本发明提供了一种稀土锌钢绞线拉丝同步收线装置,包括连接在稀土锌钢绞线两端的主机电机变频控制柜和收线机组变频控制柜,主机电机变频控制柜包括主机电动机、主机变频器、电机开按钮、电机关按钮、变频调速按钮、电源空气开关、漏点保护开关和中间继电器;收线机组变频控制柜包括变频调速三相异步电动机、收线变频器、电机开按钮、电机关按钮、变频调速按钮、电源空气开关、急停开关和24V电源开关。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢绞线收线装置领域,具体是一种稀土锌钢绞线拉丝同步收线装置。
背景技术
钢绞线拉丝同步收线工艺为:线材上架→穿拉丝模→引入拉丝机箱体→将各道次模具缠绕至对应宝塔轮及模架→成品模出线钢丝通过至立式收线卷筒收线后,牵引至工字轮上盘收线。
现有拉丝同步收线装置存在的问题和缺点:
提供给电力导线用镀锌钢丝、镀锌钢绞线,均有定尺长度要求,其中严禁有焊接点。现有收线组合是先启动主机,再启动工字轮收线机组,由于启动时运转不同步,造成收线机组在启动瞬间有顿挫现象。在生产∅2.20规格以下钢丝时,易导致钢丝顿断,定尺长度不足,造成短尺钢丝产生,影响后续工序生产需求,也造成大量副次品库存,增加企业经营资金流转负担。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种稀土锌钢绞线拉丝同步收线装置,无论是主机先启动还是收线机先启动,两台变频电机均实现同步启动运转,运行平稳,避免了现有收线组合由于启动时运转不同步,产成品合格率大幅提升。
本发明包括连接在稀土锌钢绞线两端的主机电机变频控制柜和收线机组变频控制柜,主机电机变频控制柜包括主机电动机、主机变频器、电机开按钮、电机关按钮、变频调速按钮、电源空气开关、漏点保护开关和中间继电器;收线机组变频控制柜包括变频调速三相异步电动机、收线变频器、电机开按钮、电机关按钮、变频调速按钮、电源空气开关、急停开关和24V电源开关。
本发明有益效果在于:
无论是主机先启动还是收线机先启动,两台变频电机均实现同步启动运转,运行平稳,避免了现有收线组合由于启动时运转不同步,收线机组在启动瞬间产生顿挫所导致的∅2.20规格以下钢丝的顿断现象,保证了钢丝定尺长度需要,后续工序生产需求,产成品合格率大幅提升。

本发明结构如图1所示,包括连接在稀土锌钢绞线两端的主机电机变频控制柜和收线机组变频控制柜,主机电机变频控制柜包括主机电动机、主机变频器、电机开按钮、电机关按钮、变频调速按钮、电源空气开关、漏点保护开关和中间继电器;收线机组变频控制柜包括变频调速三相异步电动机、收线变频器、电机开按钮、电机关按钮、变频调速按钮、电源空气开关、急停开关和24V电源开关。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种稀土锌钢绞线拉丝同步收线装置,其特征在于:包括连接在稀土锌钢绞线两端的主机电机变频控制柜和收线机组变频控制柜,主机电机变频控制柜包括主机电动机、主机变频器、电机开按钮、电机关按钮、变频调速按钮、电源空气开关、漏点保护开关和中间继电器;收线机组变频控制柜包括变频调速三相异步电动机、收线变频器、电机开按钮、电机关按钮、变频调速按钮、电源空气开关、急停开关和24V电源开关。
