Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽油复合抗爆剂及其制备方法。所述汽油复合抗爆剂包括一下重量份组分,无水乙醇50‑100份,环己醇10‑30份,甲苯20‑30份,丙二酸乙酯10‑20份,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺10‑20份,醋酸叔丁酯15‑30份,甲基叔丁基醚10‑20份,苯并三唑20‑40份,单硬酯酸酯10‑20份。本发明提供的汽油复合抗爆剂,可提高生产出油率以及减少生产过程的实际出发,集柴油调和过程中所需助剂一体化之大成,具有降凝、提升柴油十六烷值、增加润滑、提高氧化安定性、高效清洁、抗静电等功能,该调和组分无毒、无重金属、加入量少、使用方便,可大幅提高柴油动力、降低汽车有害物排放并减小发动机噪音,生产工艺简化、生产和检测成本下降以及相互影响可控,可为炼化企业大幅提高油品品质。

技术领域
本发明属于资源与环境技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽油复合抗爆剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
加快油品质量升级,减少尾气排放,国务院在近日发布的《大气污染防治行动计划》中提出,在2017年底前,全国供应符合国家第五阶段(GB17930-2013车用汽油(V))标准的车用汽油。在已发布的第四阶段车用汽油标准(国IV)中硫含量不大于50ppm的基础上,第五阶段的硫含量降至10ppm,烯烃含量也降至不大于25(v/v)。与采用国四排放标准相比,符合国五排放标准的汽车尾气中的颗粒物将减少82%,氮氧化物减少25%,有助于防治雾霾天气,改善空气质量。然而,对于中国的炼油企业而言,油品脱硫过程中最大的副作用是大量烯烃加氢后饱和,汽油辛烷值损失可达25个单位。同时,油品升级必然带来成本上升的压力,炼厂装置改造需要资金投入,油品炼制过程中装置的损耗及人力、物力、时间和技术的投入加大,造成炼油企业动力不足。因此,现在汽油的升级明显滞后于国家要求,与欧美等发达国家的油品相比更是存在较大差距。在我国现有炼油装置技术构成的现状下,汽油抗爆剂由于用量少,操作灵活,效果明显,经济性好,已经成为提高汽油辛烷值最为经济有效的重要手段。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术所存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够显著提高汽油抗爆性并且成本低廉的车用燃料油复合抗爆剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种汽油复合抗爆剂,包括以下重量份组分:无水乙醇50-100份,环己醇10-30份,甲苯20-30份,丙二酸乙酯10-20份,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺10-20份,醋酸叔丁酯15-30份,甲基叔丁基醚10-20份,苯并三唑20-40份,单硬酯酸酯10-20份。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步地,所述汽油复合抗爆剂包括以下重量份组分:50份无水乙醇,10份环己醇,20份甲苯,10份丙二酸乙酯,10份聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺,15份醋酸叔丁酯,10份甲基叔丁基醚,20份苯并三唑,10份单硬酯酸酯。
进一步地,所述汽油复合抗爆剂包括以下重量份组分:100份无水乙醇,30份环己醇,30份甲苯,20份丙二酸乙酯,20份聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺,30份醋酸叔丁酯,20份甲基叔丁基醚,40份苯并三唑,20份单硬酯酸酯。
进一步地,所述汽油复合抗爆剂包括以下重量份组分:90份无水乙醇,20份环己醇,25份甲苯,15份丙二酸乙酯,15份聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺,20份醋酸叔丁酯,15份甲基叔丁基醚,30份苯并三唑,15份单硬酯酸酯。
本发明还提供了一种汽油复合抗爆剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量份配比称取以下组分:无水乙醇,环己醇,甲苯,丙二酸乙酯,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺,醋酸叔丁酯,甲基叔丁基醚,苯并三唑,单硬酯酸酯份,将上述组分自然混合15-30分钟;然后在常温常压下搅拌15-20分钟然后进入加压反应釜内,加80-90个大气压,搅拌25-30分钟后静置24小时,排出沉淀物,即得到本发明所述的防爆剂。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
