一种汽车减震器油,由以下重量份数原料组成:矿物润滑油40‑50份、抗磨剂0.4‑0.6份、聚异丁烯3‑7份、高碱值磺酸钙1‑2份、二元酸酯2‑5份、抗氧剂0.2‑0.5份、降凝剂0.1‑0.3份、防锈添加剂0.04‑0.06份、消泡剂0.01‑0.03份。本发明的有益效果为:(1)该减震器油粘温性能显著,减振效果好;低温流动性好,在严寒时也能正常运转;(2)该减震器油中添加的抗磨剂,能够有效地阻止油品的高温氧化及金属密封件的腐蚀,延长了其使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件生产加工领域,具体涉及一种汽车减震器油。
背景技术
减震器油,适用于轿车前减振器和摩托车前叉。具有低倾点保证油品具有优异的低温流动性;高粘度指数保证其在宽温度范围内可靠工作。
1、具有抗磨液压油的主要性能
抗磨、抗氧、抗泡、防锈及对密封弹性物的相容性等。
2、强的抗氧性能
有时其工作温度能达到150℃以上,它是在不断地升温、降温,氧化较为苛刻的环境,在长时间的使用中要求老要慢。
3、低温流动性能好
车辆从南方到北方,在北方的冬天也要正常工作,且在室外放置时间长。
4、优秀的粘温特性
不能因为温度升高时,粘度降低,温度降低时粘度升高,这样会造成减震器油在减振时油通过小孔的阻力也忽高忽低,减振不平稳,所以,减震器油必须有良好的粘温特性。
减震器油的选用直接影响到减震器的使用效果及使用寿命。

本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种汽车减震器油。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种汽车减震器油,由以下重量份数原料组成:矿物润滑油40-50份、抗磨剂0.4-0.6份、聚异丁烯3-7份、高碱值磺酸钙1-2份、二元酸酯2-5份、抗氧剂0.2-0.5份、降凝剂0.1-0.3份、防锈添加剂0.04-0.06份、消泡剂0.01-0.03份。
进一步的,由以下重量份数原料组成:矿物润滑油40份、抗磨剂0.4份、聚异丁烯3份、高碱值磺酸钙1份、二元酸酯2份、抗氧剂0.2份、降凝剂0.1份、防锈添加剂0.04份、消泡剂0.01份。
进一步的,由以下重量份数原料组成:矿物润滑油50份、抗磨剂0.6份、聚异丁烯7份、高碱值磺酸钙2份、二元酸酯5份、抗氧剂0.5份、降凝剂0.3份、防锈添加剂0.06份、消泡剂0.03份。
进一步的,由以下重量份数原料组成:矿物润滑油45份、抗磨剂0.5份、聚异丁烯5份、高碱值磺酸钙1.5份、二元酸酯4份、抗氧剂0.3份、降凝剂0.2份、防锈添加剂0.05份、消泡剂0.02份。
进一步的,所述二元酸酯的结构式如下:RlOOC(CH2)nCOOR2,其中Rl和R2为C3~C7的直链烷基或异构烷基,n=10-13。
进一步的,所述抗磨剂为三苯基连偶磷硫酸盐。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为255苯甲基硅油。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(T501)。
进一步的,所述防锈添加剂为十二烯基丁二酸酯(T747)。
进一步的,所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。

一种汽车减震器油,由以下重量份数原料组成:矿物润滑油40份、抗磨剂0.4份、聚异丁烯3份、高碱值磺酸钙1份、二元酸酯2份、抗氧剂0.2份、降凝剂0.1份、防锈添加剂0.04份、消泡剂0.01份。
其中,所述二元酸酯的结构式如下:RlOOC(CH2)nCOOR2,其中Rl和R2为C7的直链烷基或异构烷基,n=10。
所述抗磨剂为三苯基连偶磷硫酸盐,所述消泡剂为255苯甲基硅油,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(T501),所述防锈添加剂为十二烯基丁二酸酯(T747),所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
实施例2
一种汽车减震器油,由以下重量份数原料组成:矿物润滑油50份、抗磨剂0.6份、聚异丁烯7份、高碱值磺酸钙2份、二元酸酯5份、抗氧剂0.5份、降凝剂0.3份、防锈添加剂0.06份、消泡剂0.03份。
其中,所述二元酸酯的结构式如下:RlOOC(CH2)nCOOR2,其中Rl和R2为C3的直链烷基或异构烷基,n=13。
所述抗磨剂为三苯基连偶磷硫酸盐,所述消泡剂为255苯甲基硅油,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(T501),所述防锈添加剂为十二烯基丁二酸酯(T747),所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。

一种汽车减震器油,由以下重量份数原料组成:矿物润滑油45份、抗磨剂0.5份、聚异丁烯5份、高碱值磺酸钙1.5份、二元酸酯4份、抗氧剂0.3份、降凝剂0.2份、防锈添加剂0.05份、消泡剂0.02份。
其中,所述二元酸酯的结构式如下:RlOOC(CH2)nCOOR2,其中Rl和R2为C5的直链烷基或异构烷基,n=12。
所述抗磨剂为三苯基连偶磷硫酸盐,所述消泡剂为255苯甲基硅油,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(T501),所述防锈添加剂为十二烯基丁二酸酯(T747),所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
其中,上述实施例1-3中,所述高碱值磺酸钙的分子式为:
本发明的有益效果为:(1)该减震器油粘温性能显著,减振效果好;低温流动性好,在严寒时也能正常运转;(2)该减震器油中添加的抗磨剂,能够有效地阻止油品的高温氧化及金属密封件的腐蚀,延长了其使用寿命。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车减震器油,其特征在于:由以下重量份数原料组成:矿物润滑油40份、抗磨剂0.4份、聚异丁烯3份、高碱值磺酸钙1份、二元酸酯2份、抗氧剂0.2份、降凝剂0.1份、防锈添加剂0.04份、消泡剂0.01份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车减震器油,其特征在于:由以下重量份数原料组成:矿物润滑油50份、抗磨剂0.6份、聚异丁烯7份、高碱值磺酸钙2份、二元酸酯5份、抗氧剂0.5份、降凝剂0.3份、防锈添加剂0.06份、消泡剂0.03份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车减震器油,其特征在于:由以下重量份数原料组成:矿物润滑油45份、抗磨剂0.5份、聚异丁烯5份、高碱值磺酸钙1.5份、二元酸酯4份、抗氧剂0.3份、降凝剂0.2份、防锈添加剂0.05份、消泡剂0.02份。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种汽车减震器油,其特征在于:所述二元酸酯的结构式如下:R1OOC(CH2)nCOOR2,其中R1和R2为C3~C7的直链烷基或异构烷基,n=10-13。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种汽车减震器油,其特征在于:所述抗磨剂为三苯基连偶磷硫酸盐。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种汽车减震器油,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为255苯甲基硅油。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种汽车减震器油,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(T501)。
9.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种汽车减震器油,其特征在于:所述防锈添加剂为十二烯基丁二酸酯(T747)。
10.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种汽车减震器油,其特征在于:所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
