Abstract

本发明公开了一种废旧塑料管回收破碎装置,包括机架,所述机架上设有回收破碎仓体,所述回收破碎仓体的内靠近顶部处设有碾压机构,所述碾压机构的正下方设有安装在回收破碎仓体上的切割机构,所述切割机构的正下方设有水平安装在回收破碎仓体上粉碎机构。本发明通过在粉碎机构之前设置碾压机构和切割机构,可以加快破碎的速度,提高破碎的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种废旧塑料管回收破碎装置及回收破碎工艺,属于塑料管回收设备及工艺技术领域。
背景技术
塑料管道是指用塑料材质制成的管子的通称,塑料管道具有自重轻,卫生安全,水流阻力小,节省能源,节省金属,改善生活环境,使用寿命长,安全方便等特点,受到管道工程界的青睐,近10年,在我国宏观经济快速发展的拉动下,我国塑料管道在化工建材大发展的背景下经历着高速发展,塑料管道在多个领域相对传统金属管、混凝土管都具备较多优势,因此获得了较多地区的推荐使用。随着塑料管道使用量的逐渐增多,废旧塑料管道量也逐渐增大,如果不回收利用,不仅会造成环境污染,也会造成资源的浪费,塑料管道回收利用的首要步骤就是将塑料管破碎,得到塑料粒后再重新利用,目前的废旧塑料管破碎装置破碎效率低,且破碎效果不好。为此,我们提出一种废旧塑料管回收破碎装置及回收破碎工艺。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种废旧塑料管回收破碎装置及回收破碎工艺,在破碎之前,塑料管先经碾压机构和切割机构进行碾压和切割,可以加快破碎的速度,提高破碎的效果,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种废旧塑料管回收破碎装置,包括机架,所述机架上设有回收破碎仓体,所述回收破碎仓体的内靠近顶部处设有碾压机构,所述碾压机构的正下方设有安装在回收破碎仓体上的切割机构,所述切割机构的正下方设有水平安装在回收破碎仓体上粉碎机构。
进一步的,所述碾压机构包括安装在回收破碎仓体内的由电机驱动的主碾压辊和由主碾压辊驱动的从碾压辊,所述主碾压辊和从碾压辊之间通过互相啮合的齿轮相连。
进一步的,所述主碾压辊和从碾压辊的表面均设有锥形破碎针。
进一步的,所述切割机构包括由气缸驱动的两个相向的刀片安装座,所述刀片安装座滑动安装在回收破碎仓体两端内壁的安装槽内,刀片安装座上安装有刀片。
进一步的,所述粉碎机构包括由电机驱动的粉碎轴,所述粉碎轴上均匀安装有若干粉碎刀片。
进一步的,所述主碾压辊、从碾压辊和粉碎轴的两端均设有限位环。
进一步的,所述回收破碎仓体的底部设有出料口,所述出料口上设有控制阀。
本发明还提供一种废旧塑料管的回收破碎工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将废旧塑料管从仓体的顶部放入回收破碎仓体内,经过碾压机构进行碾压,使塑料管破碎;
2)破碎后的塑料管从碾压机构进入切割机构,经过切割机构切割将塑料管切断;
3)切断后的塑料管从切割机构进入粉碎机构,经过粉碎机构粉碎后从出料口排出。
进一步的,所述废旧塑料管在进入回收破碎仓体之前先由管内清洗机进行清洗,除去塑料管内的污垢。
本发明通过在粉碎机构之前设置碾压机构和切割机构,可以加快破碎的速度,提高破碎的效果。

