本发明属于烟气脱硝技术领域,具体涉及一种钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法。针对现有的脱硝方法都不适合用于钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气脱硝,并且脱硝复杂,成本高等问题,本发明提供了一种钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法,包括以下步骤:向钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气中喷入催化剂,于140~160℃下反应15~20s。所述的钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气中氧气含量≥5%,催化剂为烧结烟气除尘灰、提钒尾渣、提钛尾渣、钢渣或熔盐氯化渣中的至少一种。本发明充分利用烧结烟气中残留的氧气,加入适宜的催化剂进行脱硝,脱硝效率高,脱硝成本低,适宜推广使用。

钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法
技术领域
[0001]本发明属于烟气脱硝技术领域,具体涉及一种钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化还原脱硝 的方法。
背景技术
[0002]近年来,我国许多地区特别是京津冀地区频发大范围的雾霾重污染事件。为改善 区域空气质量,国家相继出台了一系列环保政策,特别是针对钢铁行业出台了更加严格的 总量控制与浓度控制的政策及标准,在新颁布的排放标准在粉尘、二氧化硫的基础上,增加 了氮氧化物、二噁英及氟化物等。随着环保要求的提高和更加严格的排放标准的出台,钢铁 行业正面临着加强控制N0X排放的挑战。
[0003] 在烟气脱硝方面,目前工业应用较多的选择性催化还原脱硝技术(SCR)及选择性 非催化还原脱硝技术(SNCR)。上述方法因所需的反应温度较高(300°C〜1000°C)不适合钒 钛磁铁矿烧结烟气(烟气温度150°C〜16(TC)的脱硝处理。活性炭吸附法由于投资及运行费 用较高也不适于烧结烟气的脱硝处理。湿法烟气脱硝目前多数处于试验研宄阶段,技术成 熟度不高,同时存在投资及运行费用高的问题,也不适于烧结烟气的脱硝处理。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明要解决的技术问题为:现有的脱硝方法都不适合用于钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气 脱硝,并且脱硝复杂,成本高的问题。
[0005] 本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案为:提供一种钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化 脱硝的方法。该方法包括以下步骤:
[0006] 向钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气中喷入催化剂,于140〜160°C下反应15〜20s。
[0007] 其中,上述钒鈦磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法中,所述的钒钛磁铁矿烧结 烟气中氧气含量的体积分数>5%。
[0008] 其中,上述钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法中,所述的催化剂为烧结烟 气除尘灰、提钒尾渣、提钛尾渣、钢渣或熔盐氯化渣中的至少一种。
[0009] 其中,上述钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法中,所述催化剂粒度为:400 目筛下物彡80%。
[0010]其中,上述钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法中,所述的催化剂组成包括: 按重量百分比计,Fe含量20〜25%,Ti含量10%〜15%,V含量0_5〜1.0%,Mn含量0.3〜 0.5%〇
[0011] 其中,上述钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法中,所述喷入的催化剂质量 与烟气量的比值为〇. 02〜〇. 〇5g/Nm3。
[0012] 其中,上述钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法中,所述反应温度为l5〇°C。

[0014] 本发明充分利用钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气中残留的氧气,通过加入催化剂对N0X进行 氧化,使其转化为N〇2、N2〇3、N2〇4等易于吸收的气体,并在后续的脱硫装置中与S〇2—起被脱 除,从而完成钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气的脱硝处理。本发明选用烧结烟气除尘灰、提钒尾渣、提 钛尾渣、钢渣或熔盐氯化渣等副产物为催化剂,节约脱硝成本,也能达到较高的脱硝效率。 本发明方法操作简单,易于实施,适合工业化应用,值得推广。
具体实施方式

[0017] 其中,上述钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法中,所述的钒钛磁铁矿烧结 烟气中氧气含量多5%。优选的氧气含量为多15%,氧气含量越充足,脱硝效率越高,本发明 钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气中本身即含有15〜16%的氧气,充分利用残留氧气,可以不喷入氧气, 简化操作,节约成本。
[0018]其中,上述钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法中,所述的催化剂为烧结烟 气除尘灰、提钒尾渣、提钛尾渣、钢渣或熔盐氯化渣中的至少一种。本发明所用的烧结烟气 除尘灰、提钒尾渣、提钛尾渣、钢渣和熔盐氯化渣都是炼钢产业常见的副产物,利用这些副 产物,进一步的降低成本。

[0024]将除尘灰、提钒尾渣按1:2的比例混合,调质后控制粒度4〇〇目的过筛率为85%、Fe 的含量为20%、Ti含量为10%、V含量为1 %、Mn含量为0• 5%,烟气与催化剂的反应温度为 14(TC,反应时间为15S,喷入的催化剂质量与烟气量的比值为〇_〇2g/Nm3时,NOx的氧化脱除 效率为40〜45 %。
[0025] 实施例2用本发明方法进行烟气脱硝处理
[0026]将提钛尾渣、钢渣、熔盐氯化渣按4:1:1的比例混合,调质后控制粒度4〇〇目的过筛 率为90%、Fe的含量为23%、Ti含量为12%、V含量为〇.8%、Mn含量为〇_4%,烟气与催化剂 的反应温度为16(TC,反应时间为20S,喷入的催化剂质量与烟气量的比值为〇.〇4g/Nm3时, NOx的氧化脱除效率为60〜65 %。

[0029]由实施例可知:本发明中的反应时间、反应温度、催化剂加入量都与N〇x的催化氧 化脱除效率息息相关,当反应温度为最佳温度15(TC,或延长反应时间,或增大催化剂添加 量时,都可以使N〇x的催化氧化脱除效率升高。因此,本发明方法适用于各种环保排放标准 的烟气脱硝,使用时可根据实际需要选择适宜的反应时间、温度和添加剂使用量。

1.钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 向钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气中喷入催化剂,于140〜160 °C下反应15〜20s。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法,其特征在于:所述 的钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气中氧气的体积分数> 5 %。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法,其特征在于:所述 的催化剂为烧结烟气除尘灰、提钒尾渣、提钛尾渣、钢渣或熔盐氯化渣中的至少一种。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法,其特征在于:所述 催化剂粒度为:400目筛下物多8〇 %。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法,其特征在于:所述 的催化剂组成包括:按重量百分比计,Fe含量20〜25%,Ti含量10%〜15%,V含量0.5〜 1.0%,Mn 含量 0.3 〜〇_5%。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法,其特征在于:所述 喷入的催化剂质量与烟气量的比值为〇 • 〇2〜0.05g/Nm3。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的钥*钛磁铁矿烧结烟气催化氧化脱硝的方法,其特征在于:所述 反应温度为150°C。
