Abstract
本发明公开了一种猪饲料。本发明的猪饲料包括以下重量份的原料:大豆40~80份、麦麸25~40份、甲壳素12~20份、木薯渣20~35份、骨粉5~10份、菜籽油5‑25份、微量元素2~5份、益生菌1.5~3份、纤维素酶0.8~1.8份;还包括佛手果10‑28份。本发明的猪饲料,添加量益生菌和纤维素酶,加快原料的降解,有助于促进原料的吸收,提高饲料利用率;加入佛手果,可促进消化,改善生猪的饮食,调节饲料口感;本发明饲料原料来源广泛、配比科学,适宜于猪的全阶段饲喂;制作方法简明,易于实现大规模生产。

本发明属于饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种猪饲料。
背景技术
饲料产业是我国近年来发展较为迅速的行业之一,有关于饲料原料、生产、加工工艺、添加剂的各项技术也在不断进步。如今饲料的工业化生产过程中,大量使用各式添加剂,不仅造成成本较为高昂,同时容易造成饲喂的动物体内抗生素、激素等含量超标,进而直接的影响人类身体健康。
发明内容
本发明提供一种猪饲料。
本发明采用以下技术方案:一种猪饲料,由以下重量份的原料制备:大豆40~80份、麦麸25~40份、甲壳素12~20份、木薯渣20~35份、骨粉5~10份、菜籽油5-25份、微量元素2~5份、益生菌1.5~3份、纤维素酶0.8~1.8份。
优选地,所述的益生菌为双歧杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌三种菌种的菌粉按照质量比1:1:1混合。
进一步的,还包括佛手果10-28份。
所述的猪饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将大豆、麦麸、木薯渣筛去石粒、树枝等杂质,分别烘干至水分含量为10~18%,分别置于生物发酵罐中,加入纤维素酶,在55~65℃下密封发酵26~48h;佛手果切碎,加入发酵罐中,继续发酵24-48h;
S2:将经步骤S1发酵后得到的大豆、麦麸、木薯渣冷却至室温后,再经50~100目的滤网过滤,除去滤液,滤渣分别经锤式粉碎机粉碎至颗粒粒度为0.1~0.3mm,再加入甲壳素、骨粉、微量元素,得混合物颗粒;
S3:将步骤S2所制得的均匀混合物颗粒、菜籽油、益生菌在转速为500~700r/min下充分搅拌均匀;
S4:将步骤S3制得物料经挤出造粒成型机造粒,饲料成品粒径为3~5mm,含水量为8~12%。

下面通过更具体实施例对本发明进行说明。为便于更好地理解本发明,通过以下实例加以说明,这些实例属于本发明的保护范围,但不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1 一种猪饲料,由以下重量份的原料制备:大豆75份、麦麸33份、甲壳素17份、木薯渣32份、骨粉6份、菜籽油21份、微量元素4份、益生菌2.5份、纤维素酶1份、佛手果14份;其中,益生菌为双歧杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌三种菌种的菌粉按照质量比1:1:1混合;制备步骤如下:
S1:将大豆、麦麸、木薯渣筛去石粒、树枝等杂质,分别烘干至水分含量为13%,分别置于生物发酵罐中,加入纤维素酶,在55~65℃下密封发酵48h;佛手果切碎,加入发酵罐中,继续发酵48h;
S2:将经步骤S1发酵后得到的大豆、麦麸、木薯渣冷却至室温后,再经100目的滤网过滤,除去滤液,滤渣分别经锤式粉碎机粉碎至颗粒粒度为0.3mm,再加入甲壳素、骨粉、微量元素,得混合物颗粒;
S3:将步骤S2所制得的均匀混合物颗粒、菜籽油、益生菌在转速为700r/min下充分搅拌均匀;
S4:将步骤S3制得物料经挤出造粒成型机造粒,饲料成品粒径为3~5mm,含水量为8~12%。
实施例2 一种猪饲料,由以下重量份的原料制备:大豆58份、麦麸25份、甲壳素20份、木薯渣20份、骨粉5份、菜籽油25份、微量元素2份、益生菌3份、纤维素1.6份、佛手果18份;其中,益生菌为双歧杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌三种菌种的菌粉按照质量比1:1:1混合;制备步骤如下:
S1:将大豆、麦麸、木薯渣筛去石粒、树枝等杂质,分别烘干至水分含量为18%,分别置于生物发酵罐中,加入纤维素酶,在55~65℃下密封发酵26h;;佛手果切碎,加入发酵罐中,继续发酵24h;
S2:将经步骤S1发酵后得到的大豆、麦麸、木薯渣冷却至室温后,再经50目的滤网过滤,除去滤液,滤渣分别经锤式粉碎机粉碎至颗粒粒度为0.1mm,再加入甲壳素、骨粉、微量元素,得混合物颗粒;
S3:将步骤S2所制得的均匀混合物颗粒、菜籽油、益生菌在转速为700r/min下充分搅拌均匀;
S4:将步骤S3制得物料经挤出造粒成型机造粒,饲料成品粒径为3~5mm,含水量为8~12%。
实施例3一种猪饲料,由以下重量份的原料制备:大豆65份、麦麸40份、甲壳素12份、木薯渣35份、骨粉10份、菜籽油5份、微量元素5份、益生菌1.5份、纤维素酶0.8份、佛手果27份;其中,益生菌为双歧杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌三种菌种的菌粉按照质量比1:1:1混合;制备步骤同实施例1。

1.一种猪饲料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备:大豆40~80份、麦麸25~40份、甲壳素12~20份、木薯渣20~35份、骨粉5~10份、菜籽油5-25份、微量元素2~5份、益生菌1.5~3份、纤维素酶0.8~1.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的猪饲料,其特征在于,还包括佛手果10-28份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的猪饲料,其特征在于,所述的益生菌为双歧杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌三种菌种的菌粉按照质量比1:1:1混合。
4.根据权利要求2所述的猪饲料,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将大豆、麦麸、木薯渣筛去石粒、树枝等杂质,分别烘干至水分含量为10~18%,分别置于生物发酵罐中,加入纤维素酶,在55~65℃下密封发酵26~48h;佛手果切碎,加入发酵罐中,继续发酵24-48h;
