一种抑菌防静电整理剂的制备方法,属于织物整理剂技术领域。包括以下步骤:将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、异丙醇、辛醇混合均匀后加入二羟甲基丙烯酸加热回流;向加热回流后的反应物中加入苯氧基聚磷腈,升温加热2~4h得到混合物A;将纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅、羟乙基醚壳聚糖和水高速搅拌至混合均匀后得到混合物B;然后将混合物A加入混合物B中,加入丁香精油后低速搅拌;待降温后加入碳酸氢钠进行搅拌,随后待冷却至室温即可得到所述抑菌防静电整理剂。本发明的抗菌防静电整理剂水中溶解性能好,具有良好的耐热性和耐酸碱性能,抗静电效果好和抗菌性能好。

技术领域
本发明属于织物整理剂技术领域,具体涉及一种抑菌防静电整理剂的制备方法。
背景技术
纺织品使用中,静电电荷的积聚易引起灰尘附着,服装纠缠肢体产生不适感,并可引起血液PH值上升,血液中钙含量降低、尿中钙含量增加,血糖升高、维生素C含量下降,较高的静电压可对人体产生电击,并引起电子元件损坏,甚至导致起火和爆炸。纺织品在生产加工和使用中易因摩擦和感应产生静电,回潮率普遍低的合成纤维制品的电荷积聚现象更加显著。一些天然纤维经过拒水拒油整理或其它整理后由于疏水性提高也容易导致静电的产生。因此纺织品的抗静电整理相当重要。
同时在和织物之间的理想气候下,细菌能不受阻碍地大量繁殖,引起皮肤感染,导致卫生状况恶化和疾病的传播与蔓延。使用广泛的有机硅季铵盐类具有良好的抗微生物效用,可有效抑制和杀灭引起感染或病原性革兰氏阴性、阳性菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌等病毒。但是,季胺盐类整理剂为化学成分整理剂,对环境有较大的破坏,如果可以采用天然的整理剂对织物进行抑菌整理,则会有效的提高其抑菌的效果同时,还能降低对环境的破坏。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种抑菌防静电整理剂的制备方法,制备的整理剂水中溶解性能好、抗静电效果好和抗菌性好等优点。
技术方案:一种抑菌防静电整理剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.将10~13质量份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、15~25质量份异丙醇、10~15质量份辛醇混合均匀后加入2~4质量份二羟甲基丙烯酸在180~200℃温度下加热回流2~3h;
步骤二.向加热回流后的反应物中加入10~18质量份苯氧基聚磷腈,升温至230~240℃加热2~4h得到混合物A;
步骤三.将5~8质量份纳米二氧化钛、2~4质量份纳米二氧化硅、10~15质量份羟乙基醚壳聚糖和120~150质量份水加入搅拌机中,高速搅拌至混合均匀,高速搅拌速度为1400~1600r/min,搅拌时间为2~4h得到混合物B;
步骤四.然后将混合物A加入混合物B中,加入8~12质量份丁香精油后低速搅拌,搅拌速度为30~50r/min,搅拌时间为2~3h;
步骤五.待步骤四处理后的整理剂降温至35~55℃时,加入4~8质量份碳酸氢钠,搅拌30~60min,随后待冷却至室温即可得到所述抑菌防静电整理剂。
作为优选,所述步骤一中将12质量份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、20质量份异丙醇、13质量份辛醇混合均匀后加入3质量份二羟甲基丙烯酸在190℃温度下加热回流2.5h。
作为优选,所述步骤二中升温至235℃加热3h得到混合物A。
作为优选,所述步骤三中将7质量份纳米二氧化钛、3质量份纳米二氧化硅、12质量份羟乙基醚壳聚糖和130质量份水加入搅拌机中,高速搅拌至混合均匀,高速搅拌速度为1500r/min,搅拌时间为3h得到混合物B。
作为优选,所述步骤四中加入10质量份丁香精油后低速搅拌,搅拌速度为40r/min,搅拌时间为2.5h。
作为优选,所述步骤五中待步骤四处理后的整理剂降温至40℃时,加入6质量份碳酸氢钠,搅拌45min。
有益效果:(1)本发明的抗菌防静电整理剂水中溶解性能好,具有良好的耐热性和耐酸碱性能,抗静电效果好和抗菌性能好;(2)本发明的抗菌防静电整理剂采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和苯氧基聚磷腈结合纳米材料一起对纺织品进行抗菌防静电整理,整理后具有协同增效作用,可以提高整理的抗菌和防静电性能,同时预料不到的提高了织物的拒水拒油性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抑菌防静电整理剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.将10质量份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、15质量份异丙醇、10质量份辛醇混合均匀后加入2质量份二羟甲基丙烯酸在180℃温度下加热回流2h;
步骤二.向加热回流后的反应物中加入10质量份苯氧基聚磷腈,升温至230℃加热2h得到混合物A;
步骤三.将5质量份纳米二氧化钛、2质量份纳米二氧化硅、10质量份羟乙基醚壳聚糖和120质量份水加入搅拌机中,高速搅拌至混合均匀,高速搅拌速度为1400r/min,搅拌时间为2h得到混合物B;
步骤四.然后将混合物A加入混合物B中,加入8质量份丁香精油后低速搅拌,搅拌速度为30r/min,搅拌时间为2h;
步骤五.待步骤四处理后的整理剂降温至35℃时,加入4质量份碳酸氢钠,搅拌30min,随后待冷却至室温即可得到所述抑菌防静电整理剂。

