As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a cooking appliance including a pot 110 and a cover 120. The cover 120 has a shape substantially corresponding to the pot 110. The cover 120 is openably and closably provided on the pot 110, and in particular, is pivotally connected to the pot 110 by a pivot shaft, and is capable of freely pivoting about a pivot axis where the pivot shaft is located between a closing position and an opening position with respect to the pot 110, so as to facilitate closing and opening of the pot 110.
The pot body 110 includes an inner pot 140 and has a cylindrical inner pot receiving part. The inner pot 140 may be fixedly disposed at the inner pot receiving portion, or may be freely placed in or taken out from the inner pot receiving portion, so as to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot 140. The inner pot 140 is generally made of a metal material and has a circular opening on an upper surface for holding a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. The cooker body 110 further includes a heating means 170, such as a heating plate, for heating the inner pot 140, and the heating means 170 is provided at the bottom of the inner pot 140 to heat the inner pot 140. When the cover 120 is covered on the pot body 110, it covers the inner pot 140 and forms a cooking space between the inner pot 140. The lid 120 also typically has a port seal 121 thereon, and the port seal 121 may be made of, for example, a rubber material, which is disposed between the lid 120 and the inner pot 140, for sealing the cooking space when the lid 120 is in the closed state.
It is understood that the cooking appliance according to the present application may be an electric rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker or other cooking appliances, and the cooking appliance may have various functions of cooking porridge or the like in addition to the function of cooking rice.
It is noted that directional terms used herein to describe various components, portions, etc. of the cooking appliance, such as "upper", "lower", "above", "below", "upward", "downward", etc., are relative to the cooking appliance in a horizontally placed and upright state. The directional terms "inwardly", "outwardly", "inside", "outside" and the like, if not otherwise limited, refer to being closer to the center of the cooking appliance and "outwardly" refer to being farther from the center of the cooking appliance.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pot 110 further includes a base assembly 130, a heat preservation cover 150, and a magnetic member 160. The inner pot 140 and the heat-retaining cover 150 are both disposed in the base assembly 130, and the heat-retaining cover 150 is disposed at least at the lateral outer periphery of the inner pot 140. In the present embodiment, the material constituting the heat insulating cover 150 includes a ferromagnetic material. The magnetic member 160 is disposed on the base assembly 130 and is closely attached to the thermal cover 150. The magnetic member 160 is connected to the base assembly 130 by a fastener or a snap, or is adhered to the base assembly 130 by glue.
In the present embodiment, the magnetic member 160 can apply an upward magnetic force to the thermal insulation cover 150, and the magnetic force is greater than the gravity of the thermal insulation cover 150. Therefore, even if the parts supporting the heat preservation cover 150 start to be partially melted or have melted, i.e., the upward supporting force of the heat preservation cover 150 is weakened or vanished, the magnetic member 160 can absorb the heat preservation cover 150 on the base assembly 130 to prevent the heat preservation cover 150 from falling down to expose the charged parts.
Preferably, the magnetic member 160 is disposed on top of the heat preservation cover 150 and is completely covered by the base assembly 130 and the heat preservation cover 150, so that the magnetic member 160 is not seen by a user when operating the cooking appliance, not only is beautiful, but also user use experience is improved. It will be appreciated that the magnetic member 160 may be positioned at any other suitable location on the insulating shroud 150 as desired, so long as it is capable of ensuring that a magnetic force is applied to the insulating shroud 150 that is upward and greater than the weight of the insulating shroud 150.
The heat-insulating cover 150 mainly includes a base portion preferably made of iron, and a plating layer covering the outer surface of the base portion, and the magnetic member 160 is preferably a magnet, so that the magnetic member 160 can generate a magnetic force that attracts each other with the heat-insulating cover 150. The plating layer is preferably a zinc plating layer to avoid oxidation of the base portion.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the number of the magnetic members 160 is one, and is configured in a circular ring-shaped structure, and the magnetic members 160 are disposed on the top of the heat preservation cover 150 in the circumferential direction of the heat preservation cover 150. The number of the magnetic members 160 is not limited to the present embodiment, and in one embodiment, not shown, the number of the magnetic members 160 is at least two, the magnetic members 160 are configured in a block structure, and the at least two magnetic members 160 are disposed at the top of the heat preservation cover 150 at equal intervals. It will be appreciated that the at least two magnetic members 160 may also be disposed at unequal intervals on top of the insulating cover 150 or at any other suitable location of the insulating cover 150, as desired.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the base assembly 130 mainly includes a pot body case 131, a middle plate 132, and a base 133. The pot body housing 131 is constructed in a circumferentially extending annular plate-shaped structure, the middle plate 132 is disposed above the pot body housing 131, the base 133 is disposed below the pot body housing 131, and the magnetic member 160 is disposed at the bottom of the middle plate 132. The base 133 may be coupled to the middle plate 132 by fasteners, and the pot body case 131 is clamped between the middle plate 132 and the base 133 along its circumference.
The inner pot 140 and the heat preservation cover 150 are both disposed inside the pot body housing 131. Middle plate 132 has a middle plate opening 134 and inner pan 140 extends through middle plate opening 134. The heating device 170 is disposed above the base 133 and is connected to the base 133, and the heat-retaining cover 150 is sandwiched between the heating device 170 and the middle plate 132 in its circumferential direction. It will be appreciated that the middle plate 132, the insulating cover 150, and the heating means 170 collectively surround the inner pot receiving part as described above.
The pot body 110 further includes a power panel assembly 180, and the power panel assembly 180 is disposed in the base assembly 130, and preferably at the front of the pot body 110. Specifically, the power strip assembly 180 is disposed inside the pot body case 131 and outside the heat preservation cover 150, and the power strip assembly 180 is connected to at least one of the pot body case 131, the middle plate 132, and the base 133. Therefore, when the cover 120 is opened and the inner pan 140 is taken out, the heat-insulating cover 150 can shield the power panel assembly 180 from touching the power panel assembly 180 by the user.
According to the cooking appliance of the present utility model, by providing the magnetic member on the base assembly, the magnetic member is closely attached to the heat-retaining cover and can apply an upward magnetic force to the heat-retaining cover, which is greater than the gravity of the heat-retaining cover, so that even if the member supporting the heat-retaining cover starts to be partially melted or has been melted, the magnetic member can attract the heat-retaining cover to the base assembly to prevent the heat-retaining cover from falling down to expose the charged member.
Unless defined otherwise, technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular implementations only and is not intended to be limiting of the present application. Features described herein in one embodiment may be applied to another embodiment alone or in combination with other features unless the features are not applicable or otherwise indicated in the other embodiment.
While the present application has been described by way of the above embodiments, it is to be understood that the above embodiments are for purposes of illustration and description only and that the present application is not limited to the above embodiments, and that many variations and modifications may be made in accordance with the teachings of the present application, which variations and modifications are within the scope of the claimed application.
