本发明涉及清洗液技术领域,具体涉及一种高效板式密封过滤机滤芯清洗液,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:鞘磷脂2‑4份、52%氯化石蜡12‑16份、羧甲基壳聚糖6‑8份、碱式钼酸钙锌3‑6份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯4‑13份、十六酸甲酯4‑13份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂22‑34份、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯22‑34份、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯22‑31份、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯8‑12份、防腐剂5‑10份、天花粉3‑4份、醋酸桦木醇酯2‑6份、六亚甲基四胺9‑19份、改性植物提取液8‑12份。本发明清洗液无毒、没有刺激性气味,其粘度低,而且清洗后的残留容易用清水冲洗干净,并且清洗液挥发率低,稳定性好,温度升高50℃其挥发率仅仅升高0.05%。

本发明涉及清洗液技术领域,具体涉及一种高效板式密封过滤机滤芯清洗液。
背景技术
板式密闭过滤机是一种高效、节能、密闭操作的精密澄清过滤设备,适用于色拉油、毛油、石油、树脂、食品、制药、聚醚、环保水处理等行业。该产品设计结构独特,体积小,过滤效率高、滤液透明度和细度好,无物料消耗,不消耗滤纸,滤布或纸芯,而只消耗少量的助滤剂,因而过滤成本很低,设备操作、维护、清理方便。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种高效板式密封过滤机滤芯清洗液。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种高效板式密封过滤机滤芯清洗液,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:鞘磷脂2-4份、52%氯化石蜡12-16份、羧甲基壳聚糖6-8份、碱式钼酸钙锌3-6份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯4-13份、十六酸甲酯4-13份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂22-34份、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯22-34份、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯22-31份、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯8-12份、防腐剂5-10份、天花粉3-4份、醋酸桦木醇酯2-6份、六亚甲基四胺9-19份、改性植物提取液8-12份。
进一步地,所述改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:花青素4份、柠檬酸钠6份、蛋氨酸0.1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、淀粉凝胶2份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。
进一步地,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明清洗液无毒、没有刺激性气味,其粘度低,而且清洗后的残留容易用清水冲洗干净,并且清洗液挥发率低,稳定性好,温度升高50℃其挥发率仅仅升高0.05%。

一种高效板式密封过滤机滤芯清洗液,主要由以下原料按质量份数配比制成:鞘磷脂3份、52%氯化石蜡14份、羧甲基壳聚糖7份、碱式钼酸钙锌4份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯8份、十六酸甲酯8份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂27份、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯27份、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯27份、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯10份、防腐剂8份、天花粉3.5份、醋酸桦木醇酯4份、六亚甲基四胺14份、改性植物提取液10份。
改性植物提取液由下列重量份原料制成:花青素4份、柠檬酸钠6份、蛋氨酸0.1份、天然芦荟提取液15份、淀粉凝胶2份,其制备方法为:将各原料混合均匀,然后真空搅拌,搅拌速率为500-600转/分钟。
防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
