Abstract

本发明公开了一种除油过滤器,具有罐体和滤筒,滤筒在罐体的内部,滤筒为空心圆柱体或者圆台体形状,具有底孔和顶孔和滤筒壁,滤筒壁具有金属丝网内层、过滤材料中间层和金属丝网外层。本发明结合使用了渗透、分层过滤、不同物质的表面张力特性等多种分离技术的组合,油水分离处理能力强,分离比较彻底。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油水分离器。
背景技术
油水分离器是一种将油水分离的一种装置,通常是餐饮用来处理污水用的;后来因为环保的要求,排到江河湖海里船舶机器处所产生的污水是也必须经过油水分离器处理。
专利申请号为201210302222X的一种油水分离器,包括进料斗、排水管以及止水阀,进料斗为圆筒状结构,内部安装过滤网,底口处连接排水管,在排水管上安装止水阀;在进料斗侧壁接通排油管,排油管上设有控制阀。该发明结构过于简单,滤网缺少创造性技术特征,分离效果未必好。
发明内容
发明目的:提供一种无需额外助剂和复杂结构、能够快速分离油剂的除油过滤器。
技术方案:
本发明提供的除油过滤器,具有罐体和滤筒,滤筒在罐体的内部,两者共用重合或者基本平行的中心轴。滤筒为空心圆柱体或者圆台体形状,具有底孔和顶孔和滤筒壁,滤筒壁具有过滤液体功能。罐体下方位于滤筒底孔中部的地方具有含油废水入口,罐体上方位于滤筒顶孔的地方具有中水出口,罐体侧壁位于滤筒外围具有浮油排放口,罐体底部或有杂质沉淀腔。
所述的滤筒壁具有金属丝网内层、过滤材料中间层(优选非活性的碳纤维,能滤过油剂,对油剂的吸附力较小,油剂容易通过,阻挡固体杂质)和金属丝网外层,三层复合的结构使得滤筒壁对含油废水具有良好的过滤分离功能。当含油废水从底部进入,滤筒将水和油剂进行过滤分离,油剂通过滤筒壁渗透并集聚到滤筒外围空间,通过浮油排放口排放出去,余下含油较少的中水,通过中水出口流出。
优选金属丝网外层的表面涂覆有亲油疏水的功能涂料,中水被阻挡截留、油剂更快速地分离上升吸附并溢出到滤筒外侧,滤筒内侧靠近中水出口处基本成为含油很少的中水;实现水和油剂的更快速地分离。
滤筒可以连接有振动装置,振动帮助油剂克服表面张力,快速形成油滴,顺利通过滤筒浮出水面。
优选滤筒为正置的空心圆台体形状,底孔直径大于顶孔,含油废水从下方进入后,空间逐渐减小,滤筒对水体形成压力,水体对滤筒具有逐渐增大的渗透压力,便于油剂上浮与水分离。
本发明中,所述的罐体的高度(即油水的高度差)形成的最大水压强,不大于金属丝网外层对的功能涂料对水形成的表面张力,避免因为压强过大,抵消了疏水的功能,导致中水随着油剂大量溢出到滤筒外侧,消弱油水分离效果。
有益效果:
本发明结构简单,制造成本低。结合使用了渗透、分层过滤、不同物质的表面张力特性等多种分离技术的组合,处理能力强,油水分离比较彻底。尤其是高度、压强和表面张力等工艺数据的结合考虑,使得油水分离的效果得到进一步保证。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的除油过滤器,具有罐体和滤筒,滤筒在罐体的内部,两者共用基本平行的中心轴;滤筒具有底孔、顶孔和滤筒壁,滤筒壁具有金属丝网内层、过滤材料中间层和金属丝网外层;罐体下方位于滤筒底孔中部的地方具有含油废水入口,罐体上方位于滤筒顶孔的地方具有中水出口,罐体侧壁位于滤筒外围具有浮油排放口。
金属丝网外层的表面涂覆有亲油疏水的功能涂料。
滤筒为正置的空心圆台体形状,底孔直径大于顶孔直径。

Claims (6)

1.一种除油过滤器,具有罐体和滤筒,滤筒在罐体的内部,两者共用重合或者基本平行的中心轴;滤筒具有底孔、顶孔和滤筒壁,其特征在于:滤筒壁具有金属丝网内层、过滤材料中间层和金属丝网外层;罐体下方位于滤筒底孔中部的地方具有含油废水入口,罐体上方位于滤筒顶孔的地方具有中水出口,罐体侧壁位于滤筒外围具有浮油排放口。
2.如权利要求1所述的除油过滤器,其特征在于:金属丝网外层的表面涂覆有亲油疏水的功能涂料。
3.如权利要求1所述的除油过滤器,其特征在于:滤筒为正置的空心圆台体形状,底孔直径大于顶孔直径。
4.如权利要求1所述的除油过滤器,其特征在于:罐体底部有杂质沉淀腔。
5.如权利要求1所述的除油过滤器,其特征在于:滤筒连接有振动装置。
6.如权利要求1所述的除油过滤器,其特征在于:所述的罐体的高度形成的最大水压强,不大于金属丝网外层的功能涂料对水形成的表面张力。
