Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗椎间盘突出的中成药丸及制作方法：主要成份由杜仲、川断、骨碎补、菟丝子、狗脊、香附、土元、马钱子等精贵中药组成，具有补肾壮阳、滋阴补血、祛风除湿等功效，扶正祛邪，标本兼治。有效提高机体免疫，促进局部血液循环，消除水肿，抑制炎性反应，减轻局部疼痛。精选道地药材洗净、干燥、打粉、泛制成丸，状如绿豆。本发明疗效可靠，且毒副作用极小。本发明主治腰椎间盘突出、膨出、脱出，对颈椎间盘病变、腰椎管狭窄、骨质增生、男女泌尿及生殖系统疾病亦有效果。具有适应范围广，携带、服用方便，制作简便，成本低廉等特点，具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。

一、技术领域：本发明涉及一种骨病用药，具体地说是涉及一种用于治疗腰椎间盘突出的内服中成药丸，属于治疗腰椎间盘突出的内服用中成药领域。
二、背景技术：目前临床治疗椎间盘突出的方法主要有手术治疗及保守治疗两类。腰椎间盘突出手术治疗包括后路切开椎间盘摘除术和微创。椎间盘摘除术可迅速缓解神经受压症状，缓解局部疼痛，但有：1、创伤大，2、费用高，3、效果差(部分患者合并小关节增生，黄韧带肥厚者)，4、远期疗效不确切，5、腰椎活动受限(切口瘢痕)，6、易致腰椎失稳等缺点。微创治疗目前有：臭氧、射频消融术、低温等离子射频消融术、椎间盘镜等治疗方法，虽有创伤小、费用相对低廉等优点，其缺点：1、适应症局限(适合单纯椎间盘轻度突出且未钙化患者)，2、远期疗效不确切，3、易复发。总之手术治疗痛苦大，费用高，局限性广，远期效果不能尽善尽美。保守治疗包括物理康复治疗和药物治疗。物理治疗和药物治疗对于中轻度椎间盘突出患者有一定帮助。但物理治疗需要在医院进行，耗时耗力，操作不便。药物治疗分外用和内服之别，外用药物吸收有限，疗效不确切。目前内服治疗药物虽多，但普遍存在疗效一般，药物价格偏高，毒副作用偏大，不宜长期服用等缺点。
三、发明内容：
1、目的：本发明的目的是克服了现有技术中的不足，经临床多年实践，提出了一种对各种原因引起的不同时期的腰椎椎间盘突出具有良好的治疗效果，尤其对轻、中度椎间盘突出有确切的疗效。该药有补肝肾、强腰肌、祛风除湿、活血止痛的功能。本发明有以下优点：1、无创伤，免除手术痛苦，2、毒副作用小，3、治疗效果全面，一般不需要其它辅助药物，4、疗效确切，5、远期疗效好，不易复发，6、价格低廉，费用低，7、携带、服用方便，8、填补了目前专治椎间盘突出药物的市场空白。
2、技术方案：为了解决上述问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
该药丸的主要成份：
杜仲600g占9.8％ 川断300g占4.9％ 骨碎补450g占7.4％ 宣木瓜300g占4.9％炒菟丝子600g占9.8％ 香附150g占2.5％ 酒当归600g占9.8％ 狗脊600g占9.8％ 独活300g占4.9％ 醋元胡500g占8.2％ 木香150g占2.5％ 熟地900g占14.8％ 土元250g占4.1％ 醋乳香250g占4.1％ 醋没药250g占4.1％ 制马钱子82g占1.3％以上中药材共6082g，占100％，并加入1216g活性炭。
该药丸制作方法及工艺流程为：
①选料，洗净，干燥，炮制：精选道地中药材，减去杂质，并清水洗净，再进行干燥(时间15-30分钟)处理，并分别盐炒杜仲；醋制乳香、没药，去除异味，方法取优选乳香250g，于140℃不停翻炒9分钟，至表面微熔时，喷洒5％米醋12.5ml，再翻炒1分钟，至醋液被吸尽，呈有光亮泽时，迅速出锅，放凉；醋制没药同乳香。醋制元胡采用产地醋炙法；即将新鲜元胡洗净，置沸醋中烫至内无白心，取出，放凉；醋制香附；酒制当归，砂烫马钱子：温度控制在220℃-240℃，时间5-6分钟，炒至颜色为棕色为度。活性炭为果木炭。
