本发明涉及扇子制作技术领域,具体的说,涉及一种扇子扇面制作工艺。
背景技术
扇子的种类包括羽毛扇、蒲扇、雉扇、团扇、折扇、绢宫扇、泥金扇、黑纸扇、檀香扇等等。列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录的制扇技艺有江苏苏州檀香扇、浙江杭州王星记扇子、重庆荣昌折扇、四川自贡龚扇、广东新会葵扇、湖州羽毛扇。折扇又名“纸扇”、“掐扇”,最早出现于我国公元五世纪的南北朝时期,是一种可以自由折叠和展开的扇子,用时需要展开,现在对扇面的处理工艺一般还是沿袭古法,这种工艺方法不仅费时费力,而且往往制得扇子的过程中失败率非常高,现在扇子市场上迫切需要一种新的扇子扇面的制作工艺。

本发明提出一种扇子扇面制作工艺,以解决现有技术中现有的折扇还是沿袭古法,这种工艺方法不仅费时费力,而且往往制得扇子的过程中失败率非常高的不足。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种扇子扇面制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:取乳胶和清水,按1:2均匀混合,加热至75-85℃,持续1-2小时,得到乳胶粘合剂;
S2:取布材,放入防霉药剂中浸泡,浸泡24-48h后,搅动药剂中的面料继续浸泡24-48h;
S3:将步骤S2中制得的布材烘干,烘干温度为30°-35°;
S4:将步骤S3得到的布材原料裁切为扇形,得到扇面里面;
S5:取纸材,将纸材裁切为扇形,得到扇面表面,取一扇面里面,在其两面上刷上步骤S1中得到的乳胶粘合剂,覆盖上扇面表面,得到复合扇面;
S6:在复合扇面上等距离放置若干硅胶薄片,刷上乳胶粘合剂,再覆盖上第二层扇面表面;
S7:在第二层扇面表面上依次涂覆底油和防潮涂料形成底油层和防潮层,晾干。
进一步的,所述底油包括如下质量份的组分:棕榈油30-40份、菜籽油20-30份、聚氨酯5-15份、丙烯酸5-12份和丁香3-4份。
进一步的,所述底油包括如下质量份的组分:棕榈油40份、菜籽油30份、聚氨酯15份、丙烯酸12份和丁香33份。
进一步的,所述防潮涂料包括如下质量份的组分:甘油30-40份、聚氨酯预聚体10-20份、柠檬酸2-10份、乙醇2-10份、松香2-3份、表面活性剂2-13份、香樟木粉5-8份、负离子粉5-8份和木质素12-14份。

S2:取布材,放入防霉药剂中浸泡,浸泡24-48h后,搅动药剂中的面料继续浸泡24-48h;
S3:将步骤S2中制得的布材烘干,烘干温度为30°-35°;
S4:将步骤S3得到的布材原料裁切为扇形,得到扇面里面;
S5:取纸材,将纸材裁切为扇形,得到扇面表面,取一扇面里面,在其两面上刷上步骤S1中得到的乳胶粘合剂,覆盖上扇面表面,得到复合扇面;
S6:在复合扇面上等距离放置若干硅胶薄片,刷上乳胶粘合剂,再覆盖上第二层扇面表面;
S7:在第二层扇面表面上依次涂覆底油和防潮涂料形成底油层和防潮层,晾干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种扇子扇面制作工艺,其特征在于:所述底油包括如下质量份的组分:棕榈油30-40份、菜籽油20-30份、聚氨酯5-15份、丙烯酸5-12份和丁香3-4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种扇子扇面制作工艺,其特征在于:所述底油包括如下质量份的组分:棕榈油40份、菜籽油30份、聚氨酯15份、丙烯酸12份和丁香33份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种扇子扇面制作工艺,其特征在于:所述防潮涂料包括如下质量份的组分:甘油30-40份、聚氨酯预聚体10-20份、柠檬酸2-10份、乙醇2-10份、松香2-3份、表面活性剂2-13份、香樟木粉5-8份、负离子粉5-8份和木质素12-14份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种扇子扇面制作工艺,其特征在于:所述防潮涂料包括如下质量份的组分:甘油30份、聚氨酯预聚体13份、柠檬酸8份、乙醇8份、松香3份、表面活性剂13份、香樟木粉8份、负离子粉5份和木质素12份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种扇子扇面制作工艺,其特征在于:所述防霉药剂包括如下质量份的组分:醋酸锌4-10份、硫代硫酸钠5-8份、醋酸5-9份、羟基氯化铝5-14份、蛇床3-7份、半夏2-5份、百叶3-7份、百部4-8份、蒲公英5-9份、夏枯草2-4份和余量水。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种扇子扇面制作工艺,其特征在于:所述防霉药剂包括如下质量份的组分:醋酸锌5份、硫代硫酸钠6份、醋酸6份、羟基氯化铝7份、蛇床4份、半夏3份、百叶4份、百部5份、蒲公英6份、夏枯草3份和余量水。