本发明提供了一种汽油复合抗爆剂,包括以下重量份组分:无水乙醇50-100份,环己醇10-30份,甲苯20-30份,丙二酸乙酯10-20份,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺10-20份,醋酸叔丁酯15-30份,甲基叔丁基醚10-20份,苯并三唑20-40份,单硬酯酸酯10-20份。
本发明所提供的汽油复合抗爆剂能够改善燃油清净性、低温流动性、抗氧化性和防腐蚀性能,同时提高燃油燃烧性能,降低油耗,以及降低汽车尾气污染物采用上述组分及制备方法得到的多功能汽油复合抗爆剂无毒、无污染,能显著提高汽油辛烷值,降低排气有害物质含量,降低汽油油耗,减轻发动机磨损,延长发动机机使用寿命,改善抗爆性时所需的添加量少,减少环境污染。苯并三唑能够抑制金属的腐蚀;丙二酸乙酯能够使汽车冷启动时间缩短;聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺能够使进气阀沉积物下降;甲苯提高燃烧效率,使油耗降低,尾气排放降低。使用含有上述物质的本发明所提供的防爆剂之后,能够明显提升燃油燃烧性能,降低油耗,以及降低汽车尾气污染物
使用本发明汽油防爆剂调制而成的汽油,具有稳定性好、动力性强、互溶性佳、节油效果好的特点,因其包含表面活性剂,便于储运,且长时间存放也不发生相分离和沉淀现象,产品溶水率可达0.5%以下,完全解决了油品含水率超标而导致汽油发生相分离现象;使用本发明的防爆剂制成的燃料中乙醇热值低,燃料中还添加了助燃剂,使燃料燃烧充分,使乙醇的热值得到有效的补充,解决了油品热值下降和动力性不足的问题。
而且避免了因使用金属有灰类抗爆剂燃烧后生成的多孔性沉积物对发动机燃烧室、火花塞造成故障,有效延长了发动机的寿命;不磨损、堵塞喷油嘴和气缸排气阀,机体内不产生积碳与磨粒,有效提高了燃烧效率。本发明的复合抗爆剂具有优良的低温油溶性,在﹣40℃条件下与汽油不发生相分离,适合范围更广。本发明的复合抗爆剂能够改善雾化效率,使汽油充分燃烧,也适用于车用无铅汽油、乙醇汽油,乙醇汽油;降低有害气体排放,有助于雾霾天气的防治以及空气质量的改善。
下面通过具体的实施例来进行介绍。
实施例1
按重量份称取以下组分:50份无水乙醇,10份环己醇,20份甲苯,10份丙二酸乙酯,10份聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺,15份醋酸叔丁酯,10份甲基叔丁基醚,20份苯并三唑,10份单硬酯酸酯,将上述组分自然混合15-30分钟;然后在常温常压下搅拌15-20分钟然后进入加压反应釜内,加80-90个大气压,搅拌25-30分钟后静置24小时,排出沉淀物,即得到本发明所述的防爆剂。
实施例2
按重量份称取以下组分:100份无水乙醇,30份环己醇,30份甲苯,20份丙二酸乙酯,20份聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺,30份醋酸叔丁酯,20份甲基叔丁基醚,40份苯并三唑,20份单硬酯酸酯,将上述组分自然混合15-30分钟;然后在常温常压下搅拌15-20分钟然后进入加压反应釜内,加80-90个大气压,搅拌25-30分钟后静置24小时,排出沉淀物,即得到本发明所述的防爆剂。
实施例3
按重量份称取以下组分:90份无水乙醇,20份环己醇,25份甲苯,15份丙二酸乙酯,15份聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺,20份醋酸叔丁酯,15份甲基叔丁基醚,30份苯并三唑,15份单硬酯酸酯,将上述组分自然混合15-30分钟;然后在常温常压下搅拌15-20分钟然后进入加压反应釜内,加80-90个大气压,搅拌25-30分钟后静置24小时,排出沉淀物,即得到本发明所述的防爆剂。
本发明提供的汽油复合抗爆剂含有无水乙醇,无水乙醇的燃烧性能好,燃烧充分,能够有效降低和减少有害气体排放,有利于环境保护和改善生态环境,是绿色环保燃料;本发明适合汽油使用,互溶性好,动力性、油耗低,并且本发明所提供的汽油复合抗爆剂能够改善燃油清净性、低温流动性、抗氧化性和防腐蚀性能,同时提高燃油燃烧性能,降低油耗,以及降低汽车尾气污染物采用上述组分及制备方法得到的多功能汽油复合抗爆剂无毒、无污染,能显著提高汽油辛烷值,降低排气有害物质含量,降低汽油油耗,减轻发动机磨损,延长发动机机使用寿命,改善抗爆性时所需的添加量少,减少环境污染。

1.一种汽油复合抗爆剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:无水乙醇50-100份,环己醇10-30份,甲苯20-30份,丙二酸乙酯10-20份,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺10-20份,醋酸叔丁酯15-30份,甲基叔丁基醚10-20份,苯并三唑20-40份,单硬酯酸酯10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种汽油复合抗爆剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:50份无水乙醇,10份环己醇,20份甲苯,10份丙二酸乙酯,10份聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺,15份醋酸叔丁酯,10份甲基叔丁基醚,20份苯并三唑,10份单硬酯酸酯。
