The embodiment can provide a voice instant communication function, so that a driver and a passenger can communicate with each other in an instant mode conveniently in a voice mode, the target keyword is extracted from instant communication voice information communicated between the driver and the passenger, the intention of the user represented by the target keyword is recognized, the travel process switching operation related to the intention of the user is automatically triggered, the user (the driver or the passenger) does not need to manually click a corresponding function entrance, and the efficiency of the whole travel process is improved.
The above embodiments are all introduced from the perspective of the driving application client (the passenger side or the driver side), and in order to facilitate understanding of the switching process of the whole driving process, the following embodiments are introduced to the technical scheme of the present application integrally (the passenger side, the driver side and the server) by combining the chat function of the driving application.
After a carrying relationship is established between a passenger and a driver, taking a driving application driver end as an example, the driving application driver end detects that a target keyword appears in chat content, such as 'I arrive', and further triggers a driving process of switching from 'getting to a driving place to receive the passenger' to 'the driver arrives at the driving place and waits for the state of the passenger', the driver end sends current driving process switching information 'the driver arrives at the driving place and waits for the state of the passenger' to a server, the server records the current driving process of the driver end and forwards the driving process switching information to the driver end, and the driver end knows that the driver arrives at the driving place and the passenger can get to the driving place to take a bus.
In another embodiment provided by the present application, the embodiment may add the following steps on the basis of the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 1A, fig. 2A, fig. 3, or fig. 4:
and obtaining information for updating the incidence relation between the key words and the driving process switching operation from the server, and updating the incidence relation according to the information obtained from the server.
The information for updating the association relationship in the embodiment of the present application may include: the incidence relation between the newly added keywords and the driving flow switching operation and/or information for modifying the incidence relation.
In another embodiment provided by the present application, on the basis of the method embodiment shown in fig. 1A, fig. 2A, fig. 3, or fig. 4, before the step of performing the target driving flow switching operation, the following steps may be added:
outputting a message prompt, wherein the message prompt is used for prompting a user that the target driving process switching operation is to be executed; and triggering and executing the target driving process switching operation when the user input cancelling operation is not detected within the set time length.
The set time duration in the embodiment of the present application may be 5 seconds, or may be adaptively adjusted according to an actual situation, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, before the driving application (driver end or passenger end) performs the switching from the current driving process to the next driving process, a pop-up window is displayed on the user interaction interface of the driving application, and the driving application automatically switches to the next driving process after displaying "5 seconds" on the pop-up window, and if the user does not perform the operation of canceling the automatic switching within 5 seconds, the driving application automatically switches to the next driving process.
It can be seen from the above embodiment that, in this embodiment, before the operation of automatically triggering the driving flow switching, the user may be prompted with the situation of automatically switching the driving flow in a manner perceivable by the user, so as to give the user a buffering time, and the user determines whether to automatically switch.
It should be noted that while the operations of the methods of the present application are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that these operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Rather, the steps depicted in the flowcharts may change the order of execution. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the operation triggering method, the application also provides an embodiment of the operation triggering device.
As shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram of an operation triggering apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment, which may include:
a keyword obtaining module 510, configured to obtain a target keyword for describing a trip;
an operation determining module 520, configured to determine, according to an association relationship between a preset keyword and a driving flow switching operation, a target driving flow switching operation associated with the target keyword obtained by the keyword obtaining module 510;
and an operation executing module 530, configured to execute the target traffic flow switching operation determined by the operation determining module 520.
The embodiment can obtain the keywords used for describing the journey in the communication content of the two parties in the process of communication between the driver and the passenger, then further determine the driving process switching operation associated with the keywords, and trigger the driving application in the terminal equipment to execute the operation, so that automatic switching of partial processes of the driving application is realized, and the efficiency of the whole driving process is improved.
In another embodiment provided by the present application, the keyword obtaining module 510 in the embodiment of the present application may include:
the display sub-module is used for displaying at least one keyword for describing the journey and providing an operation interface for selecting the keyword;
and the keyword determining submodule is used for determining a target keyword from at least one keyword for describing a journey displayed by the displaying submodule according to the keyword selection operation received by the operation interface.
In another embodiment provided by the present application, the keyword obtaining module 510 in the embodiment of the present application may include:
the text information obtaining submodule is used for obtaining target instant messaging text information;
and the first keyword extraction submodule is used for extracting one or more target keywords for describing the journey from the target instant messaging text information obtained by the text information obtaining submodule according to a preset keyword extraction rule.
In another embodiment provided by the present application, the text information obtaining sub-module in the embodiment of the present application may include:
the first text information obtaining subunit is used for obtaining target instant messaging text information input by a user at the terminal equipment; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and the second text information obtaining subunit is used for obtaining the target instant messaging text information from one or more instant messaging text information sent to the terminal equipment by other terminal equipment.
