背景技术
蜂窝纸是把瓦楞原纸用胶粘结方法连接成无数个空心立体正六边形,形成一个整体的受力件——纸芯,并在其两面粘合面纸而成的一种新型夹层结构的环保节能材料;它具有质轻、价廉、强度高、可回收等特点,广泛应用于建筑行业、包装运输业、殡葬业、农业等方面,随着我国建筑行业的快速发展以及人们环保观念的日渐加深,绿色墙体材料越来越受到市场的欢迎。
如专利CN200510134265.1公开的一种纸蜂窝夹心内隔墙板,采用特殊的板型复合结构,形成的板材整体性能好,面板和芯板结合牢固,不会出现空鼓、开裂等现象,但采用此方法制备隔墙板,其气干面密度偏低,且强度也不理想。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种高强度隔音蜂窝纸墙板及其制备方法。
具体是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种高强度隔音蜂窝纸墙板,由内层的蜂窝芯层和在内层两面立模浇注形成的面层组成,蜂窝芯层表面涂抹强化料,所述强化料由聚丙烯树脂、槐树木屑、聚酯纤维、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、铝粉、膨润土、水泥、水组成;所述面层是由水泥、二氧化硅微粉、河砂、鹅卵石粉、氢氧化铝、消泡剂、水混合后形成面层砂浆在所述立模中浇注而成。
所述强化料原料以重量份计为:聚丙烯树脂40~60份、槐树木屑10~15份、聚酯纤维10~20份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物20~30份、铝粉5~10份、膨润土3~5份、水泥5~20份、水30~50份。
所述面层原料以重量份计为:水泥60~80份、二氧化硅微粉10~20份、河砂20~30份、鹅卵石粉10~20份、氢氧化铝5~10份、消泡剂1~3份、水40~60份。
所述蜂窝芯层和面层之间采用牛皮纸间隔。
所述牛皮纸的厚度为0.1~0.3mm。
上述高强度隔音蜂窝纸墙板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蜂窝芯层加热至30~40℃,将强化料均匀的涂抹在蜂窝芯层的表面,在30~40℃条件下干燥20~30min,常温冷却后,备用:
(2)将水泥二氧化硅微粉、河砂、鹅卵石粉、氢氧化铝、消泡剂和水混合,放入高速搅拌机中处理20~30min,放入立膜中成型,得面层;
(3)将步骤(1)处理后的蜂窝芯层与步骤(2)面层粘贴固定;
(4)将步骤3)得到的材料在30~40℃,湿度为80~90%条件下养护3~5d,再自然养护7天得到高强度隔音蜂窝纸墙板。
所述立模模腔尺寸为(2500~3000)mm×(400~500)mm×(70~80)mm。
有益效果
本发明由内层的蜂窝芯层和在内层两面立模浇注形成的面层组成,采用聚丙烯树脂、槐树木屑、聚酯纤维、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、铝粉、膨润土、水泥和水为原料制备的强化料涂抹在蜂窝芯层表面,再采用水泥、二氧化硅微粉、河砂、鹅卵石粉、氢氧化铝、消泡剂和水为原料制成面层;将面层与处理后的蜂窝芯层粘结固定后,进行养护处理;本发明蜂窝纸墙板具有强度高、隔音好、保温的特点,不会出现空鼓、开裂的现象,无污染、安全环保,主要用于娱乐和办公地区室内的隔离,具有广阔的应用前景。
效果验证:试验组采用本发明方案制备的蜂窝纸墙板、对照组采用专利CN200510134265.1制备的复合隔墙板;制作的板材厚度均为90型;
空气声计权隔声量:采用GBJ75《建筑隔声测量规范》标准方法;
抗折破坏荷载:采用JG/T167-2005《建筑隔墙用轻质条板》标准测定;
含水率、气干面密度、干燥收缩值、抗冲击性和掉挂力军采用GB/T19631-2005《玻璃纤维增强水泥轻质多孔隔墙条板》标准测定;
试验组和对照组墙板的物理学性能如下表1:
由试验结果可知,试验组墙板的气干面密度高于标准要求,对照组的气干面密度低于标准要求;试验组和对照组的抗折破坏荷载均高于标准要求;而试验组抗折破坏荷载高出对照组0.6G;试验组的隔声量和对照组的隔声量均高于标准要求,试验组与对照组的隔声量相比,试验组高出11dB;试验组吊挂力高出对照组300N;通过以上参数可以得出,本发明方案制备的墙板性能优于对照组,特别是对墙板强度和隔音效果的提升。

实施例1

(2)将水泥二氧化硅微粉、河砂、鹅卵石粉、氢氧化铝、消泡剂和水混合,放入高速搅拌机中处理25min,放入立膜中成型,得面层;
(3)将步骤(1)处理后的蜂窝芯层与步骤(2)面层粘贴固定;
(4)将步骤3)得到的材料在35℃,湿度为85%条件下养护5d,再自然养护7天得到高强度隔音蜂窝纸墙板。
所述立模模腔尺寸为2800mm×450mm×75mm。

Claims (7)

1.一种高强度隔音蜂窝纸墙板,由内层的蜂窝芯层和在内层两面立模浇注形成的面层组成,其特征在于,蜂窝芯层表面涂抹强化料,所述强化料由聚丙烯树脂、槐树木屑、聚酯纤维、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、铝粉、膨润土、水泥、水组成;所述面层是由水泥、二氧化硅微粉、河砂、鹅卵石粉、氢氧化铝、消泡剂、水混合后形成面层砂浆在所述立模中浇注而成。
2.如权利要求1所述一种高强度隔音蜂窝纸墙板,其特征在于,所述强化料原料以重量份计为:聚丙烯树脂40~60份、槐树木屑10~15份、聚酯纤维10~20份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物20~30份、铝粉5~10份、膨润土3~5份、水泥5~20份、水30~50份。
3.如权利要求1所述一种高强度隔音蜂窝纸墙板,其特征在于,所述面层原料以重量份计为:水泥60~80份、二氧化硅微粉10~20份、河砂20~30份、鹅卵石粉10~20份、氢氧化铝5~10份、消泡剂1~3份、水40~60份。
4.如权利要求1所述高强度隔音蜂窝纸墙板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝芯层和面层之间采用牛皮纸间隔。
5.如权利要求1所述高强度隔音蜂窝纸墙板,其特征在于,所述牛皮纸的厚度为0.1~0.3mm。
6.如权利要求1~3任一项所述高强度隔音蜂窝纸墙板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蜂窝芯层加热至30~40℃,将强化料均匀的涂抹在蜂窝芯层的表面,在30~40℃条件下干燥20~30min,常温冷却后,备用:
(2)将水泥二氧化硅微粉、河砂、鹅卵石粉、氢氧化铝、消泡剂和水混合,放入高速搅拌机中处理20~30min,放入立膜中成型,得面层;
(3)将步骤(1)处理后的蜂窝芯层与步骤(2)面层粘贴固定;
(4)将步骤3)得到的材料在30~40℃,湿度为80~90%条件下养护3~5d,再自然养护7天得到高强度隔音蜂窝纸墙板。
7.如权利要求6所述高强度隔音蜂窝纸墙板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述立模模腔尺寸为(2500~3000)mm×(400~500)mm×(70~80)mm。
