the sealing ring (14) is arranged on one side, facing the battery cover (122), of the first handle body (121), and the sealing ring (14) is integrally formed with the first handle body (121) through an encapsulation process;
the sealing ring (14) is used for sealing the first handle body (121) and the battery cover (122).
