本发明公开了一种强力去污环保清洁剂,由如下重量份的原料制成:抗菌型表面活性剂40‑50份、水10‑20份、乳化剂3‑7份和溶剂20‑30份;所述抗菌型表面活性剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:1)将三乙二醇醚‑二(3‑叔丁基‑4‑羟基‑5‑甲基苯基)丙酸酯溶于溶剂中,然后向其中加入环氧氯丙烷和催化剂,在70‑80℃下搅拌反应6‑8小时;2)将步骤1)中制备得到的产物溶于四氢呋喃中,再向其中加入乙二胺四乙酸四钠和长链卤代烷烃,在40‑50℃下回流搅拌4‑6小时。本发明公开的强力去污环保清洁剂使用范围更广、清洗效率更高、能有效地去除各种材料或产品表面残留的各种污染物,保证清洁的均一性,而且对环境无污染,绿色环保。

随着经济社会和工业的发展,用来洗涤衣物或清洗用具或清洁家具的清洁剂如雨后春笋般涌现,不同种类的清洁剂拥有不同的性能,清洁剂的性能好坏直接影响着清洗效果及用具的使用质量,进而影响用具的使用寿命及其性能,因此,寻求优异性能的清洁剂对保证用具的使用质量尤其重要。
目前,清洁剂的使用范围正在逐渐扩大,由传统用于洗涤衣物、清洁家具和用具,到工业行业中如塑胶、光学玻璃镜片、金属制品(铜、铁、铝、钢、合金)等材料清洗表面拉伸油、切削油、防锈油、润滑油、冲压油等各种油污、污渍、油脂的清洗。现阶段,为了保证人和设备的安全,清洁剂在电器、仪表、配电箱等领域应用也非常广泛,为了满足不同领域对清洁剂的清洗要求,人们对清洁剂提出了更高的要求,不仅要求其具有较好的去污能力,还要求其环保、抗菌且清洗效果和效率高。
现有技术中传统的清洁剂整体去污能力较差,清洁作用不明显,对一些细菌无法进行有效去除,且会加大对被清洁表面的氧化和腐蚀作用,具有严重的腐蚀性,对环境和人体还具有一定的危害性。
因此,开发一种强力去污环保清洁剂势在必行。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种强力去污环保清洁剂,该强力去污环保清洁剂原料易得,价格低廉,和现有技术中公开的清洁剂相比,使用范围更广、清洗效率更高、能有效地去除各种材料或产品表面残留的各种污染物,保证清洁的均一性,而且对环境无污染,绿色环保。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种强力去污环保清洁剂,由如下重量份的原料制成:抗菌型表面活性剂40-50份、水10-20份、乳化剂3-7份和溶剂20-30份;
其中,所述溶剂选自乙醇、乙二醇、异丙醇及丙二醇中的一种或几种;
所述乳化剂选自二苄基联苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物中的一种或几种;
所述抗菌型表面活性剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯溶于溶剂中,然后向其中加入环氧氯丙烷和催化剂,在70-80℃下搅拌反应6-8小时,后通过旋蒸,用乙酸乙酯洗涤5-8次,再次旋蒸,最后将其放入40-50℃下的真空干燥箱中烘8-10小时;
2)将步骤1)中制备得到的产物溶于四氢呋喃中,再向其中加入乙二胺四乙酸四钠和长链卤代烷烃,在40-50℃下回流搅拌4-6小时,后通过旋蒸,用乙酸乙酯洗涤5-8次,再次旋蒸,最后将其放入40-50℃下的真空干燥箱中烘8-10小时;
其中,步骤1)中所述三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯、溶剂、环氧氯丙烷、催化剂的质量比为(6-7):(35-40):2:5;
所述溶剂选自甲基异丁基酮、甲基正丁基醚、乙腈、二氯甲烷中的一种或几种;
所述催化剂选自苄基三乙基氯化铵、苄基二甲胺、三乙胺、碳酸钾、氢氧化钠中的一种或几种;
步骤2)中所述步骤1)中制备得到的产物、四氢呋喃、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、长链卤代烷烃的质量比为1:(3-5):1:(1-1.2);
所述长链卤代烷烃选自氯代十八烷、氯代十六烷、溴代十八烷、溴代十六烷中的一种或几种;
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:
(1)该强力去污环保清洁剂与现有技术中的清洁剂相比大大提高了清洁去污能力,清洗效果更佳;清洗时间较短,清洗效率更高,能有效地去除各种材料或产品表面残留的各种污染物,保证清洁的均一性。
(2)该强力去污环保清洁剂原料易得,价格低廉,性价比较高。
(3)该强力去污环保清洁剂分子结构中还有季铵盐结构,能确保在不需额外添加抗菌剂的前提下使得清洁剂有较好的抗菌性能。
(4)该强力去污环保清洁剂使用的溶剂是醇类,具有消毒杀菌作用,不含有其他有毒有害的物质或溶剂,对环境无污染,对人体健康无危害。
(5)该强力去污环保清洁剂主要成分抗菌型表面活性剂具有抗氧化、抗静电的性能,含有多个羧酸盐结构,对一些金属类污垢能起到络合作用,使得这类清洁剂适用范围广,特别适用于电子材料及产品的清洗。
