the punching device (6) comprises a first belt pulley (61), a first flat belt (62), a second belt pulley (63), a disc (64), a connecting rod (65) and a conical block (66), the output shaft of the first motor (8) is connected with the first belt pulley (61), the first flat belt (62) is connected between the first belt pulley (61) and the second belt pulley (63), the second belt pulley (63) is installed at the right end of the bottom plate (1), the disc (64) is arranged on the rear side of the second belt pulley (63), the connecting rods (65) are uniformly arranged on the circumference of the disc (64) at intervals, and the conical block (66) is arranged at the other end of each connecting rod (65);
the blanking device (9) comprises a second support rod (91), a third belt pulley (92), a separating wheel (93), a shell (94), a second flat belt (95) and a blanking hopper (97), the second support rod (91) is arranged on the lower portion of the right side of the left support (4), the third belt pulley (92) is arranged at the right end of the second support rod (91), the separating wheel (93) is arranged on the rear side of the third belt pulley (92), the shell (94) is arranged on the outer side of the separating wheel (93), grooves (96) are formed in the top and the bottom of the shell (94), the second flat belt (95) is connected between the third belt pulley (92) and the first belt pulley (61), the blanking hopper (97) is arranged on the left portion of the bottom plate (1), and the grooves (96) in the top and the bottom of the shell (94) correspond to the discharge pipe (10);
