The attachment plate 140 is connected to the face cover 130 by the secondary injection molding, the process is simple, and the overall strength is improved.
Second embodiment
Fig. 5 to 8 show schematic views of a cooking appliance 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The cooking appliance 200 will be explained with reference to fig. 5 to 8. The cooking appliance 200 is substantially the same as the cooking appliance 100 of the first embodiment, except that the attachment plate 240 is provided on the inner side surface of the face cover 230. Therefore, for the purpose of simplification, the present embodiment will omit the same portions as the first embodiment.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, the cooking appliance 200 may mainly include a pot body 210, a lid body 220, a face cover 230, and an attachment plate 240.
The lid 220 of the cooking utensil 200 is openably and closably provided on the pot body 210. When the cover 220 is covered on the pot body 210, a cooking space 250 can be formed between the cover 220 and the inner pot of the pot body 210. Optionally, in the present embodiment, a cover steam outlet (not shown) may be provided on the cover 220. The face cover 230 is provided on the cover body 220. Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the face cover 230 may include a base member 231 and a film member 232 supported on the base member 231. The base member 231 and the membrane member 232 may be made of any suitable material. For example, in the present embodiment, the base member 231 may be made of acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymer, and the film member 232 may be made of polyester resin. The base member 231 and the film member 232 are provided with a base member vapor outlet 233 and a film member vapor outlet 234, respectively, correspondingly. The base member vapor outlet 233 and the film member vapor outlet 234 together constitute a face cover vapor outlet.
The attachment plate 240 is attached around the face cover steam outlet (including the base member steam outlet 233 and the membrane member steam outlet 234) of the face cover 230. The attachment plate 270 may suppress deformation of the face cover 230 due to high temperature. Preferably, the attachment plate 240 may be made of a high temperature resistant material, which is attached to the face cover 230 in a non-destructive and non-detachable manner to more effectively suppress deformation of the face cover 230 due to high temperature. Preferably, the thermal deformation temperature of the material constituting the attachment plate 240 is higher than that of the material constituting the face cover 230, so that the ability of the face cover 230 to withstand high temperature is improved, and the deformation of the face cover 230 due to high temperature can be effectively suppressed.
Unlike the first embodiment, in the present embodiment, the attachment plate 240 may be disposed at an inner side surface of the face cover 230 so as not to affect the external appearance of the cooking appliance 200, and the attachment plate 240 may not necessarily be made of a transparent or translucent material, expanding the selection range of the attachment plate 240. Preferably, the attachment plate 240 may be made of plastic (e.g., polycarbonate, PC) or a metal material (e.g., copper, iron, etc.), reducing material costs.
The attachment plate 240 may be disposed at an inner side of the face cover 230 and cover the entirety of the face cover 230. The attachment plate 240 has the same shape and size as the face cover 230. Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the attachment plate 240 may be disposed at an inner side surface of the face cover 230 and cover only a portion of the face cover 230. The size of the attachment plate 240 is smaller than that of the face cover 230. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the attachment plate 240 may be provided with an attachment plate steam outlet 241 corresponding to the face cover steam outlet (including the base member steam outlet 233 and the membrane member steam outlet 234) on the face cover 230, the attachment plate 240 being provided around the face cover steam outlet (including the base member steam outlet 233 and the membrane member steam outlet 234) and the attachment plate steam outlet 241 thereon corresponding to the face cover steam outlet (including the base member steam outlet 233 and the membrane member steam outlet 234). Generally, the temperature at the face cover steam outlet (including the base member steam outlet 233 and the membrane member steam outlet 234) is high, and therefore, the face cover 230 is most easily deformed at the face cover steam outlet (including the base member steam outlet 233 and the membrane member steam outlet 234) by the high temperature. However, in the present embodiment, providing the attachment plate 240 at the face cover steam outlet (including the base member steam outlet 233 and the membrane member steam outlet 234) can effectively suppress deformation of the face cover 230 at the face cover steam outlet (including the base member steam outlet 233 and the membrane member steam outlet 234).
The attachment plate 240 may be attached to the face cover 230 by any suitable means. In the present embodiment, the attachment plate 240 may be coupled to the face cover 230 by over-molding. Specifically, the film member 232 of the face cover 230 may be placed in a front mold of the injection mold of the base member 231, the attachment plate 240 may be placed in a rear mold of the injection mold of the base member 231, and then the injection base member 231 may be clamped to integrate the three of the base member 231, the film member 232, and the attachment plate 240. Preferably, one or more through holes 242 may be provided on the attachment plate 240. A portion of the face cover 230 penetrates into one or more through-holes 242 of the attachment plate 240 during the injection molding process to improve the coupling force therebetween. Specifically, in the present embodiment, a portion of the base member 231 of the face cover 230 penetrates into the one or more through holes 242 of the attachment plate 240 during the injection molding process. Further preferably, in the present embodiment, a chamfered portion 243 is provided below the through hole 242 of the attachment plate 240. As shown in fig. 8, the diameter of the chamfered portion 243 is larger than the diameter of the through hole 242. Therefore, in the secondary injection molding process, the surface cover 230 and the attachment plate 240 are connected in an i shape at the through hole 242, so that the bonding force between the surface cover 230 and the attachment plate 240 is further improved, and the overall strength is improved.
