Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌疏水聚乳酸塑料薄膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:氟硅酸钠0.1-0.2、马来酸二丁酯5-7、三萜皂苷0.6-1、聚丙烯210-300、蒙脱石粉7-9、氯化镧1-2、聚乳酸2-4、全氟烷基乙基醇3-4、碳酸钠2-3、十二烷基硫酸钠0.4-1、十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.3-0.5、抗坏血酸1-2、三苯基膦0.1-0.3、丙酸钙1-2、六甲基磷酰三胺0.5-1、烯基丁二酸酯3-4、饱和十八碳酰胺0.4-0.7、钼酸铵0.3-1、柠檬酸钾1-2、柠檬酸钠1-2、聚四氟乙烯蜡2-3。本发明的塑料薄膜加入了柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸钠、三苯基膦、丙酸钙等,有效的提高了成品薄膜的抗菌性,加入的全氟烷基乙基醇、十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷则有效的提高了成品的疏水性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料薄膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌疏水聚乳酸塑料薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,塑料包装袋由于有较好的储存性和便携性,能够快速高效的将产品进行储存搬运,在我们的日常生产生活中应用的越来越广泛,塑料薄膜是现在人们常见的生活用品,塑料薄膜具有透明性好、阻湿性好、耐热性优良、使用方便、价格便宜等优点被广泛应用于各行各业,目前市场上的塑料薄膜主要以聚乙烯塑料薄膜为主,但是有的产品的会出现褶皱、透明度差、厚度不均匀、膜泡鱼眼多等问题。有的塑料薄膜用于食品包装,但是里面含有有毒的增塑剂,影响了食品的质量,危害人体健康。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种抗菌疏水聚乳酸塑料薄膜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗菌疏水聚乳酸塑料薄膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氟硅酸钠0.1-0.2、马来酸二丁酯5-7、三萜皂苷0.6-1、聚丙烯210-300、蒙脱石粉7-9、氯化镧1-2、聚乳酸2-4、全氟烷基乙基醇3-4、碳酸钠2-3、十二烷基硫酸钠0.4-1、十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.3-0.5、抗坏血酸1-2、三苯基膦0.1-0.3、丙酸钙1-2、六甲基磷酰三胺0.5-1、烯基丁二酸酯3-4、饱和十八碳酰胺0.4-0.7、钼酸铵0.3-1、柠檬酸钾1-2、柠檬酸钠1-2、聚四氟乙烯蜡2-3。
一种所述的抗菌疏水聚乳酸塑料薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸钠、丙酸钙混合,加入到混合料重量20-33倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述蒙脱石粉,送入加热炉中,在160-200℃下加热至水干,加入氟硅酸钠,在600-700℃下煅烧1-2小时,得抗菌石粉;
(2)取上述抗菌石粉,加入到其重量100-120倍的蒸馏水中,超声1-2分钟,加入氢氧化钠,调节pH为10-12,加入上述碳酸钠,在60-70℃下保温4-5小时,抽滤,水洗3-4次,常温干燥,得预处理蒙脱石粉;
(3)将上述三苯基膦加入到其重量100-130倍的、60-70%的乙醇溶液中,搅拌条件下加入饱和十八碳酰胺,在50-60℃下保温7-10分钟,得抗菌乳液;
(4)将上述钼酸铵、抗坏血酸混合,加入到混合料重量40-50倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,与上述抗菌乳液混合,加入三萜皂苷,100-200转/分搅拌10-14分钟,得复合抗菌乳液;
(5)将上述氯化镧加入到其重量270-300倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入十二烷基硫酸钠,升高温度为60-70℃,加入预处理蒙脱石粉,保温反应30-40分钟,加入上述复合抗菌乳液,超声2-3分钟,离心分离,将沉淀水洗3-4次,在80-90℃下真空干燥1-2小时,得镧基蒙脱石粉;
(6)取上述六甲基磷酰三胺,加入到全氟烷基乙基醇中,搅拌均匀,加入镧基蒙脱石粉,升高温度为50-60℃,加入上述十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,600-1000转/分搅拌3-5分钟,得疏水混料;
(7)将上述疏水混料与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,经薄膜吹塑机吹塑成型,即得所述塑料薄膜。
本发明的优点是:
本发明加入的La3+中和了蒙脱石片层表面的负电荷,提高了蒙脱石粉的稳定性,加入的聚合物的分子链交叉缠绕在蒙脱石片层中,形成稳定的体系,提高了成品薄膜的力学性能,本发明的塑料薄膜加入了柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸钠、三苯基膦、丙酸钙等,有效的提高了成品薄膜的抗菌性,加入的全氟烷基乙基醇、十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷则有效的提高了成品的疏水性。
