本发明公开了一种印刷用热风烘干设备,包括热风炉、加热热风炉的燃气燃烧器以及与燃气燃烧器进气口连接的进气管,所述进气管安装有流量调节阀,所述热风炉安装有炉温传感器,所述炉温传感器以及流量调节阀与控制器连接,控制器根据炉温传感器的温度反馈,控制流量调节阀的开度,从而使炉温保持稳定。本发明能使热源温度调整及时,炉温及废气温度保持稳定,能很好的保持风量、风压正常,从而加快生产速度,降低能耗,实现优质高产。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷工业设备。
背景技术
热风烘干在印刷业上应用,主要是烘干一定湿度或粒度的物料。传统采用燃煤的热风炉,设备操作简单可靠,故得到普遍采用。随着工业生产需要,烘干设备形式各样。根据温度调节进料速度对产品进行烘干作为一较传统的烘干方式应用于工业化生产存在以下缺点:
增加劳动强度,存在安全隐患。根据温度高低人工进行进料速度快慢调节,增加了人工劳动量,人工操作误差较大,存在烫伤隐患。
增加了能源消耗。人工进料属于间歇操作,在此过程中热能散失严重,加料均匀难以控制,水分波动大会造成同批产品质量不稳定。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种印刷用热风烘干设备,保证烘干设备温度稳定,并降低劳动强度,降低能源消耗。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种印刷用热风烘干设备,包括热风炉、加热热风炉的燃气燃烧器以及与燃气燃烧器进气口连接的进气管,所述进气管安装有流量调节阀,所述热风炉安装有炉温传感器,所述炉温传感器以及流量调节阀与控制器连接,控制器根据炉温传感器的温度反馈,控制流量调节阀的开度,从而使炉温保持稳定。
本发明采用的技术方案,用燃气代替燃煤,环保高效,通过对进气量的自动控制,减少人工劳动,增强安全性,并达到延长设备使用寿命,提高设备利用能力的目的。通过控制器对流量调节阀的控制调节温度的平衡,能使热源温度调整及时,炉温及废气温度保持稳定,能很好的保持风量、风压正常,从而加快生产速度,降低能耗,实现优质高产。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种印刷用热风烘干设备,包括热风炉、加热热风炉的燃气燃烧器以及与燃气燃烧器进气口连接的进气管,所述进气管安装有流量调节阀,所述热风炉安装有炉温传感器,所述炉温传感器以及流量调节阀与控制器连接,控制器根据炉温传感器的温度反馈,控制流量调节阀的开度,从而使炉温保持稳定。
本发明加快了生产速率,降低了能耗,降低了工人劳动强度,实现了优质高产,增强了经济效益。

1.一种印刷用热风烘干设备,其特征在于:包括热风炉、加热热风炉的燃气燃烧器以及与燃气燃烧器进气口连接的进气管,所述进气管安装有流量调节阀,所述热风炉安装有炉温传感器,所述炉温传感器以及流量调节阀与控制器连接,控制器根据炉温传感器的温度反馈,控制流量调节阀的开度,从而使炉温保持稳定。
