铝膜由于具有高贵富丽的金属光泽,被广泛用于各种外包装制作,市场需求量大,产品外观美观,档次高,能有效地提升产品的价值。目前,市场上镀铝膜基材常主要选取PET和BOPP。其中,BOPP 具有质轻、价廉、无毒、防潮、印刷性能好、雾度低、装饰性能良好等优点而备受重视,应用更为广泛。然而,目前的BOPP镀铝基膜的需求量越来越大,而传统的BOPP镀铝基膜其平整度、厚度以及均匀性等尚未达到高端包装的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术不足,提供一种BOPP镀铝基膜及其制备方法。本发明制得的BOPP镀铝基膜厚度为22μm,平整度良好,镀铝后铝膜表面均一性良好,脱铝率≤1%,实现镀铝层牢度≥99%不脱,可作为高端产品包装,市场前景广阔,而且制备方法简单,有利于推广利用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种BOPP镀铝基膜,由表层1、表层2和芯层组成,表层1由以下重量分数计的原料组成:热封料98%,抗粘连剂2%;表层2由以下重量分数计的原料组成:PP 95.5%,抗粘连剂2.5%,爽滑剂2%;芯层由以下重量分数计的原料组成:PP 78.9%,珠光母料20%,抗静电剂1.1%。
所述抗静电剂为AS3030PP,爽滑剂为S2012PP。
所述BOPP镀铝基膜的厚度为22μm。
一种制备如上所述的BOPP镀铝基膜的方法,采用三层结构共挤塑后双向拉伸成型,工艺参数控制如下:主挤出机温度245~260℃,辅挤出机I的温度210~240℃,辅挤出机II的温度210~250℃,模头温度235~240℃,水槽温度33~40℃,激冷辊温度35℃,纵拉温度120~140℃,纵向拉伸比4.65~5,横拉温度164~174℃,横向拉伸比8.5~9,横拉风速86~95%,单面电晕参数:下电晕28。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明制得的BOPP镀铝基膜厚度为22μm,平整度良好,镀铝后铝膜表面均一性良好,脱铝率≤1%,实现镀铝层牢度≥99%不脱,可作为高端产品包装,市场前景广阔,而且制备方法简单,有利于推广利用。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明不仅仅限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种BOPP镀铝基膜,由表层1、表层2和芯层组成,表层1由以下重量分数计的原料组成:热封料98%,抗粘连剂2%;表层2由以下重量分数计的原料组成:PP 95.5%,抗粘连剂2.5%,爽滑剂2%;芯层由以下重量分数计的原料组成:PP 78.9%,珠光母料20%,抗静电剂1.1%;所述抗静电剂为AS3030 PP,爽滑剂为S2012PP;所述BOPP镀铝基膜的厚度为22μm。
一种制备如上所述的BOPP镀铝基膜的方法,采用三层结构共挤塑后双向拉伸成型,工艺参数控制如下:主挤出机温度245℃,辅挤出机I的温度210℃,辅挤出机II的温度210℃,模头温度235℃,水槽温度33℃,激冷辊温度35℃,纵拉温度120℃,纵向拉伸比4.65,横拉温度164℃,横向拉伸比8.5,横拉风速86%,单面电晕参数:下电晕28。
实施例2
一种BOPP镀铝基膜,由表层1、表层2和芯层组成,表层1由以下重量分数计的原料组成:热封料98%,抗粘连剂2%;表层2由以下重量分数计的原料组成:PP 95.5%,抗粘连剂2.5%,爽滑剂2%;芯层由以下重量分数计的原料组成:PP 78.9%,珠光母料20%,抗静电剂1.1%;所述抗静电剂为AS3030 PP,爽滑剂为S2012PP;所述BOPP镀铝基膜的厚度为22μm。
一种制备如上所述的BOPP镀铝基膜的方法,采用三层结构共挤塑后双向拉伸成型,工艺参数控制如下:主挤出机温度260℃,辅挤出机I的温度240℃,辅挤出机II的温度250℃,模头温度240℃,水槽温度40℃,激冷辊温度35℃,纵拉温度140℃,纵向拉伸比5,横拉温度174℃,横向拉伸比9,横拉风速95%,单面电晕参数:下电晕28。
实施例3
一种BOPP镀铝基膜,由表层1、表层2和芯层组成,表层1由以下重量分数计的原料组成:热封料98%,抗粘连剂2%;表层2由以下重量分数计的原料组成:PP 95.5%,抗粘连剂2.5%,爽滑剂2%;芯层由以下重量分数计的原料组成:PP 78.9%,珠光母料20%,抗静电剂1.1%;所述抗静电剂为AS3030 PP,爽滑剂为S2012PP;所述BOPP镀铝基膜的厚度为22μm。
一种制备如上所述的BOPP镀铝基膜的方法,采用三层结构共挤塑后双向拉伸成型,工艺参数控制如下:主挤出机温度253℃,辅挤出机I的温度225℃,辅挤出机II的温度230℃,模头温度242℃,水槽温度36℃,激冷辊温度35℃,纵拉温度130℃,纵向拉伸比4.8,横拉温度169℃,横向拉伸比8.8,横拉风速91%,单面电晕参数:下电晕28。
本发明制得的BOPP镀铝基膜性能检测结果如下表所示。

1.一种BOPP镀铝基膜,由表层1、表层2和芯层组成,其特征在于:
表层1由以下重量分数计的原料组成:热封料98%,抗粘连剂2%;
表层2由以下重量分数计的原料组成:PP 95.5%,抗粘连剂2.5%,爽滑剂2%;
芯层由以下重量分数计的原料组成:PP 78.9%,珠光母料20%,抗静电剂1.1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP镀铝基膜,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为AS3030PP,爽滑剂为S2012PP。
3.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP镀铝基膜,其特征在于:所述BOPP镀铝基膜的厚度为22μm。
4.一种制备如权利要求1所述的BOPP镀铝基膜的方法,其特征在于:采用三层结构共挤塑后双向拉伸成型。
5.根据权利要求4所述的BOPP镀铝基膜的制备方法,其特征在于:工艺参数控制如下:主挤出机温度245~260℃,辅挤出机I的温度210~240℃,辅挤出机II的温度210~250℃,模头温度235~240℃,水槽温度33~40℃,激冷辊温度35℃,纵拉温度120~140℃,纵向拉伸比4.65~5,横拉温度164~174℃,横向拉伸比8.5~9,横拉风速86~95%,单面电晕参数:下电晕28。