具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,并使本发明的上述特征、目的以及优点更加清晰易懂,下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
本发明下述实施例中所使用的原料来自于上海泉昕进出口贸易有限公司。
实施例1
一种强力去污环保清洁剂,由如下重量份的原料制成:抗菌型表面活性剂40份、水10份、乳化剂二苄基联苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚3份和溶剂乙醇20份;
所述抗菌型表面活性剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯600g溶于甲基异丁基酮3500g中,然后向其中加入环氧氯丙烷200g和催化剂苄基三乙基氯化铵500g,在70℃下搅拌反应6小时,后通过旋蒸,用乙酸乙酯洗涤5次,再次旋蒸,最后将其放入40℃下的真空干燥箱中烘8小时;
2)将步骤1)中制备得到的产物100g溶于四氢呋喃300g中,再向其中加入乙二胺四乙酸四钠100g和氯代十八烷100g,在40℃下回流搅拌4小时,后通过旋蒸,用乙酸乙酯洗涤5次,再次旋蒸,最后将其放入40℃下的真空干燥箱中烘8小时。
实施例2
一种强力去污环保清洁剂,由如下重量份的原料制成:抗菌型表面活性剂45份、水12份、乳化剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4份和溶剂乙二醇23份;
所述抗菌型表面活性剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯620g溶于甲基正丁基醚3600g中,然后向其中加入环氧氯丙烷200g和催化剂苄基二甲胺500g,在74℃下搅拌反应7小时,后通过旋蒸,用乙酸乙酯洗涤6次,再次旋蒸,最后将其放入45℃下的真空干燥箱中烘9小时;
2)将步骤1)中制备得到的产物100g溶于四氢呋喃400g中,再向其中加入乙二胺四乙酸四钠100g和溴代十八烷110g,在45℃下回流搅拌5小时,后通过旋蒸,用乙酸乙酯洗涤6次,再次旋蒸,最后将其放入45℃下的真空干燥箱中烘9小时。
实施例3
一种强力去污环保清洁剂,由如下重量份的原料制成:抗菌型表面活性剂45份、水15份、乳化剂脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚5份和溶剂异丙醇25份;
所述抗菌型表面活性剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯650g溶于溶剂乙腈3800g中,然后向其中加入环氧氯丙烷200g和催化剂三乙胺500g,在76℃下搅拌反应8小时,后通过旋蒸,用乙酸乙酯洗涤8次,再次旋蒸,最后将其放入48℃下的真空干燥箱中烘10小时;
2)将步骤1)中制备得到的产物100g溶于四氢呋喃450g中,再向其中加入乙二胺四乙酸四钠100g和氯代十六烷115g,在48℃下回流搅拌5.6小时,后通过旋蒸,用乙酸乙酯洗涤8次,再次旋蒸,最后将其放入49℃下的真空干燥箱中烘9.5小时。
实施例4
一种强力去污环保清洁剂,由如下重量份的原料制成:抗菌型表面活性剂48份、水18份、乳化剂苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物7份和溶剂丙二醇28份;
所述抗菌型表面活性剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯670g溶于溶剂二氯甲烷3900g中,然后向其中加入环氧氯丙烷200g和催化剂碳酸钾500g,在78℃下搅拌反应7小时,后通过旋蒸,用乙酸乙酯洗涤7次,再次旋蒸,最后将其放入50℃下的真空干燥箱中烘10小时;
2)将步骤1)中制备得到的产物100g溶于四氢呋喃480g中,再向其中加入乙二胺四乙酸四钠100g和氯代十八烷120g,在50℃下回流搅拌6小时,后通过旋蒸,用乙酸乙酯洗涤7次,再次旋蒸,最后将其放入50℃下的真空干燥箱中烘9小时;
实施例5
一种强力去污环保清洁剂,由如下重量份的原料制成:抗菌型表面活性剂50份、水20份、乳化剂硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯7份和溶剂乙二醇30份;
所述抗菌型表面活性剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯700g溶于溶剂甲基异丁基酮4000g中,然后向其中加入环氧氯丙烷200g和催化剂苄基三乙基氯化铵500g,在80℃下搅拌反应8小时,后通过旋蒸,用乙酸乙酯洗涤8次,再次旋蒸,最后将其放入50℃下的真空干燥箱中烘10小时;
2)将步骤1)中制备得到的产物100g溶于四氢呋喃500g中,再向其中加入乙二胺四乙酸四钠100g和溴代十六烷120g,在50℃下回流搅拌6小时,后通过旋蒸,用乙酸乙酯洗涤8次,再次旋蒸,最后将其放入50℃下的真空干燥箱中烘10小时;
对比例