In another embodiment provided by the present application, the apparatus may further include:
the detection module is configured to detect whether target instant messaging text information input by the user at the terminal device is received by other terminal devices, and trigger the operation execution module to execute the target driving flow switching operation if the detection result is positive.
In another embodiment provided by the present application, the keyword obtaining module 510 in the embodiment of the present application may include:
the voice information obtaining submodule is used for obtaining target communication voice information;
the voice recognition submodule is used for recognizing the target communication voice information obtained by the voice information obtaining submodule into text information;
and the second keyword extraction submodule is used for extracting one or more target keywords for describing the journey from the text information identified by the voice identification submodule according to a preset keyword extraction rule.
In another embodiment provided by the present application, the voice information obtaining sub-module in the embodiment of the present application may include:
the first voice information obtaining subunit is used for obtaining target communication voice information input by a user at the terminal equipment; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the scheme of the application. Claims (20)

1. An operation triggering method, characterized in that the method comprises:
obtaining a target keyword for describing a journey;
determining target driving flow switching operation associated with the target keyword according to the association relationship between a preset keyword and the driving flow switching operation;
executing the target driving flow switching operation;
the target keywords comprise one or more of the following: words for describing a user's arrival at a specified driving location, words for describing the user's change of a trip start point, and words for describing the user's change of the trip start time point.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining target keywords for describing a trip comprises:
showing at least one keyword for describing a journey, and providing an operation interface for selecting the keyword;
and determining a target keyword from the at least one keyword for describing the journey according to the keyword selection operation received by the operation interface.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining target keywords for describing a trip comprises:
acquiring target instant messaging text information;
and extracting one or more target keywords for describing the journey from the target instant messaging text message according to a preset keyword extraction rule.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein obtaining the target instant messaging text message comprises:
acquiring target instant messaging text information input by a user at the terminal equipment; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and obtaining target instant messaging text information from one or more pieces of instant messaging text information sent to the terminal equipment by other terminal equipment.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the obtaining the target instant messaging text message is: acquiring target instant messaging text information input by a user at the terminal equipment;
before the executing the target driving flow switching operation, the method further comprises:
detecting whether target instant messaging text information input by the user at the terminal equipment is received by other terminal equipment, and triggering and executing the step of executing the target driving process switching operation when the target instant messaging text information is received by other terminal equipment.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining target keywords for describing a trip comprises:
acquiring target communication voice information;
recognizing the target communication voice information as text information;
and extracting one or more target keywords for describing the journey from the identified text information according to a preset keyword extraction rule.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein obtaining the target communication voice message comprises:
acquiring target communication voice information input by a user at the terminal equipment; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and obtaining target communication voice information from one or more pieces of communication voice information sent to the terminal equipment by other terminal equipment.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the target trip flow switching operation comprises:

outputting a message prompt, wherein the message prompt is used for prompting a user that the target driving process switching operation is to be executed;
and triggering and executing the target driving process switching operation when the user input cancelling operation is not detected within the set duration.
11. An operation triggering device, characterized in that the device comprises:
the system comprises a keyword obtaining module, a stroke setting module and a stroke setting module, wherein the keyword obtaining module is used for obtaining a target keyword for describing a stroke;
the operation determining module is used for determining target driving flow switching operation related to the target keyword obtained by the keyword obtaining module according to the incidence relation between a preset keyword and the driving flow switching operation;
the operation execution module is used for executing the target driving flow switching operation determined by the operation determination module;
the target keywords comprise one or more of the following: words for describing a user's arrival at a specified driving location, words for describing the user's change of a trip start point, and words for describing the user's change of the trip start time point.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the keyword obtaining module comprises:
the display sub-module is used for displaying at least one keyword for describing the journey and providing an operation interface for selecting the keyword;
and the keyword determining submodule is used for determining a target keyword from at least one keyword for describing a journey displayed by the displaying submodule according to the keyword selection operation received by the operation interface.
13. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the keyword obtaining module comprises:
the text information obtaining submodule is used for obtaining target instant messaging text information;
and the first keyword extraction submodule is used for extracting one or more target keywords for describing a journey from the target instant messaging text information obtained by the text information obtaining submodule according to a preset keyword extraction rule.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the text information obtaining sub-module comprises:
the first text information obtaining subunit is used for obtaining target instant messaging text information input by a user at the terminal equipment; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and the second text information obtaining subunit is used for obtaining the target instant messaging text information from one or more instant messaging text information sent to the terminal equipment by other terminal equipment.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, further comprising:
