本发明公开了一种硅溶胶抑菌医用包装膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1‑2、三氯异氰尿酸2‑4、烷基醇酰胺0.5‑1、甲基硫醇锡0.1‑0.2、抑菌溶胶17‑20、亚麻油酸2‑4、聚四氟乙烯110‑120、环烷酸铜0.06‑0.1,本发明通过抑菌溶胶中醇与酸的酯化反应,实现溶胶与各原料的有效相容,从而提高了成品包装膜的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明属于包装膜领域,具体涉及一种硅溶胶抑菌医用包装膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑料薄膜是现在人们常见的生活用品,塑料薄膜具有透明性好、阻湿性好、耐热性优良、使用方便、价格便宜等优点被广泛应用于各行各业,目前市场上的塑料薄膜主要以聚乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、聚碳酸酯等塑料薄膜为主,但是有的产品的会出现褶皱、透明度差、厚度不均匀、膜泡鱼眼多等问题,同时,随着人们环保意识的逐渐增强,塑料膜的重复利用率也就越来越高,因此,对于其抗撕裂强度的要求也就更高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种硅溶胶抑菌医用包装膜及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种硅溶胶抑菌医用包装膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1-2、三氯异氰尿酸2-4、烷基醇酰胺0.5-1、甲基硫醇锡0.1-0.2、抑菌溶胶17-20、亚麻油酸2-4、聚四氟乙烯110-120、环烷酸铜0.06-0.1。
所述的抑菌溶胶是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
正硅酸乙酯40-50、双乙酸钠1-2、丙酸钙3-4、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮0.5-1、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、季戊四醇5-7。
所述的抑菌溶胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,加入到其重量3-5倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入季戊四醇,在50-60℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,得抑菌醇溶液;
(2)取双乙酸钠、丙酸钙,加入到其重量10-14倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得抑菌水溶液;
(3)取上述抑菌醇溶液、抑菌水溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入正硅酸乙酯,搅拌反应3-4小时,加入3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,升高温度为70-75℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,即得所述抑菌溶胶。
一种硅溶胶抑菌医用包装膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取烷基醇酰胺,加入到其重量14-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得酰胺溶液;
(2)取三氯异氰尿酸、亚麻油酸混合,加入到混合料重量13-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述抑菌溶胶,升高温度为90-95℃,保温搅拌2-3小时,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,搅拌至常温,得酯化改性溶胶;
(3)取上述酯化改性溶胶,与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,熔融,旋涂成膜,即得。
本发明的优点:
本发明以正硅酸乙酯为前驱体,以2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的醇溶液,双乙酸钠、丙酸钙的水溶液为水解溶剂,得到抑菌溶胶,该抑菌溶胶不仅具有很好的抑菌性,而且可以有效的提高包装膜的力学性能,通过抑菌溶胶中醇与酸的酯化反应,实现溶胶与各原料的有效相容,从而提高了成品包装膜的稳定性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种硅溶胶抑菌医用包装膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯2、三氯异氰尿酸2-4、烷基醇酰胺1、甲基硫醇锡0.2、抑菌溶胶20、亚麻油酸2-4、聚四氟乙烯120、环烷酸铜0.1。
所述的抑菌溶胶是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
正硅酸乙酯50、双乙酸钠2、丙酸钙4、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮1、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷2、季戊四醇7。
所述的抑菌溶胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,加入到其重量5倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入季戊四醇,在60℃下保温搅拌20分钟,得抑菌醇溶液;
(2)取双乙酸钠、丙酸钙,加入到其重量14倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得抑菌水溶液;
(3)取上述抑菌醇溶液、抑菌水溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入正硅酸乙酯,搅拌反应4小时,加入3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,升高温度为75℃,保温搅拌2小时,即得所述抑菌溶胶。
一种硅溶胶抑菌医用包装膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取烷基醇酰胺,加入到其重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得酰胺溶液;
(2)取三氯异氰尿酸、亚麻油酸混合,加入到混合料重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述抑菌溶胶,升高温度为95℃,保温搅拌3小时,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,搅拌至常温,得酯化改性溶胶;
(3)取上述酯化改性溶胶,与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,熔融,旋涂成膜,即得。
实施例2
一种硅溶胶抑菌医用包装膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1、三氯异氰尿酸2、烷基醇酰胺0.5、甲基硫醇锡0.1、抑菌溶胶17、亚麻油酸2、聚四氟乙烯110、环烷酸铜0.06。
所述的抑菌溶胶是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
正硅酸乙酯40、双乙酸钠1、丙酸钙3、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮0.5、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1、季戊四醇5。
所述的抑菌溶胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,加入到其重量3倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入季戊四醇,在50℃下保温搅拌10分钟,得抑菌醇溶液;
(2)取双乙酸钠、丙酸钙,加入到其重量10倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得抑菌水溶液;
(3)取上述抑菌醇溶液、抑菌水溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入正硅酸乙酯,搅拌反应3小时,加入3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,升高温度为70℃,保温搅拌1小时,即得所述抑菌溶胶。
一种硅溶胶抑菌医用包装膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取烷基醇酰胺,加入到其重量14倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得酰胺溶液;
(2)取三氯异氰尿酸、亚麻油酸混合,加入到混合料重量13倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述抑菌溶胶,升高温度为90℃,保温搅拌2小时,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,搅拌至常温,得酯化改性溶胶;
(3)取上述酯化改性溶胶,与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,熔融,旋涂成膜,即得。
性能测试:
拉伸强度,纵/横≧40/20MPa;
断裂伸长率,纵/横≧400%/500%
直角撕裂强度,纵/横≧100kgf/cm/140kgf/cm
表面张力≧49×10-3N/m。

1.一种硅溶胶抑菌医用包装膜,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1-2、三氯异氰尿酸2-4、烷基醇酰胺0.5-1、甲基硫醇锡0.1-0.2、抑菌溶胶17-20、亚麻油酸2-4、聚四氟乙烯110-120、环烷酸铜0.06-0.1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅溶胶抑菌医用包装膜,其特征在于,所述的抑菌溶胶是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
正硅酸乙酯40-50、双乙酸钠1-2、丙酸钙3-4、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮0.5-1、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、季戊四醇5-7。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种硅溶胶抑菌医用包装膜,其特征在于,所述的抑菌溶胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,加入到其重量3-5倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入季戊四醇,在50-60℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,得抑菌醇溶液;
(2)取双乙酸钠、丙酸钙,加入到其重量10-14倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得抑菌水溶液;
(3)取上述抑菌醇溶液、抑菌水溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入正硅酸乙酯,搅拌反应3-4小时,加入3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,升高温度为70-75℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,即得所述抑菌溶胶。
4.一种如权利1-3中任一所述的硅溶胶抑菌医用包装膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取烷基醇酰胺,加入到其重量14-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得酰胺溶液;
(2)取三氯异氰尿酸、亚麻油酸混合,加入到混合料重量13-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述抑菌溶胶,升高温度为90-95℃,保温搅拌2-3小时,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,搅拌至常温,得酯化改性溶胶;
(3)取上述酯化改性溶胶,与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,熔融,旋涂成膜,即得。