如图1和2所示,本实施例提供一种废旧塑料管回收破碎装置,包括机架,所述机架上设有回收破碎仓体,所述回收破碎仓体的内靠近顶部处设有碾压机构,所述碾压机构的正下方设有安装在回收破碎仓体上的切割机构,所述切割机构的正下方设有水平安装在回收破碎仓体上粉碎机构。
进一步的,所述碾压机构包括安装在回收破碎仓体内的由电机驱动的主碾压辊和由主碾压辊驱动的从碾压辊,所述主碾压辊和从碾压辊之间通过互相啮合的齿轮相连。
电机驱动主碾压辊转动带动从碾压辊转动,对塑料管进行碾压破碎。
进一步的,所述主碾压辊和从碾压辊的表面均设有锥形破碎针。
增大主碾压辊、从碾压辊和塑料管之间的压力,加快破碎的速度。
进一步的,所述切割机构包括由气缸驱动的两个相向的刀片安装座,所述刀片安装座滑动安装在回收破碎仓体两端内壁的安装槽内,刀片安装座上安装有刀片。
两个刀片安装座在气缸的驱动下同时向中间运动,带动刀片向中间运动,对由碾压机构处理过的塑料管进行切割,将其切短。
进一步的,所述粉碎机构包括由电机驱动的粉碎轴,所述粉碎轴上均匀安装有若干粉碎刀片。
粉碎轴在电机的驱动下转动,带动粉碎刀片刀片转动,对经切割机构切割的塑料管进行进一步的粉碎。
进一步的,所述主碾压辊、从碾压辊和粉碎轴的两端均设有限位环。
避免在工作的过程中主碾压辊、从碾压辊和粉碎轴脱离回收破碎仓体。
进一步的,所述回收破碎仓体的底部设有出料口,所述出料口上设有控制阀。

本发明还提供一种废旧塑料管的回收破碎工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将废旧塑料管从仓体的顶部放入回收破碎仓体内,经过碾压机构进行碾压,使塑料管破碎;
2)破碎后的塑料管从碾压机构进入切割机构,经过切割机构切割将塑料管切断;
3)切断后的塑料管从切割机构进入粉碎机构,经过粉碎机构粉碎后从出料口排出。
进一步的,所述废旧塑料管在进入回收破碎仓体之前先由管内清洗机进行清洗,除去塑料管内的污垢。

1.一种废旧塑料管回收破碎装置,包括机架,其特征在于:所述机架上设有回收破碎仓体,所述回收破碎仓体的内靠近顶部处设有碾压机构,所述碾压机构的正下方设有安装在回收破碎仓体上的切割机构,所述切割机构的正下方设有水平安装在回收破碎仓体上粉碎机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧塑料管回收破碎装置,其特征在于:所述碾压机构包括安装在回收破碎仓体内的由电机驱动的主碾压辊和由主碾压辊驱动的从碾压辊,所述主碾压辊和从碾压辊之间通过互相啮合的齿轮相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种废旧塑料管回收破碎装置,其特征在于:所述主碾压辊和从碾压辊的表面均设有锥形破碎针。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧塑料管回收破碎装置,其特征在于:所述切割机构包括由气缸驱动的两个相向的刀片安装座,所述刀片安装座滑动安装在回收破碎仓体两端内壁的安装槽内,刀片安装座上安装有刀片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧塑料管回收破碎装置,其特征在于:所述粉碎机构包括由电机驱动的粉碎轴,所述粉碎轴上均匀安装有若干粉碎刀片。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种废旧塑料管回收破碎装置,其特征在于:所述主碾压辊、从碾压辊和粉碎轴的两端均设有限位环。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种废旧塑料管回收破碎装置,其特征在于:所述回收破碎仓体的底部设有出料口,所述出料口上设有控制阀。
8.一种废旧塑料管的回收破碎工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)将废旧塑料管从仓体的顶部放入回收破碎仓体内,经过碾压机构进行碾压,使塑料管破碎;
2)破碎后的塑料管从碾压机构进入切割机构,经过切割机构切割将塑料管切断;
3)切断后的塑料管从切割机构进入粉碎机构,经过粉碎机构粉碎后从出料口排出。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种废旧塑料管的回收破碎工艺,其特征在于:所述废旧塑料管在进入回收破碎仓体之前先由管内清洗机进行清洗,除去塑料管内的污垢。
