技术领域
本发明涉及一种椰棕板横切机防移位装置。
背景技术
椰棕板生产后,要将长条的椰棕板进行横切,制成不同规格的长方形床垫毛料。目前,椰棕板横切机在对椰棕板进行横切时,由于横切时切刀对椰棕板有一定的推力,会使椰棕板发生位移,从而造成横切出的椰棕板不是标准的长方形(如,不规则的四边形等),合格率低。此问题一直没有好的解决方案。
发明内容
针对目前,椰棕板横切机在对椰棕板进行横切时,由于横切时裁剪刀对椰棕板有一定的推力,会使椰棕板发生位移,从而造成裁剪出的椰棕板不是标准的长方形,合格率低的问题,提出一种椰棕板横切机防移位装置。
本发明所采取的技术方案是,在横切机裁剪槽上方增加防滑片、气动压紧槽、气缸。当对椰棕板进行横切时,气缸伸缩杆向下压气动压紧槽,气动压紧槽将椰棕板紧压在防滑片上,防止椰棕板发生位移,保证横切机裁剪出标准的长方形床垫。

本发明的工作原理是,当要对椰棕板进行横切时,传送带将椰棕板输送到裁剪槽上方。启动气缸,气缸伸缩杆伸长将气动压紧槽向下压,气动压紧槽将椰棕板紧压在防滑片上;横切机启动,裁剪刀逆时针旋转,横切机往返驱动电机通过驱动链条带动横切机向左移动,对椰棕板进行横切。横切完成,横切机停止旋转,同时,气缸伸缩杆收缩将气动压紧槽向上拉归位。传送带将裁剪好的椰棕板输送出去,待裁的椰棕板输送到裁剪槽上方。横切机启动,裁剪刀顺时针旋转,横切机往返驱动电机通过驱动链条带动横切机向右移动,对椰棕板进行横切,如此循环。行程开关、传感器及控制电路控制横切机、横切机往返驱动电机运行及气缸伸缩杆伸长与收缩。由于防滑片与气动压紧槽配合,可有效防止横切时椰棕板发生移位。
本发明一种椰棕板裁剪机横切防移位装置的有益效果是:装置设计合理,安全实用;可有效防止横切时椰棕板发生移位,横切合格率高。

本发明的工作原理是,当要对椰棕板进行横切时,传送带10将椰棕板输送到裁剪槽9上方。启动气缸13,气缸伸缩杆14伸长将气动压紧槽9向下压,气动压紧槽9将椰棕板紧压在防滑片11上;横切机1启动,裁剪刀3逆时针旋转,横切机往返驱动电机5通过驱动链条8带动横切机1向左移动,对椰棕板进行横切。横切完成,横切机1停止旋转,同时,气缸伸缩杆14收缩将气动压紧槽9向上拉归位。传送带10将裁剪好的椰棕板输送出去,待裁的椰棕板输送到裁剪槽9上方。横切机1启动,裁剪刀3顺时针旋转,横切机往返驱动电机5通过驱动链条8带动横切机1向右移动,对椰棕板进行横切,如此循环。行程开关、传感器及控制电路控制横切机、横切机往返驱动电机5运行及气缸伸缩杆14伸长与收缩。由于防滑片11与气动压紧槽9配合,可有效防止横切时椰棕板发生移位。