步骤一.将13质量份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、25质量份异丙醇、15质量份辛醇混合均匀后加入4质量份二羟甲基丙烯酸在200℃温度下加热回流3h;
步骤二.向加热回流后的反应物中加入18质量份苯氧基聚磷腈,升温至240℃加热4h得到混合物A;
步骤三.将8质量份纳米二氧化钛、4质量份纳米二氧化硅、15质量份羟乙基醚壳聚糖和150质量份水加入搅拌机中,高速搅拌至混合均匀,高速搅拌速度为1600r/min,搅拌时间为4h得到混合物B;
步骤四.然后将混合物A加入混合物B中,加入12质量份丁香精油后低速搅拌,搅拌速度为50r/min,搅拌时间为3h;
步骤五.待步骤四处理后的整理剂降温至55℃时,加入8质量份碳酸氢钠,搅拌60min,随后待冷却至室温即可得到所述抑菌防静电整理剂。

步骤二.向加热回流后的反应物中加入10~18质量份苯氧基聚磷腈,升温至235℃加热3h得到混合物A;
步骤三.将7质量份纳米二氧化钛、3质量份纳米二氧化硅和130质量份水加入搅拌机中,高速搅拌至混合均匀,高速搅拌速度为1500r/min,搅拌时间为3h得到混合物B;
步骤四.然后将混合物A加入混合物B中,加入10质量份丁香精油后低速搅拌,搅拌速度为40r/min,搅拌时间为2.5h;
步骤五.待步骤四处理后的整理剂降温至40℃时,加入6质量份碳酸氢钠,搅拌30~60min,随后待冷却至室温即可得到所述抑菌防静电整理剂。
取针织布料,分别用实施例1-3和对比例1制备的整理剂浸泡2h,浸泡后自然晾干,测定整理后的布料的抑菌率,菌种为大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,测定标准为FZ/T73023-2006,测试结果参照下表,防静电测试按照GB-T12703.1-2008纺织品静电测试方法。测试结果参见下表。

1.一种抑菌防静电整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.将10~13质量份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、15~25质量份异丙醇、10~15质量份辛醇混合均匀后加入2~4质量份二羟甲基丙烯酸在180~200℃温度下加热回流2~3h;
步骤二.向加热回流后的反应物中加入10~18质量份苯氧基聚磷腈,升温至230~240℃加热2~4h得到混合物A;
步骤三.将5~8质量份纳米二氧化钛、2~4质量份纳米二氧化硅、10~15质量份羟乙基醚壳聚糖和120~150质量份水加入搅拌机中,高速搅拌至混合均匀,高速搅拌速度为1400~1600 r/min,搅拌时间为2~4h得到混合物B;
步骤四.然后将混合物A加入混合物B中,加入8~12质量份丁香精油后低速搅拌,搅拌速度为30~50 r/min,搅拌时间为2~3h;
步骤五.待步骤四处理后的整理剂降温至35~55℃时,加入4~8质量份碳酸氢钠,搅拌30~60min,随后待冷却至室温即可得到所述抑菌防静电整理剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌防静电整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中将12质量份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、20质量份异丙醇、13质量份辛醇混合均匀后加入3质量份二羟甲基丙烯酸在190℃温度下加热回流2.5h。