②打碎成粉，上述药物一并打碎，并过80--100分钟目筛，成粉备用。
③将上述中药粉加入适量蒸馏水泛制成丸，状如绿豆大小。
④干燥：泛制成丸后，阴干并高温消毒，即可服用。
3、有益效果：
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明可直接用于各种原因引起的椎间盘突出、膨出、脱出，能够有效的改善局部水肿，促进局部血液循环，加快组织代谢，有效减轻疼痛。经近10余年500多例患者临床验证，该药针对椎间盘病变疗效确切，尤其对中早期椎间盘突出、椎间盘膨出、不伴钙化的椎间盘脱出及轻度椎管狭窄疗效更佳，对颈椎间盘疾病亦有效，并能有效改善男女泌尿及生殖系统疾病，如不孕不育、前列腺炎、阳痿、早泄、性冷淡、尿频、尿急、遗尿等。且该药制作简便，成本低廉，药源充分，无毒副作用，携带服用方便，适宜人群广泛：除10岁以下儿童、孕产妇及肝肾功能异常者忌服外，其它年龄段人群皆可服用。
本发明可明显减轻患者病痛，减轻患者的经济负担，改善生活质量，提高社会生存能力，具有很好的社会效益和经济效益。
四、具体实施方式：
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进一步详细描述：
该药丸的主要成份：
杜仲600g占9.8％ 川断300g占4.9％ 骨碎补450g占7.4％ 宣木瓜300g占4.9％炒菟丝子600g占9.8％ 香附150g占2.5％ 酒当归600g占9.8％ 狗脊600g占9.8％ 独活300g占4.9％ 醋元胡500g占8.2％ 木香150g占2.5％ 熟地900g占14.8％
土元250g占4.1％ 醋乳香250g占4.1％ 醋没药250g占4.1％ 制马钱子82g占1.3％以上中药材共6082g，占100％，并加入1216g活性炭。
活性炭具有消炎、消毒、吸附功能。方中杜仲入肝肾经，具有补肝肾，强腰肌，主治肝肾不足的腰膝酸软疼痛，筋骨无力等，为君药。川断、骨碎补、菟丝子、狗脊等药物入肝肾经，补肾阳，强筋骨，壮腰肌，共助杜仲补肾壮骨，为臣药。当归、熟地补血养阴，填精益髓，为佐药，阴中求阳，阴阳并补。佐以元胡、土元、香附、木香，木瓜、独活，活血、行气、祛湿，祛瘀生新，除湿止痛。少佐制马钱子，通络散结，消肿止痛，砂烫马钱子后可有效减轻其毒副作用。众药合用，祛邪扶正，标本兼治。
该发明的制作工序为：
①选料，洗净，干燥，炮制：精选道地中药材，如福建野生土元，四川巴中杜仲，四川涪陵续断、四川江津木瓜，浙江永康香附等，减去杂质，并清水洗净，再进行干燥处理，时间约 30分钟，温度低于80℃；并对一些有异味，对胃肠道有毒副作用的药物，在不影响功效的情况下进行炮制处理，如：醋制乳香、没药，焙制土元，砂烫马钱子。增强活血化瘀、行气止痛药物疗效行炮制：醋香附、醋元胡、酒当归。
②打碎成粉，上述药物一并打碎，并过80-100分钟目筛，成粉备用。
③将上述中药粉加入适量蒸馏水泛制成丸，状如绿豆大小。
④干燥消毒：泛制成丸后，阴干(春冬约48小时，秋夏约24小时)。高温消毒(120℃高温消毒约30分钟上)，即可服用。

杜仲600g占9.8％ 川断300g占4.9％ 骨碎补450g占7.4％ 宣木瓜300g占4.9％ 炒菟丝子600g占9.8％ 香附150g占2.5％ 酒当归600g占9.8％ 狗脊600g占9.8％ 独活300g占4.9％ 醋元胡500g占8.2％ 木香150g占2.5％ 熟地900g占14.8％ 土元250g占4.1％ 醋乳香250g占4.1％ 醋没药250g占4.1％ 制马钱子82g占1.3％以上中药材共6082g，占100％，并加入1216g活性炭。
