本发明属于电缆材料领域,特别是涉及一种抗老化的耐磨电缆材料。
背景技术
目前,人们的大环境越来越差,工厂排出的酸碱性气体携带各种腐蚀性粒子,形成雾霾后不仅仅对人体造成巨大的伤害,常年暴漏在外的电缆材料也难免会被腐蚀,一旦因为腐蚀造成了电气事故,后果不堪设想。

本发明的目的在于提供一种抗老化的耐磨电缆材料。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的一种抗老化的耐磨电缆材料包括以下质量份比的原料:硅橡胶 20-50份、PVC树脂20-30份、聚乙烯20-30份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂10-15份、蒙脱土2-5份、硫化剂HTDM 6-8份、脂肪酸2-3份、玻璃微珠6-10份、亚磷酸酯1-3份、椰子纤维10-15份、棕榈蜡4-6份、焦磷酸钾2-5份、硫代硫酸钠 2-4份。
较佳的,所述的一种抗老化的耐磨电缆材料包括以下质量份比的原料:硅橡胶40份、PVC树脂30份、聚乙烯20份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂10份、蒙脱土 5份、硫化剂HTDM 8份、脂肪酸3份、玻璃微8份、亚磷酸酯2份、椰子纤维12份、棕榈蜡5份、焦磷酸钾3份、硫代硫酸钠3份。
本发明提供的电缆且易于加工,力学性能优异、成本低、阻燃性能好,适于工业中的大规模生产,其含有的硫化剂HTDM能延长电缆的使用年限。