具体实施方式
一种抗菌疏水聚乳酸塑料薄膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氟硅酸钠0.1、马来酸二丁酯5、三萜皂苷0.6、聚丙烯210、蒙脱石粉7、氯化镧1、聚乳酸2、全氟烷基乙基醇3、碳酸钠2、十二烷基硫酸钠0.4、十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.3、抗坏血酸1、三苯基膦0.1、丙酸钙1、六甲基磷酰三胺0.5、烯基丁二酸酯3、饱和十八碳酰胺0.4、钼酸铵0.3、柠檬酸钾1、柠檬酸钠1、聚四氟乙烯蜡2。
一种所述的抗菌疏水聚乳酸塑料薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸钠、丙酸钙混合,加入到混合料重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述蒙脱石粉,送入加热炉中,在160℃下加热至水干,加入氟硅酸钠,在600℃下煅烧1小时,得抗菌石粉;
(2)取上述抗菌石粉,加入到其重量100倍的蒸馏水中,超声1分钟,加入氢氧化钠,调节pH为10,加入上述碳酸钠,在60℃下保温4小时,抽滤,水洗3次,常温干燥,得预处理蒙脱石粉;
(3)将上述三苯基膦加入到其重量100倍的、60%的乙醇溶液中,搅拌条件下加入饱和十八碳酰胺,在50℃下保温7分钟,得抗菌乳液;
(4)将上述钼酸铵、抗坏血酸混合,加入到混合料重量40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,与上述抗菌乳液混合,加入三萜皂苷,100转/分搅拌10分钟,得复合抗菌乳液;
(5)将上述氯化镧加入到其重量270倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入十二烷基硫酸钠,升高温度为60℃,加入预处理蒙脱石粉,保温反应30分钟,加入上述复合抗菌乳液,超声2分钟,离心分离,将沉淀水洗3次,在80℃下真空干燥1小时,得镧基蒙脱石粉;
(6)取上述六甲基磷酰三胺,加入到全氟烷基乙基醇中,搅拌均匀,加入镧基蒙脱石粉,升高温度为50℃,加入上述十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,600转/分搅拌3分钟,得疏水混料;
(7)将上述疏水混料与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,经薄膜吹塑机吹塑成型,即得所述塑料薄膜。
性能测试:
拉伸强度,纵/横≥40/20MPa;
断裂伸长率,纵/横≥400%/500%
直角撕裂强度,纵/横≥100kgf/cm/140kgf/cm
表面张力≥42×10-3N/m。
Claims (2)
1.一种抗菌疏水聚乳酸塑料薄膜,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氟硅酸钠0.1-0.2、马来酸二丁酯5-7、三萜皂苷0.6-1、聚丙烯210-300、蒙脱石粉7-9、氯化镧1-2、聚乳酸2-4、全氟烷基乙基醇3-4、碳酸钠2-3、十二烷基硫酸钠0.4-1、十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.3-0.5、抗坏血酸1-2、三苯基膦0.1-0.3、丙酸钙1-2、六甲基磷酰三胺0.5-1、烯基丁二酸酯3-4、饱和十八碳酰胺0.4-0.7、钼酸铵0.3-1、柠檬酸钾1-2、柠檬酸钠1-2、聚四氟乙烯蜡2-3。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的抗菌疏水聚乳酸塑料薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸钠、丙酸钙混合,加入到混合料重量20-33倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述蒙脱石粉,送入加热炉中,在160-200℃下加热至水干,加入氟硅酸钠,在600-700℃下煅烧1-2小时,得抗菌石粉;
(2)取上述抗菌石粉,加入到其重量100-120倍的蒸馏水中,超声1-2分钟,加入氢氧化钠,调节pH为10-12,加入上述碳酸钠,在60-70℃下保温4-5小时,抽滤,水洗3-4次,常温干燥,得预处理蒙脱石粉;
(3)将上述三苯基膦加入到其重量100-130倍的、60-70%的乙醇溶液中,搅拌条件下加入饱和十八碳酰胺,在50-60℃下保温7-10分钟,得抗菌乳液;
(4)将上述钼酸铵、抗坏血酸混合,加入到混合料重量40-50倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,与上述抗菌乳液混合,加入三萜皂苷,100-200转/分搅拌10-14分钟,得复合抗菌乳液;
(5)将上述氯化镧加入到其重量270-300倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入十二烷基硫酸钠,升高温度为60-70℃,加入预处理蒙脱石粉,保温反应30-40分钟,加入上述复合抗菌乳液,超声2-3分钟,离心分离,将沉淀水洗3-4次,在80-90℃下真空干燥1-2小时,得镧基蒙脱石粉;
(6)取上述六甲基磷酰三胺,加入到全氟烷基乙基醇中,搅拌均匀,加入镧基蒙脱石粉,升高温度为50-60℃,加入上述十二氟庚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,600-1000转/分搅拌3-5分钟,得疏水混料;
(7)将上述疏水混料与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,经薄膜吹塑机吹塑成型,即得所述塑料薄膜。
