Abstract
本发明公开了一种滤芯,包括上导向座、下导向座和滤芯,滤芯位于上导向座和下导向座之间,滤芯内设有滤材,滤材为打折筒形多层结构,滤材外周螺旋缠绕有缠绕带,滤芯采用由表及里、沿流动方向逐渐缩小的渐变孔径结构,本发明具有以下优点:过滤固体污染物速度快,效率高,使用寿命更长,滤材成分特殊、制造成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滤芯。
背景技术
目前,随着船舶海洋工程的发展以及国际化的接轨,为了更好地服务船舶行业,配套厂商需要对产品不断地进行技术创新,扩大使用需求。市场上现有的滤芯不仅过滤精度差,使用寿命短,而且滤材为滤纸或滤布时必须配有金属网套做骨架,制造成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于克服上述局限,从而提供一种滤材成分特殊、制造成本低廉的滤芯,此滤芯不仅过滤固体污染物速度快,效率高,使用寿命更长,而且更换下来的废旧滤芯处理后符合环保要求。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种滤芯,包括上导向座、下导向座和滤芯,滤芯位于上导向座和下导向座之间,滤芯内设有滤材,滤材为打折筒形多层结构,滤材外周螺旋缠绕有缠绕带,滤芯采用由表及里、沿流动方向逐渐缩小的渐变孔径结构。
优选的是,滤材的多层结构包括最外层与最里层的聚酰胺网丝层,两层聚酰胺网丝层之间设有环氧树脂浸渍和粘结无机纤维层和玻纤滤纸层。
优选的是,上导向座和下导向座内均设有O型圈。
优选的是,O型圈为氟橡胶O型圈。
优选的是,上导向座连接有拎手。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:相对于现有技术,本发明采用的此种结构的滤芯滤除固体污染物速度快、精度高,过滤精度可达到2.5微米至22微米;滤材采用打折筒形结构,具有独特的几何形状,使滤芯外形更小,过滤面积增大,提高了对过滤难度较大溶液的过滤效率和流通量;滤材采用特有工艺制成,具有固定的空隙结构,滤材无脱落;被拦截的污染颗粒不会因压差和流量的脉动而产生“卸料”现象;采用由表及里、沿流动方向逐渐缩小的渐变孔径结构,创造均匀的流量分布,分层拦截不同尺寸的污染颗粒,实现深层纳垢;在液压系统中,用于滤除工作介质中的固体颗粒及胶状物质,有效控制工作介质的污染度,使油路保持清洁,尽可能延长整个液压系统的使用寿命;滤材外周采用缠绕带加强的支撑,保证滤材稳固。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1、图2和图3所示的一种滤芯,包括上导向座1、下导向座2和滤芯3,滤芯3位于上导向座1和下导向座2之间且制作时一体成型,上导向座1和下导向座2由高分子聚酰胺制成,滤芯3内设有滤材4,滤材4为打折筒形多层结构,滤材4外周螺旋缠绕有缠绕带5加强支撑,保证滤材4的稳固,此滤芯的上导向座1和下导向座2自行对中使得永久性固定在滤壳内的芯轴装卸方便,并且支撑以便抵抗冷起动、流动疲劳及叠褶的聚拢或倒伏。上导向座1和下导向座2内均设有氟橡胶O型圈9,标准的O型圈9比平垫更可靠,密封不靠扭矩加载。
如图4,滤芯3采用由表及里、沿流动方向逐渐缩小的渐变孔径结构,具有独特的几何形状,使滤芯3外形更小,使过滤面积增大,提高了对过滤难度较大溶液的过滤效率和流通量。
滤材4的多层结构包括最外层与最里层的聚酰胺网丝层6,两层聚酰胺网丝层6之间设有环氧树脂浸渍和粘结无机纤维层7和玻纤滤纸层8。聚酰胺是纤维树脂取代了金属,使得整个滤芯轻量化,降低成本;同时它具有良好的综合性能,包括力学性能,耐热性,耐磨损性,耐化学药品性,易于加工,适用于玻璃纤维填料填充增强改性高分子。
上导向座1连接有拎手10。
Claims (5)
1.一种滤芯,其特征在于:包括上导向座(1)、下导向座(2)和滤芯(3),所述滤芯(3)位于上导向座(1)和下导向座(2)之间,所述滤芯(3)内设有滤材(4),所述滤材(4)为打折筒形多层结构,所述滤材(4)外周螺旋缠绕有缠绕带(5),所述滤芯(3)采用由表及里、沿流动方向逐渐缩小的渐变孔径结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滤芯,其特征在于:所述滤材(4)的多层结构包括最外层与最里层的聚酰胺网丝层(6),两层聚酰胺网丝层(6)之间设有环氧树脂浸渍和粘结无机纤维层(7)和玻纤滤纸层(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滤芯,其特征在于:所述上导向座(1)和下导向座(2)内均设有O型圈(9)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的滤芯,其特征在于:所述O型圈(9)为氟橡胶O型圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的滤芯,其特征在于:所述上导向座(1)连接有拎手(10)。