传统市售阳离子表面活性剂基清洁剂。
上述实施例和对比例的产品性能测试:
(1)表面张力测试:依据JIS K3362:1998的圆环法:对应于ISO304来测定。
(2)清洗性试验:使用作为研磨剂的市售的胶体二氧化硅浆液(平均粒径约为30nm)以及研磨布,对2.5英寸的磁盘用玻璃基板进行研磨后,以氮气进行吹干,由此制作污染基板。以玻璃制烧杯取试验用清洗剂1,000份,浸渍所制作的污染基板,在超声波清洗机(200kHz)内、于30℃下清洗5分钟。清洗后取出基板,以超纯水进行充分地漂洗后,以氮气吹干,使用微分干涉显微镜(Nikon公司制造、OPTIPHOT-2、放大倍数为400倍)计算除去率,从而评价基板表面的清洗性。
(3)金属腐蚀性:以聚丙烯制容器取试验用清洗剂100份,于其中浸渍不锈钢制试片(SUS304制、大小为5cm×2.5m、厚度为0.1cm)。将容器封口,在温度调节为23℃的室内放置3天后,使用高频电感耦合等离子体(ICP)发光分析装置(VARIAN公司制造、Varian730-ES)分析溶液中所溶出的铁离子含量(ppm)来评价清洁剂对金属腐蚀性强弱。
(4)漂洗性:预先将试验中使用的2.5英寸磁盘用玻璃基板的重量(g)测定至小数点后第5位,在1L的烧杯中,加入试验用清洗剂1L,于恒温水槽中将温度调节为25℃之后,使上述测定了重量的玻璃基板完全浸渍于其中,浸渍30秒后,迅速地取出基板,在1L的超纯水中浸渍5秒,然后在25℃下将基板悬挂约30分钟使其自然干燥。测定干燥后的基板重量,通过下式算出漂洗性(mg)而进行评价。漂洗性(mg)=[试验后的基板重量(g)-试验前的基板重量(g)]×10-3
(5)参照GB15981-1995,Q/02GZS001检测方法与标准进行检测清洁剂的抗菌性能(以菌落数计算);测试结果见表1。

从上表可以看出,本发明实施例公开的强力去污环保清洁剂具有较好的表面活性、清洗效率,另外具有优异的抗菌性,对金属的腐蚀性较小。

Claims (8)
1.一种强力去污环保清洁剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料制成:抗菌型高分子类表面活性剂40-50份、水10-20份、乳化剂3-7份和溶剂20-30份;
其中,所述抗菌型高分子类表面活性剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯溶于溶剂中,然后向其中加入环氧氯丙烷和催化剂,在70-80℃下搅拌反应6-8小时,后通过旋蒸,用乙酸乙酯洗涤5-8次,再次旋蒸,最后将其放入40-50℃下的真空干燥箱中烘8-10小时;
2)将步骤1)中制备得到的产物溶于四氢呋喃中,再向其中加入乙二胺四乙酸四钠和长链卤代烷烃,在40-50℃下回流搅拌4-6小时,后通过旋蒸,用乙酸乙酯洗涤5-8次,再次旋蒸,最后将其放入40-50℃下的真空干燥箱中烘8-10小时。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种强力去污环保清洁剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂选自乙醇、乙二醇、异丙醇及丙二醇中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种强力去污环保清洁剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂选自二苄基联苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种强力去污环保清洁剂,其特征在于,步骤1)中所述三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯、溶剂、环氧氯丙烷、催化剂的质量比为(6-7):(35-40):2:5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种强力去污环保清洁剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂选自甲基异丁基酮、甲基正丁基醚、乙腈、二氯甲烷中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种强力去污环保清洁剂,其特征在于,所述催化剂选自苄基三乙基氯化铵、苄基二甲胺、三乙胺、碳酸钾、氢氧化钠中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种强力去污环保清洁剂,其特征在于,步骤2)中所述步骤1)中制备得到的产物、四氢呋喃、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、长链卤代烷烃的质量比为1:(3-5):1:(1-1.2)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种强力去污环保清洁剂,其特征在于,所述长链卤代烷烃选自氯代十八烷、氯代十六烷、溴代十八烷、溴代十六烷中的一种或几种。
